Disappointed customer with Home Depot, doing renovations on my home bought most if not all supplies from West Palm Beach Home Depot in the vicinity across from Publix. Needed window blinds to be adjusted/ cut to fit windows.The team members who have the skill to cut the window blinds both workers went for lunch at the same time. How appropriate is that ? I spoke to another worker my question was if two people that works in the department both at lunch at the same time there should be another associate assigned to the area her reply was ma’am both people are at lunch and it a 1hr lunchtime. Ok so you care less of my needs and there’s a work man at my home waiting.Home Depot !! Is It’s good to have a choice Lowe’s here I come!!

Horrible Customer Service in cabinetry & Kitchen Linda one of the consultants is rude and has no customer service even if she may have been flustered coming back from lunch, she had a lot of attitude because she had line waiting for her & told everyone to make an appointment. I do feel Linda needs training over again.

Horrible customer service. There’s laminated, highlighted signs stating for service for blinds to go between aisle 5 & 6 for assistance. Only one person, they called the front & stated the only person who can cut blinds would be here shortly but needed to come up from the front so they would be awhile. Then leaves. Then there is no one at the customer service area. After 10 mins I flag down another employee not in the designated area because the one woman left, and he is unable to reach said employee for blinds after calling multiple times. Finally a man walks up with a cart of blinds & prior to say anything to me says “it’s gonna be awhile I have these blinds first”. And proceeds to handle online orders. After standing here & having to ask him how long it would be he states it’ll be at least 20 minutes. Will never be back to this location.

Shout out to store manager Tye. I had a appliance issue with just getting unlucky and getting a lemon. Corporate was super unhelpful and rude on the phone when I called in. So I felt it was best to try my luck in store. Tye got me taken care of right away and super helpful through the process.

Shoppers should check online first to see if the item is in stock and where to find it (aisle and bin) to make it easier to find. Then also verify with a store clerk to see if that's the right item since there are similar items. It's still a great place to shop for home improvement.

HD Store located at 6800 Okeechobee Blvd.. I'm beginning to notice a trend at the returns desk, and this "trend" has happened with three different associates, therefore not a coincidence.. I took in 12 items and the rep. Ms Micen/aka/ Mimi tallied only 8 items, and I told her that I brought in 12 items and to recount.. She proceeded and gave a total of $86.25.. I asked for a retally and a different rep. gave a total of $148.97.. A $62.72 difference 🙄.. Count and check your items when visiting this store return desk!!!

The customer service desk/ pickup desk has the most friendliest staff of all of them so far. This location is easy to get in and out of with two entrance exits. It has a complete Garden Center. There's conveniently a gas station in the same Plaza if you were to purchase lawn equipment. Plenty of parking handicap accessible. And they offer curbside for pre-ordering. Overall a good location to buy what you need for your home.

Everything is excellent...the items, the prices, the explanatory signs, but the employees are not very cooperative. Supervisors are required to roam the place to ensure the level of service.

I just Love the Garden Dept. At Home Depot. I Included some pictures of things I purchased at HomeDepotPlant's & Animals stuff. I purchase Bowls, Pots & both the Orchids in the pictures, fertilizer, bark chip's, all theMilk Weed Plants for the MonarchButterflies. Check pictures of the oneBorn today out flapping his wings.The wings are sort of folded and as they flap there wings they pop outBigger and Longer. This is the firstone thats kinda dusty looking still.Maybe its the heat🌋I go every weekTo HomeDepot. Ive got to get over there tomorrow and buy a wash tubFor the Raccoon. He's always asking for water. Right now if I fill up a large flower pot with water he loves it andSplashes around. I really need something cheaper than a ceramic flower pot. My sister said a plastic pool but Raccoons have sharp claws.I think one of those heavy steel or tinTubs. HomeDepot has the Tubs, soI'm going this week & get one. I'llAsk them want they think. They always have great customer service & suggestions 4 my projects.

Don’t wast your time going to this store. There inventory is always wrong and they can never find any thing. Manage never comes if called. I went to buy one of these lawn mowers 3 in stock but no none on shelf. This has happened to me many times. Only reason I go there is because it’s behind my house.

Today I was struggling with (2) toilets and (2) 30" vanities. I was able to lock the cart to push the last two vanities. Rose came in and helped me. She is the ASM for this store. Then I had a loader helping me with these. I taught him how not to do more strength than needed. Such items were placed in my truck and I left w/o any issues.

I can always get what I need. I don't buy everything there but quite a bit as I'm very selective about my wood. They don't carry the sprinkler supplies I use either. Overall, a good choice.

Make the drive to Wellington, the staff in this store is horrible. I’m currently renovating a house and have to go to this store often and every time it is an issue with staff assisting me with getting items or stocking issues. The staff is actively hiding from customers to avoid helping them.

Love shopping at home Depot, but they need some serious improvements on bulk supply pick up assistance. To many employees sitting around and I end up waiting at least an hour to get my supplies loaded, one time waited almost 3 hours. seriously come on HD, pro shoppers don't have that kind of time to waist. Pro purchases should be priority, I mean I spend thousands of dollars at HD.

There are always long lines, and many of the registers are closed. Today, I went to the pro desk, and the girl attending were busy, while one girl sat there chatting with friends. I ask for some help, and her response I only do phone sell. Every home depot helps when they see the other register is back up. I contacted the assistant manager since she blew me off, and he said well, maybe they were customers if I wasn't there because another store would go in here. The two times I have gone, they barely have people working the register. And take longer to check out than find stuff despite the place being empty compared to other home depots, and still, they get you out faster.
