Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE Take your medication elsewhere AND RUNNNN No wonder everyone quits working there very racist Pharmacist they don’t fill medication on time have you waiting weeks for children medicine and they feel because you are of another color you must wait and let everyone go ahead of you when your child needs there medication horrible customer service (corporate) don’t remember guy name but he is just as bad very messy and shady I will no longer spend a dime with this cvs this topped the cake

This may be hard to follow but I purchased vitamins at different CVS then 40% coupon came so I went to CVS on Northlake to get original price credited then buy same bottle with 40% off. The cashier did not do credit correctly so I ended up buying same bottle again and left with bottle I came in with so I went to original CVS for refund so now I had no vitamins and went back to CVS on Northlake to get refund because I bought same bottle from other CVS and paid this one for nothing. The lady manager said I walked out of there with vitamins (yeah same bottle from other CVS I walked in with). I was going to explain but she walked off and the man manager ended up giving me their vitamins I bought but never got so kudos to him and she can stay away from me in future visits. Acted like I was scamming them.

The staff is always kind and helpful. The pharmacy doesn't take all insurance though which is a shame. Make sure to sign up for the Care benefits for $5 a month. It's worth the money of you're a regular shopper.

Horrible pharmacy with horrible staff told me to come in to set up a profile when I had one already then told me it would take 24 hours to transfer a medication witch takes literally a phone call I had both pharmacy's waiting to take the call and they couldn't do it cause they were "swamped" with literally no customers go to the publix in the same plaza much more willing to help
