I Will NEVER return. I’m furious as I get my puppy back. He was extremely full of hair because every groomer I reached out said he was too young, happy paws said they would take him happily. My husband dropped my puppy off and told them keep him fluffy and trim him around and said but cut down around his face. I even sent a picture of what I wanted his face to look like. My puppy came home and has NO HAIR and now looks like a rat. Never again.

This is the first time we have ever taken a dog to a groomer. Like chiropractors, we thought we didn't need it till we did it. Now we wished we did it sooner. Super friendly and listened to our concerns. They came accross as confident and caring. Pros at alleviating anxiety in us and the dog. We have a new husky collie mix with tons of fur. We thought we were doing good at home. Not even close. It was nice they talk to the dogs waiting to go home. It let's you know how your dog is treated when waiting to go home. The bow tie 🎀 was a nice touch. Our pepper was so happy he got the zoomies when we got home. Thanks

These groomers were great. We were taking care of a neighbors dog and it was in need of a bath and nail clipping. When I called, they got us in the very next day, and we were really happy with the service. The pricing was very reasonable.

We were referred to go to happy paws to take our shipoo there to be groomed.When we were ready to pick him up we called for a status update they said that they had cut all his hair off because he was matted. However, they said it would cost us $80 but when we brought him to be groomed they said it would be $50 At no point did they ever tell us the price was going to go up because of him being matted and then having them do extra work to cut all his hair off then when we came to pick up our dog, we tried to explain to them that they never told us the price would be 80 or that the price would even be going up and nor did they explain that to us. This is the worst pet grooming establishment I’ve ever been to. They’re very unprofessional and charge you whatever they want without letting you know if it’s gonna cost more don’t ever bring any of your animals to this pet grooming place. They really should go out of business because they don’t know how to take care of their customers and they’re a rip off!!!

I have a Persian cat and they are one of the only places that groom cats. They are my saving grace! I do a lion cut each time and it always comes out amazing! Very reasonably priced, and very accommodating and open weekends which is a major plus since I travel to see them!

First time visit for our pup. They did a great job! Got us in for a next-day grooming, when other locations in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area are booked until after Xmas or longer. And for an extremely affordable price. The bow was a nice touch too! Thank you to all the staff 😃

The environment is very nice and clean. The groomers where friendly and understanding what we wanted for our dogs. Unfortunately when we pick up 2 of our dogs. One dog (girl) came out nice but we notice she has a scratch on her neck and our other dog (boy) they cut him to short. I asked for a 7 and they cut him down to a 10. I also let them know he is sensitive around the eyes to be careful and he has a scratch and one of his nails was bleeding. This is the first time i ever seen this. If you come to this place just be very detailed on what you want. I will not be coming back because if this happened again I will not be polite. The groomers did apologize for the incident. If I can get a refund I would!

Brought my Morkie & Maltipoo in. Gave a list TO PLS FOLLOW. They said No problem. Needless to say. Everything I didn't want done. WAS DONE. Costing me $150.00 Especially do not make them look like poodles. Do not cut their tails short.Well I have 2 poodle looking furbabies. With short tails. (Nothing wrong with poodles❤️❤️) But they are Morkie & Maltipoo I usually cut my own babies. I decided to give them a Christmas present. We’ve been here a couple times now and still very pleased with how our baby was treated. She can be very fidgety and hyper but they did a great job on her bath, nails, and ears. When we would bring her to other groomers she always came back with super red and bloodshot eyes. That has never happened with Happy Paws and she looks like she feels better after her visits. Thank you to the staff who took such good care of our girl. ❤️

This place is amazing! I called to have our very dramatic husky groomed. They took him in on the same day, gave him a thorough grooming and had us come pick him up in a short amount of time! Everyone was super nice and they treated our dog with care! They are now, our go to groomers!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THE OWNER IS DELUSIONAL. We brought our baby (11 year old) Chief in ther for a haircut, full groom. Bath, nails, teeth brushed, ears, and very hesitant to get his hair cut. We spoke with the owner specifically for 20 minutes about the "haircut". The first thing she said when we walked in is that we is NOT a short haired dog- Duh. Long story short(er) the SHAVED MY BABY! My fiance being in shock paid the $70 because he is not a confrontational person and left. Crying on his way home because this is exactly what we said we DID NOT want. After calling and expressing our dissatisfaction, she basically blamed everything on us claiming "we were not used to it yet" "it will grow back" "he only started with an inch of hair" ?!?!?!?!? "Been in the business for 30 years". After a few days called back to try and compromise, saying I was unahappy with the "cut" (shave job) and she denied any sort of refund or credit towards a future service. Clearly , we would NEVER EVER EVER have his hair "cut/butchered" there again. However, to care about customer satisfaction when your business is a service is extremely stupid. I posted pictues so you can see, she is a liar! We paid $70 for all that and after the fact she also mentioned they don't brush teeth!?. We paid for his teeth to be brushed. DO NOT GO HERE. ZERO ETHICS. HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING.

