This place pretty much has anything that is hard to get. The aisles are organized by country.One issue is the employees are not very helpful. If you ask an employee where a certain item is, they Will not be able to help you find it.Some of them even pretend that they don't speak English. One time I asked a employee if they spoke English they pretended not to understand anything I was saying then I waived them and said come here. Then I showed them a package of meat that was sitting on a unrefrigerated area. Then all the sudden she spoke fluid English.They have an amazing produce departments. For example, they have cherymia fruit. They pretty much have every type of oil that you would ever need.They have plenty of parking.

A huge world food grocery store, today I was checking out Korean items, the items are from fast Eastern countries, Middle Eastern, south Asian (Indian) Caribbean islands.From fresh groceries (exotic fruits and vegetables) to packaged items.They also carry halal fresh meats (chicken, goat, lamb etc), all kinds of seafood counter and meats in ethnic styles.They also have hot foods as well and fresh juice counter including fresh sugarcane and Orange juices and don't forget their amazing Cuban coffee for just $1.49!Only CON or downside is to watch the expiry dates of the packaged goods.Over all great store and if you're a regular you'll love browsing the isles and even if you've never been, go check it out you'll find so many new things

This grocery store has all kinds of food for all ethnic groups. They have seafood galore, goat. They even had lamb testicles. They have hamburger, exotic fruits and vegetables, fresh and canned. Household housewares, brooms, mops. You cannot go wrong if you go here. For your first visit, come and plan to walk up one aisle and down another. In order to see what they have available, you will be happy.

This is a great place to get hard to find international foods. They also have the best fresh produce, as well as seafood and meats. Furthermore the prices can’t be best.If you ever look for unique ingredients for any international dishes, be it Asian, Middle Eastern, European or more, this is the most likely place to find them.

This place has food from many different nationalities. They have a fresh fish market along with a butcher area. So far, we have been there a few times and always leave with something new to try. They are open during Thanksgiving.

I'd like to give Foodtown 5 stars but, alas their customer service is nearly non-existent. Otherwise, I love the place! It's quite like a museum of international cuisine. Their produce department alone is the size of an entire Aldis market, because they carry stuff you won't see anywhere else. All types of Asian melons, tubers, herbs, mushrooms, leeks, you name it! The meat and frozen food departments are a revelation! You can buy everything from lamb brains to beef testicles. Oh, and there's a stack of lower cow legs on ice. Hooves, fur, and all! Lord knows what those are for! There's even a tank with live frogs, for frog's legs! And another with live crabs. And a third with live crayfish. Drinks and drink mixes you've never heard of. I could go on. I've seen people of all kinds in there - East Indian, Oriental, Carribean Islander, Muslim, et al! I've even seen Chinese takeout owners in there for supplies! Let's not forget the kitchen, which serves lunch and dinner from umpteen cultures. Interestingly, what I did not notice is the foul smell a lot of reviewers have commented on. Unless they simply don't like the smell of a fresh seafood market. Because, yes. That will be your first olfactory impression of the place. And, yes. The exterior, especially, is a bit raggedy. And in a sketchy area. Still, well worth the visit. I'll go back. Again, and again!

Worst place to shop. Managers and Cashier's are Rude and don't know how to communicate. Many businesses are opening up in Florida, CUSTOMER SERVICE should be always be #1. Loyalty is #1 and people have choices of place to shop.

Worst place to shop one meeting. Give it one star if I could. Their employees don't speak english. For the most part, they're very lazy. And they tried to tell me that wic changes day-by-day. I asked before I even went in. If they did Wic to just make sure, their prices are very expensive compared to other places.Would not recommend going there. It smelled like dirty feet when you walked in.

Love this place I go straight to the fresh bread section and grab the sponge cake and then I love white pepper and other seasoning that are hard to find and they have the best Asian snacks isle I get the ramen and fresh vegetables

You find many different western food here. The store was managed to easy to find the products. Great Place to visit. When you get in the store the fruits, vegetables and most of fresh food will be at the right side and the left side will be dry foods. At the back will be any meats and seafoods.

I love this place. Not only a supermarket where you can get everything for your Caribbean, Hispanic, Asian, Russian, Greek, African etc. taste but also a small restaurant for the best take out Caribbean food. The oxtail is amazing and the prices are the best you will find in all of Florida for cooked food. Don’t forget to check out the great selection of fresh fish and produce.

got rice from them and when i opened the bag it's all spoiled inside. i see a big lump, don't know what it is. I went back to store after 20 days and asked them for EXCHANGE. I only asked for exchange, never asked for refund but the store manager was very RUDE. and she told me she won't do exchange without receipt then I told them I don't have receipt (who would keep all the receipts) pulled them credit card transaction and showed it to them, then the RUDE manager told me transaction is past 7 days so nothing they will do. I asked her it's not even 30 days but she RUDELY told me again she wouldn't do anything if the purchase is more than 7 days old.Bottom line: Worse products and WORST customer service.

The Vegetables native to other lands, the aisles of spices and ingredients from all over the world. I was astounded. I don't think I have ever seen Ash Gourds or Wintermelons that size in my life. Everything you need to cook every cuisine you want. Go here. PS: there is Zaatar from every region. Amazing.

In the variety of items aspect, this is a great place and the majority of the employees are great. However, what ruined it for me is the cashiers and the lady that stands in front of them (maybe manager?).Extremely rude, unprofessional, and gave me a nasty attitude when I explained I was standing in line for a drink at the juice bar and told to "move for other customers"... there was nobody behind me. The cashiers are terrible. No greeting, no smile, no manners, and I was in line for 10 minutes while she scanned 12 items. The man purchasing those items was also visibly irritated.Then as I tried to leave, I was stopped by the manager as well as the security guard and asked if I paid for the SINGLE item I had, while holding the receipt in my hand. Mr. Security puts his hand on his gun while telling me all this. Why does a grocery store need armed security??? Is the broccoli really that valuable?? I'll also mention I paid right in front of her. This type of behavior is disgusting and unacceptable. Stop treating all your customers like thieves and criminals. Fix your issues before one of your employees/security makes the wrong move and you get slapped with a huge lawsuit.

Staffs ( cashiers and those behind the counters esp the juice/pastry section ) are very rude. The management should send the staffs in a customer service class so they learn how to smile at least and talk nicely to customers .I stopped going to this store . PRESIDENTE IS BETTER AND I THINK THE PRICES is cheaper . IT IS ALSO CLEAN.

This is a very well known grocery for many international foods as well as traditional American cuisine. Many vegetables and fruits are available with many exotic options as well. When I went there I think I caught a bad day as it didn't seem extremely clean or well organized, however my neighbors love this store and love the prices on produce and meats. I'm try again another time

Food service was bad. They were talking to their friends in their home language not taking care of other people that do not speak their language. When I for service the lady had me repeat my order three time and told me to go and wait in line again. She acted so stupid!!! I will never go back..
