Jennifer is the absolute nicest groomer you could ever find. She asks that you pick up your dog within 1 hour of notification she’s finished. That is logical and reasonable. She is not a dog sitter, she’s a groomer. That lady who was charged a late fee for coming 3 hours later is unreasonable.Jennifer is the best and Zen 🐶 loves her!

I have been bringing my standard Goldendoodle Lola and Pug Sparky here on a regular basis for over 6 months. My Goldendoodle goes almost weekly and loves it. My Goldendoodle's cuts are always looking great. I highly recommend Jennifer and her staff for the grooming of your pups.

This was our first time taking our dog Yoshi to this groomers as our usual groomer was booked through the end of this week. He was dropped off at 10am with no issue. I had my usual errands to run, there was no time given to me or an estimate as to when he would be ready. All previous groomers I’ve been to is usually a whole day affair. I got my nails done, did grocery shopping and by the time I looked at my phone at 2pm, I had been inundated with calls and texts and threats that if he didn’t get picked up I was going to be charged an additional $50 late fee. Jennifer in no way, shape, or form addressed this to me at the time of drop-off nor on the phone to my mother when the appointment was booked. She exclaimed that “We are NOT a daycare service!!” I was so completely caught off guard, I picked Yoshi up at 3pm (they close at 5pm), and felt like I was in the principals office back in elementary school. I did not say anything, just said I’m picking up Yoshi. Jennifer proceeds to go into an entire lecture at how every place she’s ever worked at, there is always a 1 hour policy. I told her every groomer I’ve been to, that is never a thing. She then goes into to say that leaving the dog in a crate like that is CRUELTY and its animal ABUSE, that past 3 hours this becomes a dog day care, that people who do that are abusive and cruel to animals. As she’s lecturing, my dog is crying in the back, hearing my voice, and she continues. I simply told her, I wish you told me this when I brought him here, I would’ve been way more on alert had I known you had a policy. She proceeds to yell and point at this tiny paper taped to the corner of the place. I told her, I also run a business and do not expect my customers to read everything around my store, communication is key and not only was there ZERO communication, I was guilted and lectured and told repeatedly that “This is NOT a daycare (via text, call, and in-person). I had to pay over $100 for my small poodle because of these fees (Was originally told $65). I finally told her she has talked enough, can you please just let me pay and get my dog. She still wanted to lecture, and I finally had to stop her while I’m trying to pay and tell her please stop talking. She was so slow to give me my dog, it was so weird and awkward that I literally had to go in the back and get him out of the crate myself as she has her own personal dog tied on a leash, running around the place. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a groomer, I don’t ever leave these kinds of reviews, but Jennifer was completely out of line and knows zilch about customer service. All you had to do was communicate that to us from the start, it was our first time there, not continually shame us, make us feel like we were these awful dog owners, plus charging us a fortune on top of it - NOT freakin cool.

I’ve been taking my maltese here for almost a year. I am very happy with them. I ask for specific grooming details & they do it right. I tried so many other places & was disappointed. Jennifer listens & will take a photo of what you want & makes sure your furbaby looks perfect! Five Stars! Highly recommend! Nico loves to go here.

Found this little on a google search and couldn’t be happier I stopped in and checked it out. From the first timeMeeting Betty I was instantly greeted and she was so nice and easy to talk to. They were understanding of my dogs needs. Eduardo is the best groomer and he does a wonderful job with my boy. My dog loves them and so do I. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great care and kindness to their dog!

I brought my dogs here for grooming and did a doggy dental day as well. Both were WONDERFUL experienceS and my dogs couldn’t have been happier.... we will definitely be coming back! Betty is very caring and has a gentle nature with animals and my pups love her!!🐾🐾

I have a Brussels Griffon who has some itchy skin problems. I took her to Pet Spa & Beyond and the owner Betty immediately knew what to do. She gave her a soothing aloe bath, cleaned and trimmed her irritated areas. Immediately my baby felt relief and looked gorgeous again. Pet Spa & Beyond saved me $500.00 it vet bills.I would highly recommend taking your fury friend to Pet Spa & Beyond on Okeechobee at the shoppes at Andros Isle in West Palm Beach! I’ve been coming here for probably a year now and I’m always pleased with most importantly the service but also how well they take care of my dog. They are a little pricey but I don’t mind it because my dog is always happy when he comes home, I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with a less reputable place. Also the owner just moved locations which is a little closer to me so it’s pretty convenient and she is so sweet. She even brings her dogs to hang out with her while she works it’s a very friendly environment.

First time I Took my Goldendoodle puppy Betty did great and was reasonably priced - 8 weeks ago- now she charged us more money beacuse our puppy has grown an extra 10 lbs which Im fine with paying for a service that is done correctly. Well she must have messed up her snout because she decided to shave it all down to bear minimum and not only did she mess up the entire face and neck to her ears but my dogs skin is cut and irritated all over her mouth to her ears where she shaved her. She has not had the decency to reply back to my complaint. I called and the phone just keeps going to voicemail. Stay away from this place.

Eduardo and Betty are the best! They both have done a great job grooming my Shih Tzu Cassandra. The spa is clean and I never have to worry about Cassie being left in a cage for hours. I highly recommend them.

I love Pet Spa and Beyond. We have had Molly to different groomers here and north Fl, but Betty is the best of all. Molly is a Westie, with itchy skin at times, but they know how to take care of it.

Here's my problem with Betty and Eduardo. When Ziggy lives up North for the summer he never looks as good as when he's groomed at Pet Spa and Beyond. He's spoiled as we are.
