This was my first time ever coming into Pet Food Junction! I was greeted right away by a very nice gentleman. He took the time to walk me around the store and give me some suggestion on treats for my dog since today is his birthday!! I was able to find some good treats for him since he has a sensitive stomach!! I really appreciate you very much for being super helpful and taking sometime to explain the products and give me some awesome suggestions! I will be back soon to buy some more product!!

It’s the only place I buy my pets dog food and supplies. Lance, the owner, does not stock food that conglomerates make. Before stocking a product, he researches the companies to assure our pet’s food is top rated. Truly not all dog food is the same. Ask Lance what food is best for your pet’s need.

I'm so thankful for this store! My pup up to the day she passed was taken care of with the best food and recommendations! Even my cat was great here until he got urinary stones (from a food brand not sold here) highly, highly recommend!

Very cool store with lots of interesting items! I love going here with my daughter and looking at the country store items. They have all the supplies I need for my Husky and my bearded dragon (before he passed) They also saved me a trip to the post office!!! All in all, I really like this store and the staff!

Absolutely unpleasant. The woman behind the counter was ridiculously rude! Whether she is an employee or a owner she needs some help working in customer service! I went in to send a very simple 5x7 envelope. She was rude when I told her which one I needed. Then proceeded to walk away. When I was done writing the address she took it and told me it would be $1. I handed her my card and she went to hand it back to me and asked if I had cash- no! I didn’t have cash and whether it was $0.10 or $100 I would pay with my card. There was nothing posted say otherwise and I have done it before at this location. She then made a face at me and ask for me to by more stamps! I don’t need stamps. I don’t need anything other than the facility to send this envelope! I told her I didn’t need anything else because I would be sending envelopes like that - this was my last one. She proceeded to act like a teenage girl and mock me and say “ you won’t be sending anything? Like ever again?” And scoffed. Listen- I have come here multiple times to purchase pet food and send mail. I will not be back as long as that woman is there. I continued to drive to this location because the people were so nice, but today ended that. I will no be dealing with this location/business ever again!

I have been using this store for years and I won't go anywhere else. High quality Bird and pet supplies at fair prices and you can't beat the service. I drive 10 miles past my closet pet store and it is well worth it!

Very rude woman , I'm sure she's the owner which is even sadder! If no one is at your counter, and your paying customer has to make it known that they exist. You get angry at them. It must be time to sharpen up on your customer service skills. I will never return and make sure I inform all of my friends to stay away!

The woman owner is very unpleasant, even when she forgot to put stamps on the letter I sent and it got sent back to me, she didn't even have courtesy to apologize. Everyone else is very friendly
