I love Central Bark West Palm Beach! We recently relocated from upstate NY to West Palm. We are parents to two Dachshund whose lives changed dramatically when we moved and downsized from 6 acres to a condo. Add to that the heat of a summer move and my kids were miserable. Who wants to be walked when it’s 100 degrees outside?!??So I knew I needed to find a place where they could run around, make friends, get their energy out. After visiting several places we decided on CB! My pups love it. We send them 3 days a week and they come home hungry for dinner and pooped! It’s great. Ashley the Manager there is wonderful- she really loves the dogs like they’re hers. I love that they post photos on social regularly and I’ve gotten some of the best pics of Teddy & Rosie from them. Also they did a introduction session to make sure they would be ok and sent home a report card for the day and the most perfect pictures.We will be using their other services- boarding and we’ve had 2 grooming sessions as well and they did a great job on both my kids!If you want your dog to be socialized, tired, have fun, jump I to a mini pool and zzz- this is the BEST place in West Palm!

Oh my god I can’t say enough good things about Central Bark. My Rosie girl loves it so much and I trust them with her, she’s a super picky dog but she loves them! We do sleepovers and daycare. She once had to stay for almost two weeks because we got stuck overseas with Covid and they were SO accommodating with helping us.recently got new management and I was nervous, but Carolyn has been AMAZING. You guys are the best <3

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experiences at Central Bark. This was not the first incident involving my dog, Bubba. Over a year ago, he developed a severe rash after a grooming session here. Most recently, after a weekend stay, Bubba came home exhibiting drastic behavioral changes, as if he had undergone some trauma. Upon closer inspection, I found a significant gash on his left front paw, which required emergency veterinary attention. The nature of his injury suggests negligence or a lack of proper care. It's heartbreaking to see my pet suffer due to what appears to be oversight on their part. I had hoped the first incident was a one-off, but this recurrence has led me to decide not to use Central Bark's services again. Please consider my experience if you're thinking about trusting them with your beloved pet's care.I sent an email prior to me writing a review. Central Bark never responded so I decided to share my experience with the public.

We love Central Bark West Palm Beach! It's super convenient that they are so close to the airport. Makes one less hassle for us to worry about when we travel. The staff really care about their work and it shows. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for boarding and grooming for their pups!

This is one of my favorite dog parks in the area. I prefer the South Park because it has more shade but it is nice that they rotate the parks to keep the grass full and not muddy.

Both of my dogs (Heat & Arlo) have been attending Central Bark for about 8 months. They attend 5 days a week from 8 am to about 5 pm and they are SO happy to go to “school” every day. Management and dog handlers are very knowledgeable and understanding. I love that they don’t discriminate against any dog types, but they really know how to take care of each breed, keep the dogs safe, and keep in mind the owners requests.

It's not difficult to see that this is a place that truley cares for the animals. Gary, the owner was taking care of a pup for Peggy Adams. Gary was extremely helpful with the adoption process. I recommend Central Bark as a trust worthy, safe, and happy doggy day care.

If I could give Central Bark West Palm Beach a million stars I would! My puppy has been going there for daycare for the past couple months (beginning around 4 months). The staff, led by the wonderful Ashley, is amazing, trustworthy, reliable, and always responsive anytime I call. It's abundantly clear that the entire staff has a real love for dogs and treats each dog like their own. On his first day, I was super nervous because he's a rambunctious, yet tiny guy; has a bit of separation anxiety; and hadn't had much interaction with other dogs as he'd just recently completed his shots. But to my surprise he THRIVED there from day one and absolutely LOVES it! He sprints to the door every time he realizes where he is, never looks back when I drop him off, and best of all, is ALWAYS tired out when he gets home after daycare!! :)I also use them for grooming and have always been pleased with the results. They listen to what look/cut you want and deliver, which can't be said for all groomers especially when it comes to doodles.If you're looking for or debating on a daycare to send your dog to, you can stop looking now. Send your dog to Central Bark--you will not be disappointed in their level of care and facilities! The daily facebook pictures are an awesome bonus and always make my day. I can't thank Ashley and her entire team enough for taking such great care of my little guy!!

My Petunia Rose loves Central Bark! We’ve been going for well over 7 months now. The staff is amazing and she looks forward to her day at school! Central bark is an amazing place! Gary is awesome and extremely accommodating you can see that they love animals. my dog has been going here since she was a few months old and absolutely loves it! If you have a high energy dog that needs a lot of exercise I highly recommend this place, unlike other day cares they play pretty much the entire day! My dog comes home and sleeps all night long! Thank you for taking such good care of Bailey!!

