My son came in today with a Vintage Electronic dog. We couldn’t get the battery compartment open, all the computer repair stores were closed so we tried our hopes with Lowe’s and we are SO HAPPY WE DID. The front door assistant walked us all the way to the Electronics department and tools section. She then introduced us to JEREMY and he was AMAZING! He told us the tools we needed and when that didn’t work he took his time and helped us even further by opening the battery compartment for us. My 12yr old was extremely impressed and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the help and knowledge support. JEREMY deserves a promotion! Truly usually people say they can’t help or they don’t know.. he took his customer service skills to the MAx! We will never forget such a friendly experience

Wendell, in the outdoor equipment department was my savior today. He truly made my experience at Lowe’s, memorable and amazing.I went into the garden center to buy some bamboo sticks for my parakeet's birdcage. I was unable to cut the bamboo sticks on my own and I asked him to help me find a tool that could cut them. We were unable to find something that I could use safely and properly and therefore he was kind enough to cut the bamboo sticks, all of them for me by hand. It was amazing and his kindness will never be forgotten.My “Palm Beach Paco” as she is known on YouTube, is forever grateful for his kindness and help today. Thank you Wendell.

It’s quiet in the store during the rain 🌧️ time but I had to wait for a while when returning the items. There are so many items displayed in the store for Christmas 🎄 decorations and sale off many items as well.

Enjoy Lowe’s better than Home Depot for the the paint selection to be honest and they seem to do a better job mixing. I’ve tried Home Depot several times years ago and I don’t know they always couldn’t get it quite right. Lowes has always send me right and I will include a picture of the paint that I recently bought. I’d like Sherman William colors, but I rather have the Valspar. Valspar paints much more even.I encourage others to go for then”egg shell” for doing their living room walls am I particularly don’t care for the semi gloss in that type of room. I know it washes off easier but the eggshell washes off just as easy. Take my word. The customer service has always been a little better at Lowe’s too so that’s just me and I was thrilled with my paint that I just picked up. I picked up a few gallons. All of it matches perfectly and I will include a picture cause I’m very happy with it! Thank you, Lowes! Please understand that the lighting was not the greatest obviously when I took this, but if I put the swatch up next to the paint on a better well lit day, it matches perfectly am I just didn’t have that picture to upload at the moment of doing this review thank you again for reading. The paint color I used is the first one at the very top, which would be the richer darker of all three of the orange colors here. Have a great day.

Ordered online Eclipse sunglasses from this location as the closer one to me were sold out. The self help secure locker boxes when you first enter the outer door was convenient. I just scanned my online receipt bar code and magically one locker door opened to reveal my purchase all in a bag with my name on a sticker attached to it. That was so great not having to wait on a customer service line to get my purchase.

Their restroom was extremely clean. So, there are high props for the person who is cleaning up the restroom. Made a purchase for a very unique razor knife that also turns into a scraper. Might be the best razor knife that I ever purchased.

I was sent to add that there was a sale on an item at Lowe's. I rushed over to Lowe's to find out. That no one knew anything about the sale and item was not availathe advertisement should have said at selective locations.

I am a Lowes credit card customer. I purchased a washing machine with the help of a sales associate. The product was not appropriate for my size family and could not handle the demand. Because it was 31 day after purchase rather than 30, theywould not help me exchange for a better fit. Store manager, Katy, was extremely short and not interested in helping us with a resolution. I would never imagine she was the store manager by her lack of professionalism. Jason, department manager, was also not understanding and could care less that his associates misinformed me and are not knowledgeable about what they sell. My Lowes in Lake Park stated that they would have accommodate us with no problem. I will not shop at this location and will consider Home Depot next time for any large ticket items.

