Stopped by today with my wife to pick up some food and supplies for our boy. Always a great experience, staff is wonderful and we dealt with ERIN today. She was awesome, great personality and wonderful sense of humor. If you are asked to join their program DO IT, it is well worth it. You get awesome coupons from them and great deals, we save a good amount of money and our boy eats well. Don't miss out the atmosphere in there is great. They also have an 8 year old kitty that needs a home, her family had to give her up too go to assisted living, she was beautiful and her name is PRINCESS. we could not take her home do to certain reasons.But if anyone has the ability to do so she is there waiting for a new home, it breaks my heart that she has no family. If you can go check her out.She could be a great friend looking for LOVE.GOD BLESS ALL.THANK YOU PETCO.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible grooming services provided by Gabby for my long-matted kitty, Grace. My baby had become a tangled mess, and I was worried about her comfort and health. When we walked in, Gabby showed genuine care and expertise. She handled my 24lb fur ball with such gentleness and patience, making her feel safe and at ease throughout the grooming process.Not only did she work wonders on her mats, but also took the time to ensure she was relaxed and stress-free. When I picked her up, she looked like a new cat!I highly recommend Gabby to all cat owners, especially those with long-haired kitties in need of grooming. Her skill, compassion, and dedication are unmatched. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my fur baby.

Do not go here! The so-called manager Shannon is completely rude and disrespectful! She sold me $500 with a Fishtank and accessories. Then the fish died the next day I came back to get more fish She wouldn’t sell me any after making me go home and get a water sample which was good. Very weird and would never shop there again

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge, poor customer service, and constant blame-shifting among the staff.As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and expertise, especially when it comes to products that involve living creatures.I will be writing an email to corporate detailing the terrible service that I received from Shannon and specially Jen . My experience with Petco, after adopting a small pet... (being begginers to the pet world).It went well during the visit, super nice and all.They offered the Premier Vita care suscription embellishing about the discounts, offers, etc....So here is the thing. Once we found out, other stores have way better supply prices, we decided we no longer needed to keep the suscription for obvious reasons. It turns out, it is a YEARLY commitment... but they did NOT mentioned that BIG important part of the conversation while we were at the store and Petco lady was talking and talking(selling). You are only able to cancel the auto-renewal. That tricky "fine print lines" wasn't expected.Bad bad business practice. When you get an internet plan they tell upfront: its one /two year contract. PETCO GROOMING IS THE WORSE!! The worst grooming place!!!! I brought my dog to be groomed and styled. I paid $120 for the cut and style and supplies that they now charge on the side. I was asked to pay before I saw my dog after over 4 hrs. I have a mini golden doodle I asked to leave hair on her feet longer and her face like it should for golden doodle but she was shaved on feet everywhere even her long lashes were cut and looks like chomps of hair were taken even the head looks like the collar and up is longer. Groomers or “students” because that was not a professional groomer are way overbooked. We called and talked to a manager never heard back.

This store at Legacy place is great. Large store with very friendly and helpful staff. Large variety of supplies for all types of animals including food, cages, carriers, terrariums, and other equipment for pets. Grooming and dog training available. On Saturdays they usually have an adoption agency come in with dogs and/or cats looking for homes. They also typically have kitties available for adoption even on non-agency adoption days. You can bring animals in the store as long as they are on a leash. Crickets available. Ample parking close by. Staff will help you to your car with large items like heavy pet food bags or kitty towers. Good rewards program that offer $5 off when you reach enough points. Sign up for rewards program to get emails on special sales both online and in store. Special rewards member pricing on certain items is also available

This location has the friendliest staff who have helped me rehabilitate a sick betta fish I took in from a friend. I bought a 14 gallon tank (that was 50% off!), black sand, live plants, water conditioner, aquarium salt, bacterial infection remedies, etc. Sol was very knowledgeable and helpful.*This store unfortunately tends to be under stocked in the fish department but I am in no rush.NOTE: Google maps navigation takes you to the delivery area in the back of the building.

Been looking for white krinkle balls for cats for a friend, but can't find what she wants. Anyway, bought a pink two door medium sized pet cargo carrier for my cats on sale online and picked it up in the store to save money. Happy with the product. Also got a nice leopard print mat for just $6.99 for the inside of the carrier. Cats like it.

Sunday, September 10, 2023Once again, Gabby did a fantastic job; this time with my Scottish Terrier named Van. He is 11 years old and can be prickly about his front paws. Gabby was very gentle with him and told me he has sensitive areas because of his age. I appreciate her honesty and the extra time she took with Van. He looks so HANDSOME! Gabby is the best groomer, bar none, I have ever had the pleasure of working with!Saturday, July 22, 2023 - GABBY is an amazing groomer! She is patient and kind. She explained all of the available grooming options to me before I made my final choice.I was delighted to see Gracie, my three-year-old Scottish Terrier, looking absolutely beautiful when I picked her up. GABBY groomed her EXACTLY the way I asked. She also brushed Gracie's teeth, which is not an easy task!I highly recommend GABBY! Hey Petco...give this lady a raise ASAP! She is an asset to your company and a skilled groomer!

The groomers are hit or miss. One groomer asked us if we ever brushed our dog, when we responded, he stated that he didn't believe us. Seriously? That's why we brought her. My advice? Find a groomer you like and make an appointment with only them. This is a picture of my Maltese....no, it's not a Chihuahua.

As a doordash delivery driver I represent a customer or customers that purchase goods from this establishment. So when I came in on 9/23/23 to pick up 4 orders for 4 separate customers I shouldn't have been made to wait while paying customers were helped before me but who were in line behind me. I'm not sure if that's a store policy or the employees Seans choice but either way it's a joke bc I'm representing paying customers and usually on a time crunch. Not cool at all. If I was able to give Petco a Zero rating I would have. Fix this bc now all 4 customers orders I would've picked now have to wait longer. Good job Sean and Petco.

My heart screams for those fishes that you keep in a tiny Tupperware without any reef bottom and interactions for them! Please, be humane and keep them in a proper aquarium. This is animal cruelty! Be humane please!!!!! I beg you, I cried after visiting your store. It traumatizes them. One of the fishes started shedding, it may be a sign of damage or infection. To say that it's improper living conditions and care is to say nothing. You turned me away from being your customer. I will avoid Petco until you become humane.
