It’s very convenient for seniors shopping early time 8am-10am. If you have plus membership, you can access by this frame time where less people are! One of the favorite thing is that you can self checkout from your phone 📱 without waiting in line for checking out by the app: Scan & Go, much easier than traditional checkout. Everything seems to be fine including the price and quality! 😊

As my wife is a Culinary teacher at a high school. We are always coming to Sam's Club. Just like last night. Spent over $400.00 for a school prom. It's happening this Saturday. We will be at another Sam's Club today in Vero Beach. Last night we bought paper goods. Today is food.

Amy and Debi are the best…BEST optical department women in the country… HANDS DOWN. They helped me with a pair of Prada glasses that turned out into a nightmare, and they helped me throughout the entire process. They are so professional and experienced, they will definitely help you with any glasses or contact needs. I would recommend coming to this store over a boutique.

This has to be one of the worst Sam's Club locations I have been to. Especially the Café. They cannot keep items in stock, if it is not the syrup for the fountain sodas, it's Relish or Mustard for the hot dogs. Today they had no straws for any of the fountain sodas or the Icee. They are always out of something, and usually do not have enough help in the Café either. The one good thing I can say is that most of the time, the staff working the café try to take care of customers the best they can, but nearly always look to be shorthanded there.

Zero stars if I could, 1st day trying out Sam's Club. Limited options, many things out, limited staff so either 20 person deep lines or act as a free employee and check yourself out with no bag or box options to put your items in. Long line to just get out of the store. Parking lot is a mess with carts everywhere and no way to cross the parking lot if you go down the wrong lane with your cart. Went back inside and canceled membership.

We use the scan and go. We love this as we get to skip the long lines on Sundays when we go. Yes, we still might have to wait a few extra minutes while the door checkers check the receipts of people exiting and scan a few items for the people who use scan and go, but the time we saved by not waiting in line is well worth it. This also works when getting fuel as well. Some people complain that they have to wait when exiting, but that is ridiculous. If you factor in the time saved by not waiting to check-out, it's a great feature. Makes shopping at Sam's club much easier.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I felt disrespected, targeted, and ethnically/religiously discriminated against.Me and my family went to this location like we usually do, and this one young female employee at the door suddenly started staring at us like we looked weird or something. I’m not sure if it was skin color or our normal outfits with an extra piece of fabric that symbolized our beliefs that bothered her. Of course we felt uncomfortable so I asked if there was an issue, or if we need to show a card?She said yesSo, I showed her a screenshot of my online card. To my surprise, she refused to let us in because apparently “you can’t show a photo of your card to get in” even though that’s how I always got in when asked by any employee in the past.Now, I can understand if you had to have the Physical Card on you every time you go shopping. However, there was not any other person being stopped & asked to show a membership ID besides us.. So what does that tell you? I called their manager after that incident, and per usual they picked up after a while, so, I explained my case, and she had the excuse of “the store’s new policy” & “you need to download the app then show your card from there.”I’ve been shopping here for years, and they usually have at least 2 employees at the door asking Everyone that came in to show their membership ID, picture or not. Of all people, that employee chose Us to disrespectfully stare at, Us to question about ID, and refused to accept the photo because the policy said so, while everyone else around us got in without any complications.The manager’s sole reply was going back and forth about “They Don’t Pick & Choose” then Am I being delusional? How is it not segregation??? Never shopping at Sam’s club again.

only a 2 star bc of the bad food court.While the store it's self is ok the Food court is terrible.You wait in line forever, they don't know who ordered what, it takes forever to get your food after your order, the people behind the counter are rude they will rudly wave you away, they do not take proper sanitation measures, my aunt saw one of the workers just casually run hands under water without soap then did not dry them and then start touching food.Several members of my family have this issue with the food courts and that is what we have experienced.If it wasn't for the terrible awful workers and services at the food court then this store would be a 4 or 5 star.If you visit this store do not go to the food court.The manager Alex does not seem to run his department of the food cour well.

I give Sam's Club itself 4 stars. It's always clean, well stocked and has a great team working here. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the reps claiming to represent ATT do nothing but waste customers time and now I am finding out from ATT itself that the reps at Sam's stores do not work for them and tend to sell shady deals to customers. If I was the manager at Sam's, I would get rid of these guys. They are bringing the quality of your store down and being a nuisance to your customers.

I have been purchasing my eye glasses and contact lenses for many years at Sam's optical with no complaints, so imagine my surprise when this year I decided to use my previously purchased frames for my new prescription, since they were in good condition and I thought would save me some money. Only to get charged $50.00 for using the very frames I had already paid for. This has left me feeling very taken advantage of, especially when none of the other optical stores in the area charges you for using your own frames. Shame on you Sam's Club this policy should be stoped, your loyal customers deserve better.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for over 10 to 15 years. I just called to get information. And I can never, ever get anyone on the phone. You would think as much as I shop. There when I have a question that someone would answer the phone. That's the only problem I have with Sam's no communication.