I was told one price on the phone and when I got there, it was a different price. Bad way of doing business. I was not informed about any additional pricing for the size of the dog, size of hair and temperament. When I informed them that they didn’t tell me anything about it when I first called or showed up to the appointment, they really didn’t care much. For how much I paid, the haircut should have been on point but it wasn’t what I explained nor what I told them to do. As a first time customer, definitely not what I expected. Only reason I decided to go here was because a friend of the family recommended them. I definitely will not be going there again.

Had a wonderful experience as a first time customer at Happy Paws! Not only did they offer great customer service with a smile, but they were able to get me right in with no wait times. Upon entering the newly renovated, up to date and meticulously clean building, I was greeted by Kyle, who went over what to expect with me. He asked about my dog and anything that would be of importance for them to know about, as well as details for the look we were going for. But most of all, he wanted to make sure my old dog of 10 years, was comfortable. I signed my paperwork and was told Ashley would be the one taking care of Prim’s grooming. I met Ashley shortly thereafter and she was just as pleasant as Kyle had been. I left feeling comfortable with leaving my dog in their capable hands. Within an hour, I got a phone call informing me that Prim was all finished! I couldn’t believe it! Timely scheduling, service and communication. I was elated when I saw my little dog with two cute yellow bows on her neatly groomed little head. She was in great spirits and happy as can be. I could not be happier with my service and will be back time and time again. Not only was the service affordable, I received a $5 discount for being a new customer- well worth it! Thank, Happy Paws!

Not a happy customer. I just took my pomsky here yesterday for the first time. After 6 hr of being there her cut is choppy and uneven. Her private part was shaved to the skin and is irritated. Looks like they tried to shave her belly but has razor burn. She's been itchy since being home, hopefully she didn't get fleas. At pick up there wasn't report of how she did. Definitely will not be returning.

If the star rating could be higher than a 5 star rating I would give at least a 10. Missy, my Yorkie, is almost 4 and I wish I had discovered Happy Paws earlier.. I needed a new groomer and a friend recommended Happy Paws. I called them, explained I don't get out of the house and Debbie who I was speaking to said they would send the puppy limousine to pick her up. I was impressed. Missy was picked up and returned a couple of hours later. She has never been groomed so well before. She wasn't stressed out and she obviously loved her groomer who obviously loves dogs. The prices are very reasonable. I can certainly recommend Happy Paws. I'm so happy my friend recommended them.

Laberdoodle went in for a trim and came out completely shaved. Reasoning was that there was a little matting behind ears and a little on tummy. Why completely shave her?! And why not consult the owner first?! Very unprofessional and saddening. Would you be okay with sending your child to a stylist for a trim and having them come out with no hair? No. They should never have gone extreme without approval.

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE. We used them for the first time this week we have a mini Australian Shepard and a Yorkiepoo. The Ausi was shave one level above bare, they completely removed his wings from his front legs, shaved from the back of his neck to the top of his head and left it all unblended. To top it all off the cut him on his belly. Our Yorkiepoo they shaved him so short he looks pink now they shaved across his eye but only on one side and didn't bother cutting his nails. He was so scared when he came home he went under the bed where he stayed till late that night. When he came out he was shaking because he has no hair left. I had to wrap him in a blanket and hold him to warm him up, then I put my grandson's tee shirt on him to keep him warm. When they called to say our dogs were almost ready my husband could hear our Ausi whimpering in the background, like he was in pain.When I called to express my frustration I asked for the manager, as I began to explain the situation she is hollering back to the staff asking who groomed our dogs then puts her on the phone. As I'm explaining to her the terrible job she did on our Ausi she say we'll your Yorkiepoo wasn't the nicest dog. At which time I advised her she should rethink her profession cause she sucks at this one and her customers service skills were not much better. Her name is Brittany so if you use happy Paws beware.
