I have been to this pharmacy three times. Each time I am told that my medication is not available and it will be a couple of days before they are able to fill them.There is zero attempt to provide an alternative solution. I am just told I'll have to wait until they arrive. I called the Walgreens on Palm Bay and Dairy. They were able to transfer my prescription and fill them today.This Walgreens puts their patients health in jeopardy to maintain volume. These poor business practices needs to called out.

I don't understand why walgreens doesn't sell walgreens brand tension medicine anymore. It was very good priced and it worked very well for my tension headaches and my headaches from my epileptic seizures.

I was at Walgreens at about 4:00 and I asked the female pharmacist about an RSV vaccine she was very unfriendly and not helpful at all the older woman at the main register when I came in was also not friendly or helpful! Worst Walgreens I've ever been too! There was a nice young man there that checked me out he was the nicest of all

These 5 stars are for the pharmacist that went above and beyond making sure my insurance went through when purchasing my medications. I've been having issues where I've literally been paying for my medications with no insurance because my insurance wouldn't go through. She figured out the problem and I was able to pick up my medications today for $9 instead of the cash price. Thank you again so much!!!

Got screwed out of $25. I went to buy a Apple Card and the associate was very young and seemed like he wasn’t sure how to cash me out and activate the card . And after a couple of attempts he said I’ll have to wait for my refund, cuz he screwed it up. And I talked to the manager and he didn’t seem to care either. It’s been three hours already and no refund. So I’m out $25. I’ll never go back to that store again!

This pharmacy has filled my scripts for over a year. Used to be my preferred location. Only recently there’s been a significant decline in service.Twice, I’ve had to call other locations to fill a medication after receiving an out-of-stock notification. The drive-thru wait times that I’ve experienced are generally over 10 minutes. Tough with little kids in the car. I’m writing this review after speaking with someone over the phone that gave me incorrect information and seemed resistant to assist me in filling a time-sensitive script.The perspective I offer is, of course, my recent experience and influenced by a work history as a pharmacy tech.

I came in last night including. This morning the pharmacist is unprofessional person , he doesn’t know how to talk to you right . He judged me saying I don’t have insurance when I did . I never felt so uncomfortable with the staff allowing the phone to let the phone ring and not even attempt answer . My insurance were on for 30 minutes hold due to these unprofessional people . The pharmacist doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect I would like to have information on the manger please, he embarrassed me in front of a bunch of customers including my insurance . I hope he knows how to respect people . I was in to much pain to argue with him about how he spoke to me .

I've used walgreens for years and I'm so frustrated with their pharmacy. The customer service is now the worst! It's not the employees fault...management keeps cutting their hours so they are very short-staffed. I imagine the only reason is for the stores bottom line at everyone's expense. Went over to Acguaviva on pt Malabar Road. I'm in heaven. When you call you can actually speak to the pharmacy staff. They are all very pleasant and knowledgeable.

My Walgreens on port malabar rd, has everything I need, prices are lower than comparable pharmacies. Service is great and friendly. I have used the drive through, gone into the pharmacy, ordered online as well as delivery (which took less than an hr) great.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for product and all you receive is attitude and questions because you don't know the answers is not acceptable by a pharmacist technician. A pharmacist technician is supposed to give you valuable information about what you are picking up and answer any questions you have this was not the case with the pharmacist today. The elderly lady working on the computer at the end of the shift, was not informative only attitude behind everything she said. She needs to understand that some people do not know the answers of everybody's medical history and do people a favor by going to the pharmacy because they are not able to leave the house. The only reason that I rate this at 2 is because the lady up front who was at the register was very kind and answered all of my questions as far as management and who it was and who when she would be there. She was delightful even though she could see that I was very in Rage by the mistreatment I had gotten at the pharmacy. I can foresee this Walgreens not being around very long if they continue to treat people this way. Understand people do not go to the pharmacy because they are healthy but because they need something and you're supposed to help them. That's your job if you don't like your job don't work there you're messing with people's lives when they give up and walk away without the medication that is needed

Tried to drop off a package for FedEx. No one has a clue what they’re doing. I ended up waiting a half an hour and then having to leave with my package because the guy didn’t know how to print a receipt now he’s the manager go figure.

