I used to go to this Whole Foods for breakfast and lunch, however an employee named Jaime started approached me while shopping. Last week he (she?) approached me while I was standing in line at the meat dept and the next day in the water isle and the next day approached me again while getting a protein shake and offered me to lay on a coach in a different location in the building where customers normally do not go. It’s very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I just wanted to be able to shop without unnecessary approaches, strange comments, and propositions from this employee. I think it’s best to just let people shop unimpeded. It’s normally a great shopping experience without this, but it became very uncomfortable and disturbing. The next time I have to go to Palm Beach Gardens I will shop at other places in the area. I used to enjoy this Whole Foods a lot and I hope that never happens to anyone ever again.

I appreciate the organic selection and their customer service is very friendly and helpful. My very favorite item is the 3 in 1 Everyone pump soap that is excellent for humans and the environment, with no sodium laureth sulfate. They also provide free bagged ice if you need it. Only 4 star because some items are very pricey and we should all be able to afford healthy food and toiletries ❤️

They had a great hot bar for lunch with many vegan options. We enjoyed their Indian offerings this visit. It’s nice to grab some food and sit outside and enjoy the warm weather.

The whole store is completely disgusting. My boyfriend and I came to do all of our Thanksgiving shopping here and ended up leaving with a box of crackers and some frozen Quorn chicken. I needed to use the restroom when we first arrived and was just appalled. The sink was flooded with hair, dirty hand prints all over the walls, grime throughout that hasn't been cleaned in weeks, paper and female products scattered on the ground. Coming out, I was already turned off by the condition of cleanliness from the bathroom, not to mention through the dining area (food boxes, sauce on the floor, Amazon boxes everywhere) you have to walk through to get to the restroom. My boyfriend had this look on his face as soon as I found him that spoke the same way I felt. Looking around the entier store, the food just did not look appetizing anywhere. The self serve area was not clean, had food of different sorts slopped together and was not wiped down. Nothing about the salad bar was fresh with wilted lettuce and salad dressing caked to the sides of the container. The pizza looked like it has been sitting there for two days. I was standing, simply appalled, and a woman employee came over to adjust a cheese sign, just bumping into me with this "I hate life!" look on her face and didn't say a word in acknowledgement. So much for getting anything to eat. I left without any of the the items I needed to prep for Thanksgiving because I could not shop in your store do to cleanliness. This is to make others aware and hopefully alert the health code department to come in and shut you down. We pay exorbitantly more money (compared to Publix or Trader Joes) to shop in this store. The VERY least you can do is keep it clean.***Update*** It has been about 2 weeks since my initial review. Today I had to stop in the store to drop off an Amazon package. Not to my surprise, once again the store is a wreck. Once again the food dining area was covered in boxes, trash and half eaten food. Please notice the grime in the bathroom. Please notice the layer of dust on the shelves. Just go in the store and start looking around and you will see how unsanitary this establishment is. I should have paid the $7.99 to have Amazon pick up my return instead of risking my health & well being.

Very nice market. Pricey and it’s not a location where you’ll find everything you need. A lot of niche stuff though you can’t get at Publix. Very nice on-demand food selection and some really good bakery.

This place is the most diverse supermarket in town.And I TOTALLY DISAGREE with people who post comments about the cleanness. The place is clean. Very diverse food, a lot of different backgrounds and nationalities. It's a good place.Maybe some people don't understand it.

Convenient location, good staff and good food. Always well stocked and clean, I have never had a bad experience here before. Whole Foods can be a bit pricey for the average shopper (like myself) but I do find joy in treating myself from time to time by stopping by, picking up some artisan soap, Japanese dough ice cream and a fancy slice of lasagna 😊👍

Love....love...love the salad bar, hot bar, cold bar, olive bar, etc. I have not seen a salad bar this robust since per-pandemic. Yay WHOLE FOODS!

Great store, but a little smaller and doesn’t carry everything. Service was great as usual at any Whole Foods. The prepared foods area had a bunch of new and exciting options. The health and crystals area was very limited in selection. Aside from that, lots of parking and even though the mall is older, the store looks new

Whole Foods Market is located in Downtown at Palm Gardens in Palm Beach. The store is new and is your typically Whole Foods just a little bit smaller. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is so many choices of prepared foods and meats and fresh fish. and much more. Parking is not a problem.

I purchased a piece of name it wasn't any good. I called explain to the manager, she took my name and said no problem. I was a little disappointed because I had started my soup and I couldn't put the name in. Anyway I went back got a different piece, had someone cut it so I know for sure it was goo. Before leaving the cashier said to wait a minute. She gave me a debit card with $20 on it. She said her boss had put in the computer for me. I told her no, it's not their fault the name wasn't good. She said her boss says so, and please take it. Whole food, is where I purchase my greens for juicing. I travel from port st lucie just to shop there. I really appreciate this store. I've been going there for over 12yrs or more. Grateful 🙏

I love the meat, produce, and cheese departments. I wish the bakery had more than just a couple gluten-free items. The service at the coffee bar is not welcoming.

There was a lot of selection; sometimes too much selection. Prices were reasonable to high depending on your purchase. However, each salesperson that I encountered never looked at me and never spoke to me. This included checkout.

I love this Whole Foods but I buy a lot of produce and there are never enough cashiers, lots of registers but only one or two open. I was buying a few things and had to go to the self checkout. I was tired and having trouble looking up a sweet potato and had a total meltdown. “I don’t work here! Why do I have to do this??” “Never enough cashiers….” Anistra was overseeing the self checkout and came over and helped me, she told me that I can’t start off Sunday morning on a negative note and implored me to have a great rest of the day! She was awesome! I still wish they hired more cashiers. I hate self checkout.

The seafood department at this location is horrendous. I intended on purchasing a large amount of oysters and shrimp for a family reunion. I had some questions first for an employee named Marcos. I was treated as if I was asking for a favor. Responses were given with hostility. Another employee named Michael was even more hostile. Never returning to this location.

This is my favorite Whole Foods. They always have the brand Urban Remedy (a company that’s organic, vegan, gluten-free, etc.), their hot foods bar has a good variety of options, and it’s not as crowded as other Whole Foods in the area.Also, I’m amazed by how knowledgeable the lady in the Whole Body section was. The probiotics I’ve been taking for years were on back order from the company, so I had to find a different brand to use in the meantime. I was nervous because I have stomach issues and was afraid the change would cause my stomach issues to return. Actually, it did the exact opposite! The probiotics that the lady recommended were far superior (and cheaper) than the other ones I had been using! I think I’m going to stick with the new ones I bought (I got a liquid and a capsule). The people in the Whole Body section really know their stuff! Definitely come here if you need good probiotic, vitamin, or supplement recommendations!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Not very crowded. And, I dropped off an Amazon return. So easy.8/27/22: There are always interesting foods to try. And the Amazon return desk is a big plus.12/17/22: Went in to make a food purcahse and found the Amazon Retun Desk has been upgraded with self service Kiosk. But not to worry there is an emplyee ther to assist you if needed.

Very nice & CLEAN ! Would definitely go back the only problem was parking. VERY tight and hard to find unless you are ok to walk a distance. Area is under construction/renovation 🤷‍♀️ which doesn't help. In general Very tight plaza.

I really like this store. Staff is super friendly. One time I asked about vegan pizza by the slice. They said due to lack of demand, it’s only available whole pie. Which I understood. Next time I went, they heard my request and it was available by the slice. That’s service. There is an excellent selection of vegan baked goods at this Whole Foods. While it’s smaller than others in the area, they make up for it. My only problem was their ingredients on prepared foods aren’t accurate. It’s concerning if you have food allergies.
