PPCS customer support is exemplary. I ordered a radiator that, combined with fans I’d bought, was too thick. No questions asked, they gave me a full refund. I ordered a new thinner radiator, and it was shipped the same day. I will recommend PPCS to anyone who wants good pricing, and excellent customer service for their premium computer mods.

I recently purchased everything I needed to do a custom water cooling loop from Performance PCs and I couldn't be happier with the result! The website is very easy to use and narrowing down search results is made very simple. They also took care of me when I realized I had ordered a wrong part. Excellent customer service and great prices!

There is no storefront as the internet says, When I went to buy a CPU Fan, I was told to use the website, many of the items on their website were poorly described and when I asked for a person who could help answer my question I was given a young man who I had to spend 5 min explaining what a mounting bracket was and where to find on their product box the specs of what boards the Fan fits on. Found out that they are charging full price of fans that have been outdated for almost 9 years. Just go on Amazon, the lack of a storefront and lack of knowledgeable staff give you little reason to support them.

I've been shopping online retailers for computer parts for decades and I have to say that Performance PCs has to be the best I have ever shopped at. Their site is easy to navigate. Their prices are low. Their response time to any questions that I have had is outstanding. Order processing and shipping are fast. I'm fairly new to the whole custom PC cooling scene, but I've found that if PPCS doesn't have something that you are looking for there likely isn't a manufacturer that makes it. I included a few pictures of my current rig. PPCS has had a big part in helping me build this.

They have always supported my water-cooling needs as long as the parts were in stock. BUT, customer service was not the best, and no matter how many times I have called, no one returned my calls and if I was asking for a water-cooling expert to answer my questions, I would be placed in a queue and always had to leave a voice message. Other than this, they deserve 5 stars!!!!

OK, long story short, if you need water cooling for pc, get it from here!Now a little more detail, the customer service online is top notch, quick, helpful and friendly answers, mail interaction was on point, even when a item was out of stock, giving me options. Finally the day I went to get my stuff, everything was there and accounted for. As for the quality, the pic is a custom made distro for my 7000d. Thank you so much PPCs.

What more can I say? They have an excellent selection of everything you need to cool or mod your PC, and then some. Then they top that off with great prices and top notch customer service. Everything I've ordered has shipped very quickly (usually same day) and arrived undamaged and well packed. They did a fantastic job on some custom laser etched acrylic for my latest build. Love it!

I am an international customer, so finding shops that charge fair shipping is hugely important to me. Their shipping rates are very fair, and the speed they ship orders out is incredible. The service people are great to deal with, very friendly knowledgeable, and willing to get you help if they can't. Great experience as always from the staff at Performance PC’s. extremely quick shipping and very helpful.Upon receiving Swiftech H360 X3 there were some incompatibilities and I couldn’t use the product as intended. Not only do they supply big name brands in the scene, but also imports from China that offers good value for their prices. They constantly have new parts, new deals, giveaways, and discounts. Horrible experience, i bought a ek direct die block from them which ek has stated online that it is defective. I have been going back and forth with performance pcs for a week now trying to get a refund. but now they say they have to talk to EK first, ek is now on vacation. so I gave my money to performance pcs but now will be waiting weeks to hear anything back and all the while I cant use my computer. might as well order directly from ek and other manufacturers next time, if they dont have the ability to refund a defective product. so frustrated.

I recently placed an order and had the wrong parts delivered. It was disappointing and frustrating that the order had multiple people sign off saying it was correct. When trying to call the day I received the wrong order, I received poor customer service. However, the next day a manager reached out to me, picked my parts herself and guaranteed the order to be correct. She also went as far as to have the correct order shipped next day air. She also applied a credit to my account. Even though I received poor customer service day one, I have no problem giving a 5 star rating to PPCs for how they handled their mistake and made things right. I highly recommend anyone to do their custom PC business with PPCs and look forward to continuing to do business with them as well!

Overall 6/5 stars. Great business. Would definitely buy from them again.Made an online order.Emails about the order were prompt and accurate.Shipping (the actual getting it boxed and out the door) was exactly 1 business day (I ordered on a weekend).The packaging was more than sufficient, using plenty of soft packing peanuts to insulate and protect the items.Oh, and the price was incredible. I ordered a bunch of old heatsink fans for old graphics cards. Not many places have them anymore, but they did, and for a much more reasonable price than most.
