Great store in a perfect location! Can't express how many times it has saved us a trip home when we forgot to pack something for the beach.Reasonable prices. Cute clothes and swimwear.Kids flip flops can be improved. We have bought several pairs and none of them were comfortable. Adult flip flops that they sell are excellent!

Removed the tag from my sweatshirt I bought Sunday that was attached with a safety pin. Went back today and was going to buy some bathing suits, dresses, oakley's, a pair of shorts and one of those rug jackets for my guy but my ankle was hurting and I was hungry so thought I'd pop over to 711. Little did I realize there was another tag in the collar. The sales man grabbed it and pulled me back and accused me of stealing this cheap sweatshirt. I took the receipt out of my wallet this morning but still had the gift card register and was going to call and show him I paid. He said no. We can hold it and you can bring it back. I'm like you expect me to walk back to my hotel in my bra. Oh hello no.Thankfully the wonderful staff member they have remembered me and vouched that yes I bought two sweat shirts. Never in my life have I been so offended.Here's a copy of the tag i removed this morning after my shower so you can see my shock. And, on top of it i would have thought they would have had security things they would have removed so these things wouldn't happenI did go back with my receipt to prove they were in the wrong. My reputation is everything and I've never stolen in my life. What is wrong with people. They lost a really big sale today.They ruined my day and I want to burn the sweatshirt.

There are signs in the store that say "no returns", but I was foolish enough to believe that an employee telling me I could return something if it didn't fit my child would supercede the rule stated on the sign. When I reminded multiple employees that I was specifically told that a return would be permitted, and that I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place if I had known that they were lying to me, the employees just shrugged. No attempt to ameliorate, no creative thinking to bend the rules and help a patron out.

Very presently surprised with this store, their prices are very reasonable no different than what you’d find at Target and that’s a rare find right on the beach! They have everything here you might need and plenty of souvenirs as well.

Horrible Horrible HorribleI bought a simple lightweight beach chair. The price was $76.00 The chair broke when my husband sat on it for the second time. I tried to return it and they wouldn’t give me a refund or a replacement. I pleaded with them as it was a gift for my husband on our anniversary. The girls at the counter were laughing at me because I couldn’t understand why they were so strict about a refund they called the police on me and my husband. Love this store! Always has amazing deals and just a huge inventory of beach things you’d need at the beach! It’s way better than the other beach shop in the plaza! We’ve bought our beach chairs, some in style sunglasses, and beach toys from here! Love it and highly recommend Wings Beachwear for any of your beach needs!

My purchase experience was actually very pleasant and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating making suggestions unfortunately one of the items that I purchased was defective a strap fell off. When I returned the next day my Experiences could not have been more the the opposite. With my receipt in hand I asked to return the defective bag a manager, Angel, who won’t out looking at either the item or my receipt was rude, confrontational, and short with me insisting I could only exchange the item, nothing else. I found items totaling close to the amount of the broken bag and went to the register, where the customer in front of me was returning a damaged item that she had purchased and receiving a refund. When I asked why the policy was inconsistent she again was defensive rude and offered no help. I have never received worse customer service, it’s fine to have a policy and for there to be exceptions, but your offer no exclamation to a customer while being rude is absolutely unacceptable.

Bought a pair of board shorts. Returned them 10 minutes later. No go. No refunds allowed. Clerk pointed to a posted sign on the counter explaining the policy and said it was also on the back of the receipt. Not the clerks fault. He was cool as was the staff. The store is nice too. But seriously, no refunds. That’s super cheesy and bad business. Last time I shop here. Too many other places to go.

Rude employees who look at you like you're trying to steal something. Also, I was told there was not a single bathroom I could use. I understand they don't want Beach goers traipsing in and out, but I was shopping! I won't be again.

Lots and lots of tshirts, from infant to 4X, with a great mix of price points. They have the usual souvenirs and a nice, small asst. of apparel. Sales associates were very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very crowded.

Great selection. Great prices on a relative basis. They watch you pretty closely as a fair percentage of the people coming there steall from the store which drives up the cost for the rest of us honest people. #winners never cheat and cheaters never win!

RACIAL PROFILING ALERT!!!!I just left this store after being followed around by one of the employees, possibly a latina woman and she had long curly hair. Anyways, she followed me and my friend around the store the entire time and intensely watched us as we picked through the clothes rack. She also made sure to stay right behind us as we walked to the other side of the store to look at jewelry. This wasn’t a friendly customer service following you around- she didn’t greet us at all or ask if we needed help. A second employee joined her and asked if we planned on needing dressing rooms-odd questions give that it’s a pandemic. We felt very uncomfortable and particularly offended by her treatment towards us given today’s political climate. We came to shop here like we've done for years, we did not come to be treated by her like this.

Had a very bad experience at this store. Bought some beach chairs here and didn't bother to check the quality until I got to my fishing spot. Turns out the chairs were not worth $20 a piece, more like $5, so I went to return them but was denied my money back, only store credit. On top of that the manager was very rude about it. So I was forced to get items I didn't need or want when all I wanted was my money back. I don't know how these people are still in business with the over priced items they carry and the rude management.

Wings beachwear is a store conveniently located...yep you guessed it, By the beach. The great part about this store is it pretty much Carries anything you would need for the beach. So if you happened to miss something then stop by this store. There's a 99% chance you'll find it in here. From kids sand toys to beach chairs to snorkel gear to clothes and hats and sun screens.

Gifts for all ages and lifestyles. They are always having sales on one product or another. Easy access to beach and nice restaurants. I stop in everytime I'm on vacation there.

Riviera Beach location was great. Prices remarkably reasonable for a store right on the beach. Lots of beach needs, good selection of clothes and swimwear. Lots of inexpensive t-shirts. (Many around $5). I'll be back often I'm sure.

Wings in a Palm Beach is a great store for your souvenirs. They have the best items at reasonable prices. I live in Missouri and needed one of their footballs because the one I bought was ruined. I called and talked to the manager Kosta. He could have easily said that they don’t ship orders to Missouri, but he took the time to get what I needed and shipped it to Missouri. The very best customer service anyone could ask for. Thank you Kosta, not all hero’s wear capes.

Store hours posted online say they close at 10 pm. We arrived at 8:58pm and were told they were closing in 1 minute. When we asked why they said they usually locked the door an hour before they closed, for safety reasons. So they kicked everyone out and locked the door at 9 because they close at 10? Sounds like the staff make up the rules based on their schedules, otherwise they need to update their online information. Hours were not posted at physical store.

Interesting and huge store with everything for the beach. However, the children's clothing section did not have all children's sizes. I only saw Sizes 2, 3, 4, snd then Extra Small (XS) for kids. The kid I bought for is age 5-1/2, so sizes seemed too small. Also, sizes for adults were small. The Large size I bought for myself is more like a Medium. I passed on the chnce to try the tee shirts on, as I wanted to get to the beach. My mistake. Both tee shirts I bought for myself are way too tight.Tips: Store should stock kids' clothing in ALL kids' sizes. Also, sizing should be true - not too small. You should buy your shirts from a different manufacturer.