Edited again: 1/9/24 waited curbside for an hour for a dishwasher, LG, item number: 3646868. This is unheard of...Edited: I had to use Lowe's due to Home Depot's credit card being maxed out. I've been working on a house flip in West Palm Beach for the past six months. Scenario: I walked through the back wall of this Lowe's, on 1/5/24 at approximately 2:50pm. There were a group of associates, two African American females in the late 20s early 30s, and a Latino, approximately 30 years old. Who appeared to be translating for a customer and to the females. I waited to ask the associates if the 10 foot molding could have been cut "Home Depot does." One of the African American lady, in abruptly tone, informed me that they cannot be cut. I replied, that the SKU indicated per linear foot as a price of 1.19ish. she looked at me up and down and stated. Sir, I know what I'm saying. They cannot be cut. I turned around and left. I bought less footage of molding and will purchase the 2 feet at Home Depot.I have a lot bad experiences with Lowe's. In Kissimmee Florida, I had a huge issue. Read below/end of review.I thank God that the house is under contract and with a great profit. Once I get pay. I'll pay off Lowe's credit card and won't be buying from Lowe's.Original comment: December, 2023. I went in to give Lowe's as a company another opportunity after the horrible incident in the Kissimmee/Osceola Parkway store. (Review and horrible feedback left) once I went in with maximum of 10k on my credit card to spend in this Lowes (Real Estate Investor BTW) they didn't have the 90" closet doors, in store and or online. However I was extremely happy not to purchase from Lowe's again after that white young associate in Kissimmee asked me for a receipt (Nov 2022) when he clearly saw me paying.I believe Lowe's tends to hire racist staffs to make it harsh on some costumers. I am a PRO in Home Depot and Floor and Decor and never encountered such nuisance. Overall, I locked that Credit Card as a reminder of the Kissimmee store experience.

Bought this "lifetime guarantee" hose from this location. Should have known better than to trust some big box brand to stand behind their products. When the nozzle broke off I tried to make good on their claim. Call customer service first and they said it was cool to just bring it in. When I brought it in they told me it was anything but cool. After getting the runaround for more than 20 minutes they finally found the item in their system and inform me that 1) it's 30% of the original proce; 2) this particular store does not carry the product anymore so it's impossible to make good on my warranty; 3) if I do locate a store that carries this model then I'll get a third of the value and need to pay the difference because the price has changed. Lesson learned?

I am an older women and I am 5 foot four and weigh about 130 so I wish when you purchase soil someone would load.I also just changed my recent $180 order to Amazon because they seem to have the customer in mind. Amazon seems to be able to keep track of stock. I’m pretty tired of Lowe’s employees telling me about “store theft” as if I’m a Cop. Or worse, possibly a shoplifter of 40 lb soil? It’s just a place with a bad vibe.I was going to buy a table and chairs but know I’ll drag them all to my car.I’m just never calling this location again (cut off five times) and don’t speak BOT.I really believe this location is trying to keep people out of the store.With cardiomyopathy I need a bit of help carrying nearly $600 in window blinds to my car.I was there one day waiting 30 minutes on something and seems someone can receive pay to watch people ringing up their small items but otherwise mostly unfriendly. I dislike officiousness. You do too.Seems I go there with a smile and leave with a frown. Possibly a bad habit it’s good to break. LolToday I tried to buy vermiculite online and the online ordering system said only one bag of vermiculite. My son and I got into a very heated discussion because I said “They’d sell it if they have the vermiculite.” He said, “Nah they’re too lazy to update the system.” See video he just sent me…. Shows many many bags of vermiculite! Who is managing this disaster of a “store?” Wasted two hours on this today! I’m done.So last evening I placed the order and it’s 2:30 and my son had to both pick up paid items and shop and stand in line to pay. Ah youth!

Thank you Lowe's for making my nightmare something that I couldn't wake up from. My fridge stopped working so I went to Lowe's and they said it would take 2 days but it took 12! I had to buy coolers and 2 bags of ice every day because they said their inventory was wrong, the fridge was damaged or it was stolen and it will have to be ordered from another warehouse. When I finally got the delivery, the installer showed up 4 hours too early and said he doesn't care about Lowe's schedule, he works for himself and gets his money anyway, whether the customer gets their appliances or not. I was then handed 2 wrenches and told to connect the ice maker and water supply myself because he has no insurance or license. I gave 2 stars because the price was fair and the promotional terms were good, but everything else was terrible! Corporate customer service didn't care either.

First, I am a Lowe’s believer, but after today, I am very disappointed. I needed help to have a box opened to get an 8’ light bulb. First associate had broken arm (absolute excuse) and called another associate to help. I waited 15 minutes and then asked another for help that was in another aisle. Answer, not my department! Then I asked another associate and the answer was, I will call someone to help you. The end was, no one showed up and I will not be going back to this Lowe’s. 😡 This is why people order from Amazon, instead of buying local.

I bought this item and realized that the pruxe on tge receipt did not match with the price on the shelf. I notified the cashier and she explained that the item number is different. This is unprofessional, it's either tgey are trying to trick the customers and hope they don't notice, or they have a broken system and don't update the price on the shelf when they change the item on the shelves. Very disappointed 😞
