I've been going to Planet Dog for over 2 years now. I started with my doodle Emma that had cutaneous lymphoma and I couldn't find a geoomer to take her because of her lesions. At that time Abby was so sweet to take special care of my fur baby. After Emma passed, I got 2 more doodles and didn't hesitate to take them to Planet Dog. Abby has moved away, but Miss Julie takes good care of my girls. She always asks if there's anything we need to add or change. She is very detailed and I'm 💯 confident they are loved and cared for while they are there. All of the staff are very sweet and clearly love what they do. 10/10 recommend!

Exceptional customer service with a warm touch! They transformed my Daisy, and now I can fully appreciate my gorgeous puppy's trimmed coat. The job was excellently done, and the pricing is very reasonable. Taking their time, they patiently explained the grooming process, which was especially helpful for a first-timer like me and my puppy. The overall experience was fantastic. Cathy and her daughter-in-law, despite the name slip, exude positivity and enthusiasm. Their service is truly out of this world, maintaining a stellar theme. A big thank you to the new employee for the impeccable care of Daisy's cut. Looking forward eagerly to the next visit! 😊

After a botched grooming at another groomer. I stopped in at Planet Dog for advice. What a wonderful and caring staff. ❤️ I took Lincoln in for a fixer up groom and I am delighted with the results. He definitely is booked for another grooming and I will be taking my other 2 dog's there as well.Thanks and hugs to all!

This place had me at "walk in nail trims" however, it is kind to call ahead just in case they're having a busy day. They're the best with my labrott and turbo strength beagle. Easy access location and great prices.

We take our Rottweilers to get bathed once a month because our dogs were afraid of the water and it’s hard for us to do at home. They do a great job making them comfortable and gained their trust to get them cleaned. Our daughter also brings her golden doodle here to get groomed and it has always been a pleasant experience for Maverick.Highly recommend!

Brought my 55 lb goldendoodle here twice. The first time was decent enough so I decided to take him back. I keep in mind he is young, very hyper and easily excited. But he's also quite used to weekly baths and brushes and monthly grooming. This last cut looks like i cut his hair at home. Very uneven and apparently rushed- and this was a short cut. Ill admit the groomer did ask if he looks ok but i was in a rush to get my sick kid home so didnt pay much attention. I brought my dog home and had to shave his bum, paws, and clean his ears. Not worth the price to me.

I take my chihuahua in for a nail trim $15 and no appt needed. The employees are always really friendly and swift to take of my baby on the fly. I have also recommended to a neighbor with a senior lab that lies down for grooming since another groomer (inside PetSmart) no longer wanted to deal with this senior behavior. She raved about Planet Pet and they were half the price of where they were taking her. Plus, they are so conveniently located on Palm Bay and Babcock. Highly recommend!

FINALLY! I have tried several groomers in the area and been disappointed for different reasons. I have a mini goldendoodle and was referred to Planet Dog by a coworker. I decided to give them a try but kept a previously booked appointment with the previous groomer, just in case. Well, I could tell this place was different, with my first phone call. I was told they have a groomer on staff who "specializes" in poodles and doodles (score!). The first appointment was for a bath, nails, sanitary area, etc. but no trim. I was very pleased. The second appointment was for a full groom. I even took in a picture from the internet that showed how I would like my pup to look, if possible. I was absolutely amazed! He looked so perfect and beautiful, I couldn't have been more pleased. I finally found a place that checks all the boxes on my list. From the owners, to the staff, to the groomers - FABULOUS. p.s. I immediately canceled the appointment I had made with the previous groomer and will never look back.

We moved from SFL and tried a few different groomers for our older large dog. We are extremely happy finding Planet Dog! They treat our guy like a king and he comes out out so clean and shiny. They are very nice people and we are lucky to have found them.

Wow, fantastic customer experience... Visiting from MN and could not be happier with the great grooming and welcoming service we received for our 12 year old BichPoo (who was in much need of pampering) to PDLS. We're already booked for a return to the spa soon.

Very disappointed. We used to go here back when they were suds and scissors and they were amazing. Today was very upsetting. We had in the notes of their system and reminded them at drop off to only trim our goldens paws and private areas for sanitary reasons. $60 later (not including tip) and my golden is botched. They took a buzzer to the back of his legs, part of his tail, his stomach, and his chest and then they clipped the on and behind his ears. We didn't noticed until we got home because our dog was so hyper and excited to go home he wasn't staying still long enough to look. When we called they made the poor excuse that he had lots of knots and that's just how they do goldens. His fur was not matted and any knots could have been brushed out. We brush him often so we know and plus he is the 5th golden in my life. I know how to care for them. They refused any compensation. My golden now looks like a lab with some long tail fur. 😭Update: they also left cotton balls in my dog's ears! Again he is a golden so his ears fold down. I noticed he was scratching his ears a lot and when I went to check on them I found cotton balls. That's negligence on their part and shows how little care they have. This could have hurt my dogs ears if he scratched the cotton balls in and it could have caused damage. Only after this and us calling a second time they decided to refund us. I'm sorry, but at this point my trust is broken.
