Despite the store hours indicating they were open I went to open the door at 8:05 during an apparent team huddle. A man comes to the door and says, come back in 20min!! Sir, if you all needed to meet you should’ve set the time earlier. I’m headed to work and needed to grab a few things for our office party! You dont turn people around, you keep meeting while we shop like they do at Target and Walmart!

They messy as hell. Workers always on the phone while checking people out. Always only one register open. Store is a mess and can barley get around. It’s always people in there stealing and they let them. They are so unprofessional too. The store needs a whole new team cause the people that’s there don’t do they job. Plenty of people be complaining but they don’t care. It’s either we wait or we don’t have to buy what we came for instead of just opening up another register. I will never ever go back to this family dollar and I’ll make sure to let people know how this family dollar treats their customers!!!!!!

Place was absolutley filthy! Kitty litter was all over the floor, shelves disorganized, one cashier carrying long conversations while the check out line down the isle. I have to start taking pics. People just walked out putting their items on the shelf. We as a people have to stop accepting the way these stores operate!

Prices Plan-o-gram's is always wrong, manager nidson lear or Dean was so uncooperative and adjusting price and gave me fake numbers.

We love the Family Dollar on 45th Street!!! Now that you have the dairy products it's so much easier to shop.Also the cashier is the sweetest lady. Really all the employees are great.

Great so far, but i think that the Employees should get a increase in pay so that they can feel happy at work. They are doing the job, so why not make them a little more comfortable with their paycheck.

it don't make no sense for a company phone to ring until it starts beeping because no one answers. To me that is poor customer service to the core. If Family Dollar can't get professional people in this store who takes pride in their job, then they need to close that store or fire the sorry manager who allows this behavior. This is ridicules.

The Gorilla ass looking like she is angry at the world or maybe she thinks somebody owes her something very rude, disrespectful to the customers cursing at the customers on front of children. She literally needs to find somewhere else to work maybe picking up garbage at a park since her mouth and attitude so filthy. Will b calling corp and reporting the exp.

I like this one people are nice and shelves are well-stocked and it's not all messed up and on the floor like the one on Palm Beach Lake that one looks like a drug dealer runs it
