I went out looking for a new dog this year and I was searching everywhere even the pound! I stumbled upon Star Pups and I'm glad I did! I walked inside and saw that they actually had a puppy very similar to the one I lost 3 years ago, I was ecstatic! This was the best Christmas in a long time thanks to Star Pups and their staff!

I purchased personally my 5th dog from here on Friday and just an amazing experience as always!! No sick dogs like some of the comments state, they are very professional and accommodating. Purchased on Friday but had to be at work in 45 minutes and he said I can hold him until tomorrow if that helps which it did yesterday I picked up my new baby. Also, 2 other dogs were childhood family dogs through here so 7 dogs total through Star Pups. Thank you for an amazing experience yet again!!!

Star pups all of the way. The staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the breeds and individual puppies in store. They really know their puppies. You can really tell how much they love the puppies that they have.These guys went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect puppy. I felt like they really were trying to make sure the puppy went to the right home. I think that this is the way that it should be.I 100% recommend star pups. They will make sure that you get a perfect match for your family. Thank you to the star pups team. You guys rock!

I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new puppy to join their family. I’ve gotten two dogs from them one being my now 12 year old chihuahua and my 1 year old Boston terrier. They’re both happy and healthy dogs with a huge amount of energy!

** just saw the owner's response to this . I'm going to go as far as saying please do not use this company . The fact that they respond this way to a legitimate review is pretty sad . We bought a chihuahua . However when we actually did the DNA it had Chihuahua but it also had rat terrier and another undistinguished hound. Definitely not AKC or even Kennel Club Worthy. That being said we loved the dog. We actually took her to the vet Palms West Veterinary and spent money to get her healthy. I have all the records. She should have been healthy when we bought her from the store. At this point that puppy has now passed due to congestive heart failure. It's quite sad that they have to trash Real reviews and hopes to get more sales instead of just standing on their legitimacy. I know we bought ours in the Royal Palm location which is now since bannedthem from business and they are now off of Okeechobee instead of State Road 7. So so sad.Original postThe staff was very friendly. We did see staff coming in early to play with the puppies before opening to get them socialized. However, the dog we bought which was supposed to be AKC was not and after much hounding I got some paper work but it was NOT AKC and if I wanted to breed my female and sell puppies I could not with any real success. By her appearance, I would say she was a mixed breed. I definitely overpaid for my puppy at $1300. My receipt also stated that she had her shots, microchip and was wormed. After going to their vet, she only had puppy shots. She had severe hook worms and it took months to get rid of them and she did not have her chip. That being said, I didn't buy my dog for breeding and the staff was nice, but it I definitely overpaid. In all honesty, I paid $1300 for a dog that I should have picked up at the animal shelter. If I had, then I would have at least had a puppy that was dewormed, spayed and chipped. However, I love the vet they sent me to. I still use him for all 3 of my dogs.

It's been a month and 9 days since I got my puppy. I was skeptical at first to give them my business due to the bad reviews online. I'm glad I gave them a chance. My experience was extremely pleasant. I'm a first time dog owner. The manager, Sherwin, took his time to answer all my questions and gave me great advice, tips/ tricks to keep my puppy safe and healthy. I followed up with their recommended veterinarian on time and also saw my own vet. I'm extremely happy with my decision to go there. I am a satisfied customer!

Highly recommend! I am usually not a fan of pet stores & always try to adopt from a shelter first but because of my severe allergies to dogs and cats, I wanted a hypoallergenic dog. This is the place to find your newest, furry family member! Sherwin (manager) is compassionate, patient and truly loves the dogs like his own. He had plenty of tips for new pet parents and our puppy came home at 10 weeks old and she was already crate trained! The store was clean and all the puppies were happy & healthy! Thank you Star Pups!

Most beautiful puppies I’ve ever seen!Very clean and genuinely cared for at a first glance. Nancy is extremely informative and happy to answer any questions you may have! HIGHLY RECOMMEND....Got my Boston terrier from here and it was the best decision. She is perfect. The place is kept super clean. All of the puppies look happy and healthy. I would definetly recommend getting your puppy from them. My vet told me mama is one of healthiest and prettiest Boston's she has ever seen. THANK YOU STAR PUPS

I have to tell you guys that we went to Star Pups and we were specifically looking for a Golden Retriever. After losing our 14 year old Pomeranian, we saw this bundle of pure joy. The guys at Star pups maintained a professional environment and even gave us money off our pup after we told them our mom just bought a pup off them as well!The store was clean, the pups smelled amazing and you can tell they didn’t fear the owners at all! No signs of abuse or “puppy milling.”Folks, don’t believe the bad reviews by people who obviously either:A.) Have never been there and are just virtue signaling.B.) Maybe there was different management before?We also got all papers, she was vaccinated, pre spoiled, and we had a free vet visit included which we used today! She’s in PERFECT health. Thank you Star Pups and staff for completing our little family. Luna is a love!

