I brought my cat here to take a shower yesterday, and the relief was disappointing. First of all, my appointment is at 1:00 p.m., but they didn't inform me to pick up the cat until 5:30 p.m. Considering their surprised expressions when I took my cat in, I can believe that they didn't put it in the appointment. And when I took the cat home, I found that my cat smelled like pee. whichIt’s never happen before. My cat receives pet beauty every three months, and after each end, its hair will remain fragrant for a week. Most importantly, my cat has tears problem, but obviously they didn't wash my cat's face at all, and its foot hair has not been professionally trimmed. Anyway, the girl who work with cat it’s very nice, and the price it’s fair. But it’s you want your pet to get a professional grooming, pease stay away from this store!!!! I’ll never come back🙃

Brought my puppy to Groomies for his 2nd hair cut and when I saw him, I was amazed. Didnt expect him to be cut so short but it was a great surprise! He looked absolutely stunning. They gave him the perfect cut to suit his breed and bring out his best features. I will definitely be returning!! I can tell he feels so much better with his new hair cut and no longer has hair in his eyes. :) See my before and after pictures!

This was 2nd time I brought my dog to Groomies. The 1st time he was there several hours but haircut was good. This time I scheduled for 1st appt of the day (10:00). At 3:00-3:30I called to see if he was ready. No answer and no return call. Since you close at 5:00 I showed up around 4:30 and he was just being groomed!! This was 7 hrs later! I know she rushed because I was there so his haircut was not as.good. She apologized because she was only one there and also answering phones (not true - see info above about calling). That was 7 hrs my dog was there! I was NOT pleased that he sat there that long.

Love coming to Groomie's. Even with a last minute appointment they are willing to fit my dogs in. Jennifer is amazing with Dream as she talks so sweetly to him to calm him before and during grooming. Mater (my other dog) can be feisty at times but, Groomie's help calm him and get him just right. Wouldn't change for nothing. It's been almost 3 years and they are great. 🐶🐶❤️❤️

I took my dogs here to try it out. The people there are very nice. My dogs were comfortable in their surroundings and I must say my Chorkie looked the best I've ever seen her! My Shih Tsu looked great as well! The price was average not over priced. My only comment was that they were there for a long time. I realize they try not to scare them by blow drying but I worried about them being there for 5 hours. They seemed fine and I gave them 5 stars because they deserved it.

I have 2 large catahoulas, Chevy and Shadow. Both 8 years old and neither one has been to the groomer before. The staff was kind and worked patiently with them. They look great. $120 for both. I'll be back

Groomies is AMAZING! Our 1.5 year old rescue has trust issues. He has been sent home without a cut by other groomers. The wonderful people at Groomies take their time with him to build that needed trust. Jen has a soft soothing voice to help calm him and he always comes home looking wonderful. I cannot thank Groomies enough! Leo loves you guys!

They are great! They were quick, did a good job - my pup looks very nice - and price is super reasonable. Usually my dog will come back from groomers with a few nicks but groomies didnt leave a mark!

Jennifer is the only one who is able to cut the nails of my very difficult cat that even vets won't touch. I used to be able to do it a little, but not so much as she has gotten older. Why stress when Jennifer can do it in just a few minutes. She has a way with animals, that's for sure!