Worse Walgreens Pharmacy ever, it looks like the manager doesn’t know what is doing. Delay to prepare and delivery medications are constant. Every time I ask for the medication, the staff have to look in the shelf with the initials of your name and all boxes that others staffs are preparing. The manager should be fired

When a customer walked in stating they just tested positive for covid the cashier did everything in her power to keep me safe.The cashier was pleasant and respectful and explained that the customer could not be in the store but the customer however was being very stubborn and stated she needed just one item.The cashier asked the customer what she needed and said to stay up front away from others and quickly got the item. As the cashier does this, she walks past me, I was standing at least 20 ft away from the counter in order to keep space of this covid positive customer and holding my items, The cashier told me to"stay there dont move forward "After the customer left the cashier then sprayed the air with disinfect spray and wiped everything down before checking me out. I thanked her like & explained I'm at risk and really appreciate her caring and doing what she could to protectme. The cashier appeared to have genuinely cared.

Walgreens store #06463 in Palm Bay, FLis the best! This store is clean and convenient. Everything is always easy to find. I can run in and out in just a few minutes. Also, they have the friendliest, kindest staff. Love this store!

Good location. Easy traffic access. Not so friendly staff, except for the pharmacy.I have had numerous run-ins with rude customers at the check out. Very long check out times.UPDATE: I was there to pick up a prescription refill on Sunday. I waited at the counter until 2 drive up customers were served. I lost it when the attendant told me that the 2nd car was there before I was! If I could I'd rate it 1 star.

There is always a problem at the pharmacy. Always have a long wait time to renew prescriptions or membership. Obviously, the staff is not being trained properly. Also, the store is refusing to enforce a mask wearing policy. I guess they never heard of "No shirt, no shoes - no service".

forget ever getting my rx correct or on time. now, they decided they "didn't want to develop my photos" so i paid $12 for FIVE!!!! pictures out of a disposable camera of 27! these are incredible memories i will never have and can never have the option to regain. AVOID!!!!

I feel like they are constantly understaffed. Every time I get in the drive thru it's 5-10min per car. I go inside and it's the same. Even the non-pharmacy is understaffed, I usually have to wait in line to check out; which sucks because since it's a Wallgreens, there is always an old lady with 50 cupons who can't decide what she wants

This is the worst pharmacy that I ever had to deal with. Long lines, down credit card systems and poor customer service. Also, the drive up window is closed during hours they list as being open.

The pharmacy is absolutely chaotic; zero concern for their customers medical needs. They give excuses, don't do anything to help their customer get needed prescriptions. They seem annoyed with customers trying to fill prescriptions.

Horrible!!! Been going there for 3 years I finally decided to change pharmacies because it’s always an issue with the pharmacy staff! Super rude, horrible customer service, literally made me cry. I’m going elsewhere now and not only do they treat me better but much less expensive. Wish I had switched sooner.

They must hire help that can determine the difference between 25 and 50 years old . Spend money there all the time go to buy a little $1.50 On pouch pack to help me with my quitting of smoking and get I.D.ed ( I don't look a day under 50 ) but watched him scan one for a co worker half my age w no ID ??? I thought was everyone ??? I could see if I looked close or even 30 but 40+?? Yeah ima sting the place when I come back in w my 40+ I.D. ??? I have an account there that also has my birthday .... guess just wanted to show some power today . Its ok last stop to that Walgreens or another as matter of fact . I even get my meds there that also has my birthday but they don't ID me for them unless opiates or benzos???? Place is show and mis managed. My name ain't Hunter Biden I guess .

I recently moved from one zip code to another, and have severe long term back pain. I understand my responsibility to update my license, however I have had no issues filling the same script for the last, 3 months, until today. Trenton the PhD refused to fill my script, My wife contacted the store and was told it was PhD discretion, he told her it was a corporate policy. I did update my license, I guess I'll suffer for 7-10 says, because this DB, thinks he's God. You suck Trenton.

Always a friendly experience. Staff goes above and beyond. Caring pharmacy reps and store associates. Have walked in just before close desperately searching for a product I can’t find and staff will go above and beyond to locate the product. Can’t recommend them enough.

These people let me go days without filling my meds cause they said there system is down which was complete non sense run from Wal Greens. Get your meds somewhere else. They're rude and don't care about u.

Called the pharmacy to ask for a prescription status. Waited near 20 minutes. Then when the line was apparently ready to be picked up by a person they would press for another hold, 23 minutes later I had to hang up. Don't call.
