We ended up here because a previous groomer had canceled our appointment, and I cannot be happier! Probably the best groom I’ve ever seen on a feisty six month old puppy. Not sure how they did it.We ended up signing up for the monthly package and I don’t think we will ever go anywhere else!

It was my first time bringing my puppies to get a summer trim and nail trim and everyone was so nice. The dogs look AMAZING and they reassured me that they take their time with each dog to make sure there are no accidents and to easy their anxiety. Will FOR SURE be back and I highly recommend checking them out!

Professional, courteous, efficient, talented and friendly staff!Easy to make an appointment.Staff was extremely receptive to my needs.Staff was excellent on communication via text.My Trixie, is a Great Pyreness rescue fur baby, who has had serious issues with her behavior during dog grooming in the past.I have to medicate her to get her ready for a 2-4 hour grooming session.Scenthounds staff called me to double check if I wanted her mane to be trimmed up or cut down like the rest of her body.Pyrs have double coats and double dew claws so it is important that she have a groomer that knows the breed.I have her trimmed down tight to avoid skin infections from going into water in Florida. She is an A/C furbaby and we avoid the harsh sun.I was pleasantly surprised that they called to check on what I wanted and that the call was not a “Come get her, We cannot finish her call”😎Scenthounds Palm Beach Gardens will be my groomer going forward.

Scenthound is amazing! They are always able to get my pup in when she needs to be bathed! The membership plan is the best. I don’t have a yard so being able to have my dog bathed multiple times a month professionally without spending an insane amount of money is amazing!! The staff are always friendly, helpful,welcoming and patient.

Scenthound is great! 5 of 5 stars! I bring my pup Sully for a bath, blow dry and de shed and he always comes back feeling great and so clean. The staff is so friendly and they are very accommodating with appointment scheduling. Sometimes you can get in day of! Love Scenthound and would highly recommend for your pups grooming needs.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! This is our pups first time getting groomed. She’s only 5 months old and this was a wonderful experience. First they took their time speaking to me over the phone and answering all of my questions. I had no idea what to expect as this is my first puppy but this place was outstanding. They greeted us so nicely gave Sandy some time to walk around and they have her some love. They assured me they would give her breaks if she was nervous and if need be they’d only do her face and paws with a bath so she can get used to it. Well they did such a great job and my puppy was so good they were able to do a full hair cut with the works. We’ll definitely be going back. The picture with the bow is the after shot.

Took my pup here for the first time today and we had a great experience! The staff is super friendly - when we first arrived one literally sat on the floor with him to greet & make sure he was comfortable. You even get to choose what shampoo fragrance. Overall a great value and experience for both me and my doggie. We will def use them again in the future!

Fantastic experience with Paige. She did beautifully with our special needs dog that is 70 pounds of flailing love & 100% blind. He’s a bull in a China shop. Thank you for loving him and embracing his energy. Best service ever!

So very happy with their service, their caring, and how happy my dog was when I picked her up. She was too busy loving on the front desk staff to know I came to pick her up. She looked wonderful, her coat is so soft and she smells great. And she enjoyed her time there. Very very happy with them.

I’m literally in tears. I have not ever had this happen to where she looks the way she does. She looks HORRIBLE, her ears are uneven and one barely has any hair, and they took no hair off her face. If I knew $80 was gone have her looking like this I would have waited. I took her to someone before where she had matted in certain spots and not once sis she come out like she did. I asked them to take her face low but not down to far. I never asked for it to stay long. I removed her from the last groomer because of the environment and the lack of love and care being shown to my dog. She will not be returning to this location. I’ll try a different location or find another groomer. IM SO HURT‼️

Our older dog Panda was having pooping control issues and she is old so we were worried this is it the beginning of the end. We took Panda and her sister Minnie to ScentHound to be bathed. The team there called us to tell us Panda’s butt glands needed to be drained. We were surprised because she was groomed not too long ago. Panda walked out of ScentHound and pooped right away and has not had issues since. It’s hard to believe that’s all it took to allay our concerns of putting Panda down :(. Thanks to the team for their thorough work and of course we will be coming back more regularly.

Great crew, great service! My dogs looked groomed, clean, calm and had the cutest bandanas on. They are both rescues and it's important to me that they are not fearful. Thank you PBG Scenthound. I'd snap a picture but they are both sound asleep. I'll try to remember to upload one later.

I desperately needed a groomer I trust. I took my boy somewhere and was not a fan. I attempted to groom him myself and it was a huge fail. We added a second pup to our family and took both of them to Scenthound today. They did an AMAZING job with my boy and girl! They far exceeded my expectations! Everyone there is so friendly and they actually care about your pups and are so excited to see them. I purchased the membership and will be coming back monthly.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. I used to love it but my appointment today wasn’t what I’ve come to expect. The phone rang for a long time, I was placed on hold for a while and I made an appointment. I showed up. They took my dog back and no one asked me what scent shampoo I wanted which they usually do. 45 minutes later, someone came out to tell me they were just getting started. That was upsetting to me bc my dog has severe anxiety and he does not like to be caged. I would rather someone call to say they were running late or at the least let him sit with me until they were ready for him. This made me cry after I left. I would never have let them leave him in a cage had I known. His nails were not properly trimmed and he left with the same eye crust that he went in with. They usually give a “report card” at the end but that was never mentioned. I cancelled my membership. Christina, your business needs you back!

We are first-time pet owners and I was nervous to try and find a place to get our pup groomed so I purely went based off reviews and Scenthound did not disappoint! Our english cocker spaniel is so lovable but VERY energetic so I was hesitant but they did an amazing job! His haircut looks fantastic and they were so nice and helpful!

I took both of my dogs to Scenthound for the first time, and they were happy and loved while they were visiting. My old chi-mix has some dental problems and the techs there were sweet and gentle with her! I’m looking forward to using the club membership to keep ahead of the dogs’ teeth and skin issues. I went to petsmart quite a few times with my pup. The last time I went there my baby did not want to go in there and he was terrified. Therefore, I knew something was wrong and I feel that Petsmart did something to him while they were grooming him. Therefore, I never went back and I did contact Corporate. I finally got a referral to go to scenthound, and I was finally able to get my babies toenails clipped and a full bath, and they were simply so amazing and gentle with him. Thank you for really helping Zeus and with his anxiety!!! We’ll see u soon. Zeus and I are very happy I greatly appreciate you being so gentle and understanding with my baby. He is my gentle giant, and I thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you soon.

This was my first time going to Scenthound with my two goldens, 2-year-old Ryder and 11-year-old Fenway. They loved it! They were so happy to be there and came out looking like they spent the day at the spa! Christina was great... she explained everything they were going to do to them, what was included, what was extra. I never took my dog to a groomers before cause I thought it would be too expensive, but this was way better than doing it myself!

From beginning to finish, everything seems to have gone smoothly, especially her ears which was what peaked my interest, and teeth cleaning. I want to bring my boy in next but I just gave him a bath with the $45.shampoo from the vet supposedly great for his seemingly dry skin on his back , always wants to get his back leg going whenever we scratch the sides and top. I should have done sooner so I’ll see if it helps, then I’ll give you a call. Any helpful advice is welcome, thanks
