I needed a simple headlight bulb replacement, and the staff was very nice upon my arrival. It was my first time ever getting a service there, and they did not disappoint. They were relatively quick to change the bulb even though they had other services going on and very efficient! I would definitely come back and have already recommended them to my friends and family.

in my opinion one of the best and honest car shops I know here in palm bay. truly. they are very respectful and treat me like everyone else. The Keep it real by letting me know ahead of time what's best for me and my vehicle. Sometimes they even take me at the last minute. (Not always) but most times. They say once you find a shop you like and trust you stick to it! I highly recommend them for all your services. it's worth the peace I get.

Bought the tires for my car here about six months ago, more or less. The tires come free tire rotation. My car gets its oil change done at Mazda for warranty purposes and doesn’t get its oil change done at any other place. Well, today when I took my car to pep boys to get the tires rotated, they decided to change the oil as well without my consent. When I was called to the desk for my keys I was asked to pay $125.00 for the oil change, which I never requested. The manager, Michael T, said that I had said I wanted an oil change which it wasn’t true. He tried arguing with me that I had requested an oil change, even though I never did, and when I scheduled the appt online, the services I requested to be done were only tire rotation. Their actions almost caused me to forbid my warranty on the vehicle due to the fact that they performed an oil change I did not ask for. I had to call Mazda warranty department and explained to them what had happened, which thankfully, they understood it was a mistake from this establishment, and my warranty is not forbidden. The situation I went through today with pep boys caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, and to be honest, I am not sure if I can trust their service anymore. It makes me doubt really what other services they perform behind the customers back that they don’t know about, and the customers believe that they are paying for what they asked for, it is just that prices has “gone up.”

I was overcharged by nearly double for an estimate of fixing my car. I paid for diagnostic test that was almost $120 while McDaddy in Melbourne was charging $68. Mc Daddy did a great job in fixing my car for extremely low price. Pep boys is very overpriced and doesn’t do price matching.Update they called me back to see if they could give me $50 on an upcoming repair or if something needs to be done.

Management and staff were great. I came in same day after looking for tires they had a great deal on (buy 2, get 2) for my Camry. I brought the car in at 5:30 and they had new tires on by 6:00. Pep Boys in Palm Bay is LEGIT. 👍

Researched new tires for my K5, and Pep Boys had the best deal. Their website was extremely easy to navigate, and very informative. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day, and they honored it! I was also able to get my oil changed, and paid when completed!

Staff was very nice and provided a speedy service for tire replacement. I was notified about a nail in a separate tire and couldn't afford to have them repair it. Upon leaving I was notified that they repaired the other tire for me for free. I love how they valued my safety and helped save me more money. Would strongly recommend coming here for all your tire needs😊

Know what u need & want done when you go here. The manager Mike is a bit rude but don't worry, he's not there most of the time anyway. They did the work well, but they seem very expensive.

Pep Boys for the WIN! They do a great job. Mostly, they are honest. They do not add a lot of stuff you do not need. I take my car there exclusively because of this trust. They do what they say and do it professionally and within the time frame they gave me. Good job! See you next time.

Wouldn't recommend coming here. Had a appointment at 12pm on a Saturday. Was told if I came in a little earlier I may be able to get in. ( I knew the chance of that was low.) Anyways I showed up around 11:25 waited until 12:27 when they pulled my car in. I was Quoted $260.00 for rear brake job and rotors to be Resurface. They pull my car in and about 2 mins later told me I needed new rotors and brakes and it would be $606.00 for rotors and brakes. Are YOU CRAZY! I called napa in cocoa and got two rear rotors and brakes pads for $109.00 and did it myself. My point to all this is I think there scaming people.

I cannot express enough the excellent customer service myself and my family received. The team here stayed open late on a Sunday to help us while we were traveling. We had tried multiple places and they quickly and efficiently fixed our back two tires and alignment. These gentlemen made sure we could complete our trip safely despite being closed, and no other tire place in Palm Bay showed that kindness. On a Sunday, no other place showed compassion for my elderly mother and I, and Pep Boys didn't even blink an eye, and came to our rescue. Thank you so much!

When booking services online not all techs read the comments in the note section. I wasn't able to get tires because they would have needed to order them days in advance and had they read the notes in the comment section they would have done so. Instead I had to go elsewhere for tires. And the price they charged for an oil change & new wiper blades was ridiculous - $187! I could have gone to the dealership and paid less.

So thankful for pep boys. I bought my tires in Kissimmee Florida I had a blowout in Melbourne and Mike in Palm Bay was awesome, very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor.He traded me great. I've been coming here for the last couple of years and unlike the last big name I place went to they actually talked to me like a human and answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what I had going on. I don't know squat about cars but I never feel inferior going in there. Friendly staff, accomadating. Long as they keep doing their thing I'll always go there.
