This place is an all in one stop for grooming professionals. Every clipper, perfume, shampoo, bag, blade you could imagine. Diana helped us and she was a trove of information and suggestions. I’m in school so I didn’t really know what to get and she walked me through and the differences between brands and levels, it was great. Thank you!

Pet Store Direct has been nothing but professional and helpful. It is my go to for my grooming needs. Ordering online or phone orders are quick and easy. If I ever have to send my husband to the actually store and he’s totally lost and looking what I asked him to get, they pick up the phone and call me with friendly voice! They are knowledgeable and have sent him home with samples of products they thought I may like.Just the best! I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have them in town! I Not to mention it’s like a candy store for a groomer who loves what they do! It’s hard for me to leave! 😍🐕

I have never had anything but positive experiences at Pet Store Direct. Each time, I have gone in and gotten exactly what I was looking for. The staff has always been extremely kind, and is filled with people who either have experience in grooming, or who pay extremely good attention to what their customer base says about certain products and gives their honest opinion about whether items are worth purchasing. If the person in the showroom is not a groomer and can not answer a technical question, they will call someone who can. The owner herself has even told me when certain items get returned often or aren’t worth the money. The showroom is always clean and well-organized, the shop dogs are absolutely adorable, and overall such a great place. I’m from NYC but frequently travel to Florida to visit family, and I always make sure my trips to Florida include a stop at Pet Store Direct for all my grooming needs.

I ordered from Pet Store Direct this past weekend. Sunday, I realized I had not ordered what I wanted. I called and spoke to Elaina who went over the order with me and recommended products that would work better than what I needed. She went above and beyond what I ever would expect. I received my order fast and one item was missing. I called last night and spoke to Vivian, who also went above and beyond, taking it upon herself to fix the error instead of leaving it for the warehouse. I would highly recommend this store for grooming needs to anyone. Items are reasonably priced and the customer service is top-notch!

New bigger showroom with tons of options/price ranges. I was lucky enough to speak with Diana today, she was helpful, very knowledgeable and super sweet! Very friendly place, It's awesome to be able to physically see what you are purchasing versus the usual online trial and error. Definitely worth the visit!

I was helped by Daina. It was my first time buying. She was amazing and so sweet. She spoke Spanish, which was so helpful to me. She went an extra step to help me find and receive the perfect K9 dryer . She also gave me good tips as a fairly new groomer. I'll continue shopping there. I loved the experience. Thanks to her, I'll have an easier time working as a groomer now. I appreciate it.the store/warehouse has a great selection of Spampoo, conditioners, colonges, mouth guards, dryers, and everything a professional groomer needs. The staff is very helpful and has lots of knowledge in this profession.

We LOVE the beautiful new showroom they have ! It’s like a candy store. If you need to learn about new product, tools or services they are so helpful in explaining and educating. This place is all for the groomer and I make sure to plan on stopping in when my appointment’s bring me to the location.If not the shipping is efficient and quick !