This is my local Sam’s Club that I visit at least once a week. The weekends are pretty busy but the week days are not bad. They have self checkout which makes things a little faster for people that don’t have 2 truck loads worth of stuff.A interesting quick trick that a lot of people don’t know about is the “Scan and Go” app where you can shop and scan items as you are picking them up. Then check out on the app. You don’t have to worry about the lines.

Always has a decent selection. All the food is orderly and store is clean. Great wholesale deal selection too. Staff is usually helpful. Checkout is fast despite the store usually being crowded.

If you are making a Delivery here you can count on waiting for a very poorly ran Receiving Department.....I can hardly believe that I was at a Sam's Club the back door is ready to fall off its hinges and you can't say much for the dilapidated office.....I actually couldn't believe it was a Sam's Club..... and the service you have to tell at the top of you lungs to get anyone into the office to see you...... as you can tell I will not ever come back to this place.... and if you have an appointment time and a Swift or Saddle Creek truck pulls up after you have been waiting hours they will go ahead of you.....

I made an online order according to what I was needing. I trusted them would deliver the purchase yesterday as it said in the APP. They cash me for the delivery but the items never delivered on time. So I refused to go to the store trusting on them but as usual they sent me a message apologizing for the delay. So now you know if you do online purchase, don't trust them. They cash you and them deliver when they want and not when you need.

Used the scan and go to get and out with one item. What was supposed to be 5 mins turned into almost 15. The was a ridiculously long line with only one employee scanning.I would much rather do pickup however they charge an extra $5 even though you have to pay for their membership. What a joke

Poor experience 4/5/21 - 4/7/21.4/5 - Visited the store to purchase 4 new tires. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was assisted by a tire associate. He was friendly and helpful. Tires came at a fair price with a discount. Unfortunately, they needed to be ordered. Tire associate informed me there would be a 4-day wait, and that I would be able to schedule an appointment upon arrival.4/6 - I received a missed call from Sam's Club. No message left.4/7 - I followed-up on the missed call. There is no direct number for the Tire & Battery Center listed online. I called the main store number. The automated prompts did not provide an option for connection to the Tires & Battery Center. After 10 rings, a STORE associate answered the phone. She attempted to transfer me. The phone would disconnect several times. In my final call, the store associate would check-in with me several times. Each time she would express frustration that no one in the Tires and Battery Center had answered my call. Finally, I decided to go in person.I remained on hold until I arrived for a total of 30 minutes. Upon my arrival, I noticed the phone was not ringing in the Tires & Batter Center. I'm uncertain of whether I was ever transferred to the correct department. This was no line. Tire Center associate told me he could not pull up tire order without the receipt, despite me purchasing the tires there. He directed me to go to the main store to obtain a copy of the receipt, and bring it back to him.I was told there would be an hour wait for the service. The waiting area consists of 2 chairs and a bathroom. The only tv play's a loop of Sam's Club adverts. There's no coffee or water. Bathroom is filthy. This place could take some notes from Jiffy Lube.Pros - Free wifi, friendly staffCons - Understaffed, no one answers the phone, staff seem undertrained, poor accommodations for long wait times

One of the worst stores in the nation I have ever visited. Horrible place, I don't know where they choose their workers, but the customer service is horrible, if you are going to go through the checkouts, take two bags of patience, because time management does not exist there. The prices of the products are very far from the competition. Here the management shows that it does not work.

The gas pumps never seem to work for me. I always need to ask an attendant to help me use the pumps. This morning I was in a hurry to get gas and the issue happened again. I saw the attendant starting to walk away towards the warehouse but I called for their help and they just turned back to me and said just go to another pump. They have all of the gas lanes coned off so you have to pull all the way back around to go to the pump again. The employees that work at the pump are lazy. I was beyond frustrated that this person just completely ignored me and proceeded to leave The gas station completely unattended which I am sure is not part of Sam's club's policy.This attitude from the gas station attendance is pretty much the same attitude you will get from everybody at the store. You are much better off going to the Costco on northlake in Palm Beach gardens. I'm done shopping here it's always been a hassle and it's never worth it.

I`ve been a member of Sam's club for many years however lately I noticed the quality of customer service is becoming of the lowest quality equivalent to Walmart. Thursday evening I got gas, there was no paper to print receipt. The attendant told me I needed to go inside and have a duplicate printed. Cheryl provided me with a slip of paper that stated""account history THIS IS NOT A RECEIPT". After my persistent because she told me I needed to go on the app and print the receipt if I wanted it, she called Angel who was of no assistance. He turned the screen around attempting to show me what he sees which again was of no assistance if I could not get a receipt. This evening after work like a dummy I went to Sam's attempting to get gas again. After waiting in line for 45 minutes I get to the pump to discover there is no gas. The attendant sitting in a chair. This all occurred at the Riviera Beach, Fl store on 45th street.
