I have been going back and forth about writing a review but I just took my poodle to another local groomer and feel that it’s time. I had been taking my dog here for the last year, maybe 5 or 6 times. Originally I liked how thorough Claudia seemed when asking how I’d like my poodles hair cut. Shed write the notes or changes on an index card and file it for the next time. This last time I took her, (couple months ago) Claudia brought out the pos machine to my car because I just had a newborn. I paid and added a 20% tip totaling around $120 (expensive). She then brought out my poodle and omg I was in shock. Her cut was nothing like she’d had before and it was obvious the notes Claudia writes were not followed. My dog is a poodle, she gets a poodle cut. Like a Pomeranian, typically gets a Pomeranian cut. I told Claudia her topknot (poodle fro) was crooked and just didn’t look right. Claudia said she can make it less poofy and took my dog back. She brings my dog out to the car again and now we’ve got a Mohawk? going on. I was pissed and had to get home b/c my newborn was getting fussy. At home I looked more closely and texted Claudia pics of how badly my dog’s haircut was messed up. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, Claudia blamed me and had me bring my dog back in so she can “fix her”. I brought her back b/c I didn’t want to have to find another groomer and gave Claudia the benefit of the doubt. She was not able to fix the botched haircut as you can’t fix the hair that’s not there anymore. After the trouble I went through and the amount of times I spoke up and said something isn’t right you would think Claudia would refund me the $120 and apologize but she couldn’t even do the latter. I have since found a new local groomer who is $30 cheaper and consistently cuts my poodle the same.**last pic is my dog’s most recent grooming (not done at BnB)**

This is the absolute BEST place to take your cat. Claudia was incredible - she walked me through everything and made sure she got a good understanding of how I wanted my Persian’s cut to be. Pax came back perfect and not one nick! I am very happy :) PS - all the dogs I saw come out looked perfectly groomed!

I've been taking my feline babies to Bubbles N Bows for over a year now. The work that Claudia and her staff do is excellent. They are extremely polite and professional, and they are always available for me. They speak both Spanish and English. Not to mention, the service is excellent (10/10). My babies always come back smelling and looking so good. If you are in the Palm Beach vicinity, Bubbles N Bows is the perfect spot to take your pet for grooming.

Claudia and her team take the best care of my Yorkies- Chloe was 15 years, 8 months when she passed last year. She loved getting groomed by Bubbles and Bows staff. She was pleased amd sassy with her groom up until the last. Claudia referred to her groom as “comfort groom”. My 6.5 year old Oliver is growing his lovely hair out. He also loves a bath and pampering by B&B. It’s always a good day when we go there. 👍🏻👍🏻

We were looking for a new groomer for our dog Fisher and a friend of ours recommended Bubbles N Bows! It's also conveniently located down the street from us, so we decided to give it a try... and I'm so glad we did!! Claudia was super nice and welcoming when I came in with Fisher, and she knew exactly what to do with her! Fisher is usually not very willing to go anywhere without us... but she just walked right in and didn't even look back! She was there about 2 hours, and when we picked her up, she looked BEAUTIFUL!! We were so happy!!! Thank you to Claudia and her wonderful team!!!

I brought my little rescue pup in for her first grooming! Claudia and her staff were so sweet and loving! They took such amazing care of my baby, and treated her like their own. They were extremely knowledgeable, and offered some great advice. I felt completely comfortable leaving her there, and came back to see the most beautifully groomed little girl! We are looking forward to coming back for more pampering soon!

Our regular groomer moved so we had to find a new one. Bubbles and Bows was recommended by a vet. Muffin (aka "Muppett") didn't want to leave! You know your dog is treated well! I brought my 3 lb Yorkie in for a grooming and was quoted at $65. When she came out I was told it was going to be $90. This didnt make any sense. They added in a nail clipping and ear cleaning without permission and didn’t ask if this was a service I wanted to add. I was charged for it and was basically told “it is what it is”. This was very upsetting and in no way should a grooming for my very small dog cost this much.Beware of this company.

This place is wonderful. Never going back to pet store grooming. The pet store would see some mats from our lack of daily brushing our Maltese and completely shave her. She was unrecognizable. She looked like a white rat. 😥Our fur baby is beautifully groomed now and looks like a Maltese, despite our lack of daily maintenance. Such a loving and talented staff! It is a bit pricier than other places, but it is really worth it to have her so well taken care of.

Please don’t listen to the negative reviews. The current owner Claudia has owned this shop for the past 5 years. Her and her staff are caring, professional, accommodating, friendly, and adore the furry clients as if they were a part of their own family. I’ve been coming here for close to 5 years and my dogs have always been taken care of in the highest regard. I have a small senior dog who is anxious and not a fan of grooming; however, the day I started taking her to Bubbles and Bows she was calmer and let them groom her without a fuss. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a groomer they can trust with their fur babies!

We've been using her services for our large Sheepadoodle (who is high maintenance) for almost two years and he loves going there and never comes back stressed...we trust Claudia to treat our fur baby like family and she does. There's not enough praise I can give Claudia, the owner and Nicki the groomer. After searching 7 years for someone who accepts cats for a bath and trim, I've hit the lottery. Not only are they professional they listened to what I wanted and made Serenity my Persian feel safe. The place is immaculate. They show compassion and genuine concern. This is a wonderful shop. Claudia and her team do a great job! They are very professional and you can tell they really care about their fur babies. Claudia really listens to what you want and delivers. The place is very clean and during the pandemic I felt very safe bringing my pup here. Claudia set up an individual appointment by phone and offered curbside drop off and pick up. When I arrived she came out in full protective gear and everything went seamlessly. I would definitely recommend them for all your grooming needs.

Love Bubbles & Bows! My cat is a Himalayan and really doesn’t do well in Florida when she has all of her fur. Bubbles & Bows does a great job keeping her trimmed and groomed! I don’t know what Fluffy would do without them!

My dog is 10 years old and had never spent the night with anyone other than family. I needed a place for him for 4 nights and Claudia came highly recommended. I knew within minutes of meeting Claudia that Charlie was in good hands. She treated him like one of her own, bathed and cleaned him, cut his nails and provided daily updates, including photographs. If you consider your dog a member of the family, you can feel comfortable leaving your dog with Claudia. She's amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby!

Wonderful place, wonderful owner, someone who genuinely loves animals and is skilled and personable in every way. Brought our adopted, rescue, 8yr-old Persian in for a haircut. He'd recently had an obstruction caused by a hairball from his grooming his full-length coat.Claudia was kind and professional. She explained the length options with demonstrative cuts and then even called us after an hour when his shampoo and nails were done to say he was doing great, and that they were about to cut his fur back. and hour later she called to say he was done. Fabulous job, the cat is walking around the house showing off his haircut to his cat siblings and our near-120 lb Alaskan Malamute that thinks he's a sibling. An excellent experience in every way. We would NOT go anywhere else, as our prior experiences with other groomers were nowhere near as great.

I am a new client to this establishment and am soooo happy I found the most caring, professional, clean and patient group of people. My Teeka is a rescue cat who is almost a year old and has never been to the groomer. She is a long haired siamese mix and was in need of a grooming especially since she was getting matted underneath her belly. From the time I entered the establishment with an appointment, it was clean and had an amazing fragrance. Claudia was very helpful and informative as to how the process went. Her assistant was also professional and I just can't rave enough about their caring and quickness in handling my Teeka so that she would not stress. Thank you Claudia and your team for making Teeka feel and look BEAUTIFUL!!!! I have raved to a few of my friends about Bubbles N Bows and they will be taking their doggies there also.
