Husband had been there earlier with another prescription . Went to pick up and the female looked at him and said,”now what”. Made a huge deal of transferring a prescription to the other cvs , had not even offered on the previous visit . Our doctor told us the behavior of the pharmacy employees there is atrocious . He is correct . Been with cvs for forty years . Why would I stay with a place that is rude and unhelpful?

Pharmacy is very rude and bearly pick up the phone when asked a question it's a demeanor as if I'm not supposed to ask her any questions at all the lady hung up the phone on me today around 3pm on Friday November 17 she really needs to find a new profession and practice customer service skills fast.

Horrible customer service from this pharmacy. I can’t even believe this is allowed from a business let alone a pharmacy. I’ve waited on hold and as i write this review am currently on hold for the 5th time now because every time i’m on hold for longer than 8 minutes an employee is coming to the phone and ending the call. I can literally hear someone pick it up, people in the background talking, and then the phone hits the dock and ends. It’s absolutely disgusting that this is the kind of service that CVS allows in one of their pharmacy’s. I never write reviews really at all but i am absolutely appalled at the fact i can’t even pick up my own prescription from the pharmacy as big a name as CVS. As soon as someone answers my call (and trust me they will because i won’t stop calling until they do) i’m going to let them know i will from this day forward be picking up my prescriptions from Walgreens as well as ALL of my family and friends! Absolutely disgusting joke of a pharmacy, I have to say.

Updated been going here a lot lately especially loving how sweet Theresa is in the drive through pharmacy. And all the pharmacists! My dogs and I love coming to pick up medicine from here because they get a treat :) Online it's just as easy and affordable to get your medicine delivered which for me is great! Thanks guys!

Just had the absolute worst customer service at the pharmacy department. I was at the counter waiting and a pharmacist said “be right there”. Another pharmacist walked into the pharmacy area from the store floor and said very rudely, “you have to come to this register”. He then got my prescription and said “no charge” and pointed at me with the bag with my medicine. I thought he was handing it over and when I reached out to receive it, he pulled back very fast and told me with a very short attitude to go through the prompts on the keypad to check out. He walked away while the receipt was printing. I had to reach over and tear off my own receipt. He saw me and laughed. It was the Asian pharmacist. Didn’t catch his name. Very rude and unprofessional service.

Barbara and John have always been so helpful each and every time I go in, from the “Hello and welcome to CVS” to the “good-by”. They are always helpful and go above and beyond what’s required of them. The other day I left an item I bought on the counter and Barbara came running out of the store to flag me down to give me what I left! Kudos Barbara! Kudos John!

My son is in college in NY and because of campus close down and other reasons he is here in Florida taking online courses until the fall. His doctor had been prescribing his medicine to this cvs for the last few months and when he was here on holiday breaks. Never been a problem and always filled in a timely manner. Suddenly this one inconsiderate pharmacist ( whom must be a new arrogant employee) refuses to fill his prescription creating my son to not have the medication he needs. He sees his primary regularly when he is in NY and she is well aware he is in college and back and forth from NY ago FL. She is very intelligent and send his prescription to FL because she knows it is imperative he takes it without missing a day. Now on day two without his meds! This cvs pharmacist stated that he has to have a doctor in FL to fill his prescriptions and it’s cvs’s policy. LIES! Will never fill our prescriptions with CVS again. Good job on the new hire CVS 🙄 and thanks for doing everything for the patients that depend on their medication to be filled by you!

The people at this cvs work so hard. The pharmacy is always so busy and the pharmacists and pharmacy staff are always so friendly and helpful despite the constant long lines. I appaud their work ethic and appreciate theit positive attitudes. Today I was helped by Robert who is always working hard and always a pleasure to see!!!! The company, CVS, should be proud of this store. They are one of the best I have ever encountered!!!! Thank you all for making my experience here a good one every time I visit!

Do you want to be aggravated for no reason? Go to this CVS. Pharmacist make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Excuse am a paying customer. Not professionals at all. First time it happened to my wife, now it happened to me. Don’t believe me? Give them a call and find out for yourself. Do yourself a favor and skip this pharmacy. My son didn’t got his pneumonia medicine because the lack of urge from the old lady pharmacist. I waited for more than 3hrs and couldn’t transfer the prescription. Had to wait to the next morning.

Extremely rude staff, the employee that takes the phone orders just gave me a lesson about why neither me nor my clients should ever have to deal with this pharmacy again, he tried very hard to embarrassed me and make me feel very uncomfortable while placing an order, saying things like “ It’s this the first time that your are placing an order, this thing are pretty standard and you should know them” etc, bizarre…. Another sad and angry human being that chose the wrong profession….

I have made 2 returns here in the time span of 2 years. The first time was a year ago and the cashier made me feel bad about returning the product even though I have a right to do so. I left upset after the transaction. A few days ago I also made a return and I’m pretty sure it was the same lady as last time. She was giving me an attitude, making me feel very unwelcome, making faces, and telling me without my receipt I can’t return a bag of cat food ! I was telling her I had my card I used for purchase and that I have my cvs card but she made it very clear they don’t look purchases up that way in the rudest way possible. I don’t know why returning a product is such a big deal and requires so much frustration. I stayed calm the whole time but was really upset, I ended up getting a store credit which is fine but it should not take that amount of stress to return something. I will drive to the other side of town to the other cvs, I don’t feel unwelcome there.

After waiting for apx 15 mins for the pharmacist on duty to wait on a woman, the only other customer, I was told the medication I needed for an early morning surgery was not in stock.It was Easter btw and I was only given the prescription yesterday.I normally feel my prescriptions at 101 North Dixie highway in Lake Worth where the pharmacist is always very accommodating especially if someone is waiting.when I asked what I should do he said I should go all the way back to Lake Worth and check. When I asked if I could call, he said they would not tell me because it was a narcotic medication. When I asked if he could call, he declined. Dreadful experience at this location today.

Horrible customer service. One of the pharmacists is lazy and inept. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I work for a Dr office and they threw out our faxed prescriptions twice and then refused to allow me to put a verbal prescription in. Now my client is going without his medications. His excuse was it was too many prescriptions and had to do a flu shot. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Will be looking for another pharmacy to use.

Paid 4x times the price for CR2016. Also they are not carrying watch repair kit anymore. So yeah, minus two.The staff was nice though.In hindsight I should have picked a battery at the grocery store at a quarter of the price.

I had to take a Covid test via the drive through.It was fast and friendly. I had Joy Tangonan and she acted like she knew since I was a little girl. This put me at ease as I was sticking a swab up my nose, not so comfortable! Thank you so much, Joy, I really appreciate your kindness!

Terrible experience as I write this I’ve been waiting 33+ minutes for a covid vaccine. I do not recommend this location. The pharmacist was not attentive and the waiting area next to the canes was completely full.

This is the worst cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is not friendly or even professional at all. They are rude and treat you like your stupid. They are lazy and I hate going to this CVS because they are too lazy to run your insurance. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone.

Trying to get some antibiotics for my sick child and I end up having to wait for the next day, thanks to the unprofessional employees. They lack of communication and care. Switching pharmacy. Not recommended

They are racist I'm black & when a white woman came with the same issue they told her few minutes but my medication was there since the night before & the manager said she will fill it i still waited a hour very poor service not professional at all