A week ago today we got the cutest most sweetest puppy EVER! She’s such a good girl. Hasn’t cried once at night. Knows that the puppy pads is where she does her business. Completely healthy. Happiest puppy. You can tell that she was well taken care of till she found her family, US! I can’t thank you enough Star Pups for our adorable little Ella Fitz. The cutest Boston Terrier ever!UPDATE: Star Pups sold us the best puppy ever! We couldn’t be more happier with our sweet Ella-Fitz!

This place may not have all the bling, but it was extremely clean and the puppies were very well kept.She was the first puppy as I walked in and it was love at first sight! I got a puppy 10 years ago from this place. I was hesitant to purchase at first but the staff there was great at explaining everything. I saw one of the reviewers took offence to not letting her touch them. I had forgotten about that. The same policy was in place when I got my puppy 10 years ago and it was a bummer not being able to touch them because they are so darn cute but it also shows how they worry about the puppies getting sick. They are tiny and young! When I got mine she was 3 months (And honestly, the only regret I have is that I wish my puppy had spent more time with her mom). I was not as educated about pet shops back when I got mine. I wouldn't buy another dog again only because there are so many dogs waiting to be adopted (senior dogs etc) but NOT because this business is bad. On the contrary, this store and its staff is wonderful and I don't regret getting my dog for a second. She has been a very healthy and wonderful dog. The light of my life. I'm thankful for the service they provided to me.

I was driving by one Wednesday in August and decided to stop in, and see what Star Pups was all about. I was pleasantly surprised . Nancy was really busy but her helper handed be this little black and white bundle of joy. I didn’t get her that day but my mind kept going back to that little baby, and how nice and professional Nancy was. I Did Not feel like someone was trying to force me to buy a dog. She actually cared about my puppy, and she listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend you go and ASK FOR NANCY. I love my Shih-Poo Luna.

Bought a puppy from here. After a year of using their vet I brought my puppy to another vet and my puppy has hip dysplasia and knee problems. Do not buy from here!!,..................My response to the owner reply...First off I called twice. You sold me a puppy that has hip dysplasia and a bumb knee. My poor dog's knee goes out every now and then and has to hop on 3 legs. I am no activist and when I called the 2nd time the man hung up on me.This is no fraudulent review but a fraudulent company you are.People should be weary of buying from Star Pups. Use their vet they say...only because they are probably giving them a cut.I spent $1800+ for Labradoodle and though she is the sweetest, my heart breaks for her when she is hobbling because her knee is out.Star pups should be ashamed selling puppies with issues!

Got my puppy and we love her to death 💯❣ We were driving pass and it just so happened that I looked up and I saw puppies and I turned and said let's go look it was only supposed to be looking but the minute I saw her we both fell in love and this is my 2nd time leaving a review because I believe that it was a great process in how they helped me to get my puppy 👍🏼 And this is my opinion from my experience which was a good one. I am very pleased. So thanks again guys and no more tripping 😂

All these reviews and business owner reply make me think twice!About a month ago I stopped in to browse, and the AC was not working- door was wide open and the puppies had accidents in there little glass case. We are in Florida and AC can go out, not a problem. But 2nd red flag was the price.. stating the puppy was 3,500 or something but would drop price down to 2500 and he didn’t look too energetic or happy. I’ve purchased many purebred/well bred dogs and it was just a bit sketch. Now reading not once have I seen the owner professionally respond to clients, and accuse them as “activist” ? I’ll stay away. Read the reviews before purchase. Clients are always right, in most cases.

I went with my fiancee to look for a puppy today. The woman working there was EXTREMELY pushy with her sales tactics. She didn't even ask us for our names or provide any information that a prospective pet owner might like to know. She jumped on us as soon as we walked through the door and immediately tried to close a sale. When we wanted to leave she tried getting our contact info and I declined. Please look elsewhere for a puppy.

Despite all the bad reviews, my fiancé and I had a great experience finding our 3rd fur baby Coco. It was a tad bit over priced (inflation) but you get what you pay for!
