I asked the black man in the meat department if I could buy 1/2 of mild Italian sausage since my recipe called for that. He replied no then I confirmed by asking again and he told me the packages came in on a truck and I had to choose the prepackaged weights available. No apology and with a detectable flair of ‘You’re interrupting me from not doing my job.’ Aside from the prices and ‘I wish I wasn’t here’ demeanor of most employees, this place has really slid several notches down on the quality scale. New motto: “Publix: Where shopping is a chore.”

Awesome in all areas! This Publix has more of a variety of foods (especially international) and brands. Also, they seem to keep it stocked up more. When the store that's closest to me is out of my favorite items, this store usually has what I'm looking for! It also looks cleaner and their displays are presented well, easier to find things. The checkout people (cashiers and baggers) seem to be more hospitable. We've really enjoyed shopping at this location, particularly this holiday season! We highly recommend it!

If you are going to order more than one or two subs, why don't you place an online order?! This is the second time I've gotten behind somebody who has placed multiple sub orders. Last week somebody ordered 8 to 10. Can you imagine the line? It seems all of the Publix are extra busy since the one at Promenade has closed for reno. The girls were doing their best but it really seems like the deli was short staffed today, especially right after church. It is going to be a long 18 months

I visited your store and purchased an 8 piece box of chicken. I was highly disappointed. Publix is getting lazy in customer service, which you guys have been awesome over the years. I guess when you make the money to get there it does not matter about quality.. It should always be important. I pray that you guys make your customers priority. This is what I received… smh NO STARS

Most of the time I have a great experience but today to me it was the stupidest mistake. I went to the sub got a turkey sandwich and this is the way they cut it. They cut it as such an angle that there was no bread for part of the sandwich. As soon as you open the sandwich the fillings fell out. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Tried to get a pub sub on sale with EBT. The deli clerk rang it up as hot. I didn't notice and when attempting to checkout the lady at self checkout told me that it was because it had bacon on it, and that the thirty other times ive had this at multiple stores, every deli person including three managers were wrong and dont know how to do their jobs.

2 stars for a waiting line for sandwiches!!!Only one person made them and one lady for online orders . 2 people before me in line and we waited 40 minutes! I’m sure Publix needs to pay attention to this . We love sandwiches from Publix , so add few more people to help to make them faster in lunch time at list / busy hours !

This Publix supermarket was also exceptional. The variety of food and baked goods was fantastic. The store was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth shopping there as well. Nicely done Publix

This location is always well stocked and plenty of registers open to check out quickly. Veggies and meats are always fresh and they have a good selection.

It was clean. I like that it's easy to get in and out of off of US1 as I had South everyday on that road. It is set up the same as two of my other usual locations so I know where everything is. Very thin on the deli to go items assuming they're upline purveyor kitchen is falling behind.

As a store Publix is great , but pharmacy has to do better with addressing customers. I’m sick of pharmacists thinking they’re above customer service skills. You don’t want to speak to customers to work in a hospital. Rude guy pharmacist sat on the phone in my face while I waited for someone to at least address me. Sounded like an urgent call 🙄 he could have handled off the clock. Regardless you’re in front of everyone & should do your job and at least put the phone to your chest and say something. But he continued on his call for at least 5-7 minutes maybe longer and then says someone will be with you in a few minutes. Sir it’s been a few minutes and you chose to ignore me. Half these pharmacies have the worst hospitality. Pharmacies are a need definitely not a WANT for the most part. We come to them bc we need something, not bc we really want to be there. Pharmacy needs to revisit Publix expectations when they were hired. Sad people start implementing their ways which don’t work, instead of the traditional expectation! Customer service , I understand it’s only 2 of you but still at least acknowledge the customer. Guess the pharmacist has his favorites he deals with on the phone instead of the people who actually visit the store.

Shout out to Michael team lead/supervisor who helped me out tonight. I ordered a chicken tenders sub and it was made wrong. I went into Publix and seen Michael not only did he put a rush order on my new sub, He happily applied the amount I paid on a Publix gift card that I was able to spend right then and there. Around 10:35 on 9/18/23 I walked into Publix to cash in a scratch off ticket. I walked up to customer service and was told I was in the wrong line. As I moved toward the lotto machine, a Publix employee in uniform stepped into the lotto line ahead of me. Even though I approached this woman first, she serviced the employee first.After she finished with him, I stated that it was a bad look to do what she just did. She stated “right now, he’s a customer not an employee”. Given the fact that I’m white and both individuals are black, it makes me wonder if she’s racist and that’s why she took the employee ahead of me or if she’s just completely lacking in her customer service skills and judgement. Either way, I asked my wife about the interaction and she agreed that what the woman behind the counter did was wrong. As I was walking away, I overheard her and the other employee in customer service talking rather loudly about me as I was leaving the store.I would hope management would address these employees and take corrective action.

Not like the Publix of old! Security guard at night here, if that tells you anything. Staff on their cell phones, service is slow. But place is clean on the inside and it is a Publix, so quality is there. Great produce section!

Publix’s makes the Best subs I ever had. Fresh quality ingredients, fairly priced, same great taste every time. The Reason I left a four star is because the line at the deli moves very slow. With only 2-3 people in front of me, it toke me about 15-20 minutes just to order. Nevertheless the quality is worth the wait, I would recommend.
