Love this place and the staff! Especially the best groomer in the whole state of Florida! Amanda has been grooming my fur babies for 19 years! I have never met anyone that cares more about the animals. She is gentle, kind, patient, honest, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly talented at what she does. I feel so fortunate to have found such an incredible place and human to help care for my sweet fur babies (even though they can be a lot to deal with at times 🤪). We love you Amanda and the whole Woof Gang staff! Highly recommend!!

Scheduled an appointment to have our dog groomed and we told them he is sedated slightly due to anxiety when we get it done. They told us no problem, and we have even been to other locations of Woof Gang without an issue. I get there and the groomer (who was probably pretty inexperienced or just not very good) said she didn’t feel comfortable because he was groggy, which is the exact point of sedating the dog and calling ahead to let them know. Don’t waste your time here, inexperienced groomers that can’t “handle” what every other groomer has had no issue with.

This store is amazing! The staff is always friendly and courteous! The groomers are perfection! Dogs are not kenneled and run and play! It is a great day for our fur babies for socializing! It is the Disney of the dog world! The happiest place on earth!

They won’t take the harness back that was never used. Because I don’t have the tags. They didn’t tell me I needed them to return it and they are the ones who removed the tags and threw them away!!Update: The owner reached out to connect with me and offered store credit or a refund. Unfortunately, I was already on a plane home. She was at the store when I tried to return the harness. Instead of taking the time to talk with me then, she waited too long and only reached out after my review. Sometimes you don’t get second chances.**UPDATE** The owner reached out and to offer a full refund and because I live in another state did not request me to send the harness back. I will be donating it to a shelter

You can see that the owner has put a lot of effort into creating his beautiful business... I congratulate him for that... unfortunately this morning I had a very bad experience with a young employee and her partner. Between the two of them, they made me feel like I couldn't pay for her services or as if I didn’t own my own dog, invented any excuse not to attend to me. attitude counts a lot!!! I wouldn't even have left my dog ​​with these two people.

This place is the best! They got all the mats out of my little maltese’s ears and did it for no charge! They are the kindest and sweetest people! They will love on your dog and your dog will come out looking great! They also have so many different foods and treats to choose from and will give you samples to try! We will definitely be taking out little Finnegan back! He loved them!

We recently moved to PBG and have gone 4 times now for grooming our 15lb rescue mutt, Monkey. This place is amazing! From the receptionists to the groomers (special shout out to Sophia, who always goes above and beyond!), we can’t recommend Woof Gang highly enough. Their extensive inventory of decadent treats and grooming products are fantastic, too!

Love this store! The cookie table is so unique and has a little something for everyone. The staff are so helpful and friendly they make you feel like family. The grooming salon always does an excellent job and all of the groomers are very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

I am very sorry to report that Woof Gang bakery did not treat my elderly father or his aide respectfully today. They did not have a chair for him to sit in as he waited for his dog, who they took more than 3 hours to bathe. For a short haired dachshund, this is way too long. We will not be using them again. Too bad, as we have been customers for many years. You need to be kind and respectful to your clients always, as you know the customer is always right. You should have been apologetic to his aide who went way beyond her shift to wait for the dog to be done. An apology was in order, not rudeness.

We went here after the Petco fiascos and have been happy with the grooming especially since the puppy gets to hang out with other great dogs. We even had a bad experience with some treats and within an hour of the call to them the owner and the shop worked to rectify and supply further assistance from the food vendor. It was greatly appreciated.

Overall Woofgang Bakery is amazing! They have a unique selection of fun and innovative pet supplies that you can't find at the big-box pet retailers. An added plus, Woofgang's are locally and independently owned and operated.

Would never recommend. I have been grooming my dog for 11 years and never run into the issues and lack of customer service that I have at this store. Groomers overbook appointments and always opt to shave down your dog rather than actually do the work to give your dog a haircut. I gave this store tons of business and never received any respect as a customer in return. Would definitely not use this location

This place looks like a puppy fresh market when you go inside! Very clean and organized, and honorable mention to the decoration/set up.The staff was great, and we got a quick service nail trim as a walk-in. Clean, friendly, and quick!

Taylee was very rude and unkind to my wife when she tried to return dog food that smelled bad. We have been customers since it opened and Lisa the owner has always been nice to us but we will get our food from Amazon from now on...
