I got charge a different price than what was on the floor on MANY of the items I bought on 7/11. I spent almost 80.00 and I check my receipt in my car and noticed a lot of things was not price right. I confronted the “manager” and she called the “DM” and they could only change two item. Nah they are stealing from their customers! I had more than two item that they charge me more for. It wasn’t about how much but about how many people they stealing from! Shame on you and your customers service!!!

I could not receive one thing because it was blocked off by boxes the manager did not even want to help me the young lady that was their name Tracy said that there read they have a truck and a truck was in and no 1 here to fix the boxes Try to purchase a 100 sheet notebook when I got to the register Tracy said that I could not purchase them because corporate would not allow us it was on the shelf a lot of them was on the shelf so if it wasn't for me to purchase it should not be on the shelf the young lady was rude Certain things in the store I could not walk through or get by because they were boxes everywhere I couldn't buy a mob I couldn't buy fabuloso because their boxes everywhere so I had to go to another store to purchase these things

If your not going to be open till 10 don’t list your hours at 10. 9:35 is not 10pm for the whole store to be completely closed down.

Worst family dollar! I'm so mad I have to leave one star instead of zero! I will be calling corporate after this! The man in the dreads maybe in his late 20's tried to fight me over a cart that their store has! Left the register while no one was occupying the front to come outside and physically take my cart from me and bring it back in the store and proceed to tell me how unspecial I was. Like it's his cart! I spend about $100-150 a week in there! Sorry but I will be going elsewhere!

The staff here 1) must not have ever heard of customer service 2) I've been there to witness staff speaking very loudly and cursing while speaking to each other including them referring to their manager as a "ghetto b****". The store is usually understaffed and a mess to the point boxes of merchandise needing to be put on shelves and empty boxes in the aisles, making you have to push them over and squeeze around them with your shopping cart. The only reason I go there is location is convenient. There is only ONE employee who is wonderful and very nice and helping.

Very rude..guy in dreads( so called manager) 1st time..use walker after fumbling around got all my Packges..at least open door he just standing there not asking need help..ok some people are like that..but on top of that I left my bleach there( concentrated..not reg)and didn't even say you forgot this bag or bring out to me..but he didn't poor customer service. Than I go back to get my bleach..it turns into a forensic..had to check the cameras..in mean time the cashier as I was walking over to only chair( use walker..can't stand too long) she yells out you can't sit there which I responded yes I can this is America..she tell the manager( dread guy) so when he comes out with my bleach he repeated what I said and ordered out of store don't come back..never would as long as they have workers like that.. as a manager he is so unkept( pants dirty/wrinkles) looks dirty.. poor representation for such a big chain should have better employees..with better customer service... ended up giving me wrong bleach..I bought concentrated bleach (3.55)Not reg bleach. That store isn't a nice store and it's stores and manager very sloppy are dirty

This place is out of control always dirty no one say hi when you pay or anything. I come in here all the time just because it's close to home but the male with dread that was working their on 1/2/22 around 430pm running the register was mad with his life because he was nasty,rude clearly not happy with his job I am a manager at a store and I would never hire someone with such bad customers service I hope that management know how bad their employee is.if I could put no stars on here I would. I will take my business else where.i watch the employee yell at a customer an tell her in front of her kids,and he said WHAT YOU THINK YOUR SPECIAL AN PULLED A SHOPPING CART AWAY FROM HERE SO SAD .

I bought batteries here for my son's Christmas present. They didn't work. I brought them back 10min later and the dude looks at em and says they look used. He causes me of trying to switch out the batteries . . . 9 dollars of batteries and the dude calls me a liar and refuses to switch them or give me a store credit. Trash trash trash. Throw the whole store away 💯

My husband and I are an interracial couple. I love the convenience of the location to my house, but I will go to the one on Okeechobee bc of the treatment by the cashier. She threw the change at us like we were nothing. Racism exists on both sides. It was a heavy set black girl with bleach blond hair. Completely uncalled for in a professional setting. We said have a good day and no acknowledgement.

Rude staff. Store a complete mess. Stuff on clearance racks that isn't clearance. Stuff in wrong places. Aisles are overcrowded. They definitely aren't taking care of things up to standards.

Today on September 14 the cashier was talking and we try to get some one to attend the guy in front of us so we can go she just kept talking to the guy next to her and as the cashier finish talking she past me and my mother and gave my mother a dirty look even do my mother just said excuse me to her to come on back and said to the other guy like if i don't speak english that the other people are waiting and we just tried to get the line to get going so we can get out . The service today was just terrible today!

I went to this store today 1/31/2020 at 9:43pm and there doors were already locked. I looked online and it said that the store closes at 10 pm so I don’t understand why they were already closed. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

They are always blocking all the Isles to stop and they have four or five or six employees that are doing all this talking to managers do not care about their customers