We couldn't be happier with Central Bark. Our dog used to get depressed about day care (a prior company), but she loves her days with the Central Bark staff. They're friendly, professional, courteous and you get the sense that they are invested in each of the dogs in their care. We also boarded our girl at Central Bark and felt reassured that she was in safe hands, while we were traveling. Ashley goes above and beyond.

After much searching, we finally found the place where we can feel comfortable leaving our beloved bulldog. We visited many places and most felt so clinical, at Central Bark this is not the case. The place is so cheerful and our dog is so happy when she gets there. Gary and his wife are great, I feel so much better knowing that the owners are so involved in the business and show true care for how our pet is treated during her stay. We have boarded our dog at a few different places and this is by far the best! On top of how they actually care for her, they also aren't trying to nickle and dime us for each stay with added costs the prices are upfront without surprises. You can't go wrong with this place for your furry loved ones!

Not recommended! Worst service ever. I made an appointment for full grooming service at Central Bark @ West Palm Beach. The Groomer name, Ashely, she was unprofessional and has no manners. I enrolled as a new client and set it up an appointment at 3pm, then after call me to move the time to 1:30PM, which I agreed. At 12:50PM, a customer rep called again, If I can change or move again at 1PM. I told her cannot make it, but I can do better to try be before at least 1:15 or before time. I arrived at 1:15PM sharp. Just right on the door, groomer Ashely, she call me and mentioned me about period of grace. I could not understand what she was referring, she said I was late. I never request to modify or changes, Although I accepted to 1:30PM, I arrived on time and I agreed to get earlier, I lost my time and gas. I suggest, If I were you, I would never visit West Palm location. Imagine the unprofessional treatment to a new client, worst if she is in hurry or mad, how can she treat your dog? ZERO service or respect to others

Me and my Lab couldn’t be happier. She gets so excited when we pull into their lot. The location is convenient and alway clean and well-maintained. The Team is professional, knowledgeable and really good with my dog. I love having the groomer on-site and they sell my pup’s dog food! I cannot recommend more highly. They’re amazing and I’m so grateful.

We've been taking Billy here for the past 5 months and he absolutely loves it! The staff here are friendly, caring and skilled. You can tell they build loving relationships with all the dogs that visit. The facility is always clean and are in the process of remodeling inside and outside. Billy always arrives and leaves with his tail wagging and a smile, and that makes us loyal to Central Bark!

They did a phenomenal job on grooming our quirky Siberian Husky, Diesel. He’s NOT good with baths or getting his nails clipped but due to their professionalism and calm demeanor, Diesel felt right at home and they got the job done! A friend recommended Central Bark for doggy day care, and we couldn't be happier!! Our dog, Carly, absolutely loves it!! She is a chocolate lab that has endless energy (her nickname is Crazy Carlykins). It's easy to see how passionate the staff and new owner, Lindsay, are about the pups. It’s comforting to know we have found a clean, safe, and FUN environment for our fur baby. They also offer services to bathe the dogs (which is awesome!) Carly is one tired, happy pup when we get home; AND is nice and clean! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Gary and Marilyn Walter and their entire support team are amazing! The genuine care, concern and love of the dogs they care for is apparent in the excitement of every boarder I see coming and going. I can't say enough good things about central bark, it is by far the best daycare I have ever used. The staff is so friendly my dog actually starts whining from excitement when we pull in and passes out immediately in the car when picked up. Each staff member really cares for the dogs and actually knows each dog by name. It's the little things that make a huge difference!!

Gary and his team at Central Bark are second to none. I brought my little French Bulldog puppy, Kobe, there since I first got him - and they always treated him like family. When he was little and I worked long hours, I would leave him with Gary nearly every day.. they did an amazing job socializing him. Now as an adult, even though he can stay home with no issues - I still bring him once a week and it's Kobe's absolute favorite place to be. I'll be moving soon and unfortunately, won't be able to keep bringing him in - but thanks for being a part of our family!!!

Gary and Marilyn are a sweet dog-lovin duo who take great care of your pups! Not only have they made sure my pup had lots of fun at doggie daycare, they have also taken of my pup at a "sleepover" while my husband and I were out of town one weekend. After every visit, they provide me with a little "report card" to let me know how my pup did during her stay and who her friends are at daycare. More importantly, the entire team is all incredibly friendly, kind, and well trained. My pup always has a great time and loves hanging out with her friends at daycare! They also have a groomer on site, as well as a great selection of food, accessories, and toys in the lobby.
