I love Family Dollar it is a very nice store. Their merchandise is of good quality and they sell many different things for your home as well as your business. I love to purchase my Cosmetics as well as my hair products from family Dollar. The prices are very reasonable and they are well stocked which I'm very happy about that and the customer service is just awesome. I will continue to do business at Family Dollar and their employees and the managers are very kind and most helpful. And the store is very organized.

I'm a local customer at this store since 2016. I have no issues spending my money here because of the convenience but ever since new management the customer service sucks. Rude as rude can be and it's a sad shame. I've witnessed numerous times how rude the lady manager has been and even experienced it myself. Change needs to be made

Big store, needs more lighting aisles are a little tight but lots of nice items at good prices. Staff is not helpful. I wasn't greeted upon entering and when I went to cash out the cashier didn't greet me or say a word. I wasn't thanked or wished a good night. Customer service there is just terrible. Dollar General down the road has better customer service and the store is cleaner.

Place was a total disaster! No shopping carts inside or out(homeless people?) Most aisles blocked so that you couldn't use carts anyways, wrong prices on every damn thing I bought! Clerks said prices went up,I said labels need to be changed first!! America is seriously becoming a very lazy,nasty 3rd world country! Few care about the quality of their job/work! Just want government handouts, I guess.

Found everything I was looking for easily and the check out was quick and efficient. The employees are quite friendly and helpful even though it was rather busy when I stopped by. The parking area is a little bit cramped but it's design was well planned for the space available. Overall another great place. Thanks! 👍

Really a dramatic turn-around. The store is now cleaned, well-lighted and the lay-out has been reconfigured for much easier checkout. When a customer walks in they are usually greeted by the front check-out people. The store manager is upfront at the cash registers to immediately deal with any problems that may arise. Store personnel are diligently arranging merchandise on the shelves. Okay. Not perfect yet: Aisles are extremely narrow. Many normal inventory items vacant from the shelves. Not enough shopping carts. But HUGE (to para-phrase Donald J. Trump) improvement over previous store operation and finally CLEAN!

Most items in stock, which considering panic buying has been going on for months, is great. Customer service was excellent, store is practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Wish every customer would do the same, but that's not due to Family Dollar. Excellent prices, of course.

If I could give -50 stars, I would. The manager here is completely rude. She got into an argument with the customer ahead of us. Then when it came to me, the toothpasye rang up 6.00 but the sign said $4. I explained it to her and her response was " customers move items In the store all the time. Her customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FAMILY DOLLAR !

Good Afternoon. Went shopping there on 7/31/2018 for school supplies. Spent $73.80. No bags! No shopping bags! NO BAGS!!!!!! Went and asked if I could use the hand basket and bring it back as I had a PLETHORA of items. Before the ever so nasty, un accommodating manger VINCE said, "No! People steal them all the time!" As if I needed the red FAMILY DOLLAR basket to decorate my home!I can only imagine how he treats his staff! I really want to write a long REPORT on the entire incident, but I will do so via the customer service number! He provided ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE!!! I had to ASK can you at least give me a box? He said he will try. Smh. As if I'm the reason the store is without bags and in a DEPLORABLE CONDITION. Will not be returning.

"EXCELLENT" I really enjoyed my time at this store. The people here are nice and friendly.plus they're very helpful. I like shopping here. It's fun and good snacks on top of that.

This place is disgusting and has isles blocked all the time. I told the manager there it was nasty and lots of rude people, and he just laughed and said I know. So then I go to the checkout register the Haitian lady says not one word to me, not hello, not the total, or my change back. She doesn't give receipts back, she just let's them pile up, and flow over onto the ground. It's a bunch of young guys, thinking it's funny for crappy service, and one rude Haitian lady! Corporate definitely needs to fix this place!

The employees are so nice but they are changing the store around making it difficult to 1. Find things & 2. Walk around safely. They shouldn't be open while doing this - I was afraid of what was gonna happen to us while we were there ☹ Very sad move of a very, very greedy owner to endanger people by being open during this process. So sad... so very sad!!!

While there are good selections in merchandise, the layout of the store needs to be redesigned. Store is too crowded and not enough turn around room for 3 customers on an aisle to shop in peace.

This place was terrible. The sales clerk wasn't even friendly. I was being nice to the guy, and he just didn't even say a word. There was also a sale on the ice tea I was buying...it's all priced wrong. The iced tea is labeled "$1.35" and when the clerk rang up the iced tea and it rang up "2 @ 1.50" it costed me "$3.18" someone isn't doing something right there.

Staff is rude, doesn't not acknowledge customers. Will have a conversation in Creole assuming you don't speak French. Will never shop here again. Cooperate needs to visit this store and restaff.

The Isles are always crowded you can't get down them I work retail sales for 21 years and we did all of our packing down packing out at nights when the store was closed but there's all you can't even get down the buggy
