Doesn't Answer the Phone!Really?This is store is routinely out of Coca-Cola when it's on sale.There's apparently a guty in a red pickup truck that buys it all up. (Maybe consider limiting the amounts?)With Port Malabar being a cluster fug from the city tearing up the road, it would be nice to know if pickup jerk has bought all the coke BEFORE having to deal with a detour that forces me around the entire town.It's a phone.It's ringing.Pick it up!

Last two visits to this store have been very bad. Customer service skills are lacking. I understand it is a low cost store, but that does not mean you have to be rude to your customers. It is totally unacceptable to let customers stand in line for a long period of time with the comment of “its just him” when an employee is told to open a second line. Also, when a second line is opened it is unacceptable to take someone from the back of the line before allowing the next in line to be served, you know...”just him” should be assisted before anyone else is taken when he has been waiting a long time in line already.

It's just ok because there are SOME nice staff. Im giving it 3 stars due to the fact that some of the employees can be rude and unhelpful. The store is very rundown and I've seen evidence of roaches. The lines are always long and if you happen to get a cashier that is slow moving you'll be waiting at the register for quite awhile unless you feel like flagging down another employee yourself. I only go here if i absolutely have to.

This store was not taken care of. Nothing was where it was supposed to be. Everything was just kind of thrown around. Lots of items over priced. The women working should've been stockers not working cashiers on the front of the line they had poor customer service skill. No one to help you if you had questions plus no one greeted upon my arrival or really at all not good customer service. Although they had most of what was on my lists.

Great staff! They are always there for what I need. The other day I went in in something that I usually buy was on sale. The staff member told me right away that the product was on sale before I even knew it. Very professional and kind. And the store is clean. I will always go there. Thank you to everybody.

Only go to this location because it's close by. The store is just run down in general. Their register systems are so outdated that it was hard to believe the first time shopping there. Not sure why the company won't bother investing in this location. Most of the staff I have encountered so far are not very friendly. They seem annoyed and miserable with their job...though to be honest, I probably would be too if I worked there.

There is Dollar Generals spreading into most neighborhoods. It is so Convenient with quality items at a good price. They have some food items,cosmetics,toiletries, home and garden stuff. Its Nice when you dont want to go to a big dept store.

Organized n clean.The parking lot is another story. Realizing it's not the stores obligation to fix the parking lot but the parking lot is a mess and needs to be repaved and new lines drawn. You can't see where to park.

I like the convenience as it is with walking distance. There are bargains to be had but not all stuff is priced well. Customer service is hit and miss. Overall their location is convenient and that is what has me going back. I also like their website coupon set up and online receipt history are a definite plus.

Nasty store, dirty, smelly, & only one person as a cashier when there are more registers. It makes No difference what time of day or what day of the week it is nothing changes. The people who work there are rude & unhelpful. I've been going here for year's but I will go elsewhere from now on. Even though I spend at least $75.00 -$125.00 every time I go because I Hate the store so much I only go once a month for paper goods & cleaning supplies.

Not my usual Dollar General, but the cashier was extra helpful with a really good sense of humor. Extra 'Thank you' to the tall gentleman who was able to reach the top row for me.

All of the employees that work at this store are always so pleasant and helpful. I have found that this store carries nicer, sesonal items than some of the other Dollar General stores that I have been to and they have a really cute display area.

Worst store. After shopping here 4 years because I have to...1 cashier no matter what crowd or time of day. 1 cashier runs this store while the on duty Manager hides all day and night. When I have to fill a cart w stuff I feel guilty because it holds up the store because the duty managers are masters at waiting til the last second and last person to finally open a register. Do you know what it feels like to see 10 deep in line and then Here I come w a huge cart. It sucks. So does this dollar General.they complain about theft when the store is wide open and unattended. I will drive 5 miles to Winn Dixie from now on.

Hate the new layout, makes no sense. Can never find anything and no one is around to help. Prices are lower than family dollar so that's a plus, and they have a better selection. I just wish the layout made sense.

I can honestly say I despise going to this store. The cashiers are always rude.. do they ever hire anybody with a positive attitude 1:09 pm monday a lady asked this cashier a question & was tottaly rude cuz she didnt know the answer about the phones this store sells cashier then called someone & we unfortunately had to hear this cashier be rude on the phone & to the customer theres more to cs than just knowing the register

THE CASHIERS ARE VERY HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY. THE DOLLAR GENERAL I GO TO, IS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. WHEN I HAVE TO PURCHASE A CASE OF BOTTLED WATER I CAN'T PICK IT UP, BECAUSE OF MY BACK, A CLERK WILL PICK IT UP AND BRING IT TO CASH REGISTER. IF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH, THEY CARRY IT TO THE CAR FOR ME.

The management sucks! It has gone down hill since he took over. He is very rude to customers and the employees. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Its just shameful that a establishment could go down hill so fast when you have substandard management! And for your information I am not nor ever been an employee of Dollar General.

Worst Dollar General I’ve ever been in. Rude manager and rude employees. I found a rug in the clearance bin and it was marked “down” to $14 and the original price was $14 and when I asked the manager that was on the register why she said “yea there’s nothing I can do about that” no apology, no eye contact, absolutely no sincerity at all. She did not care one bit. Another experience I had there was equally as displeasing as the last one.

Cant believe this place just shuts down for over a month now because of broken AC. MAYBE fix it so all the people who have supported this store through the years can shop, especially all the elderly that live right behind store!

Have to 2 to stars because the waut sometimes is ridiculous. Because only one cashier when 2 pther people are "stocking" and wont help the person up front and the line is wrapped around the corner.

Place is messy, the shopping carts are the worst I've ever used . although , the bags they use have gotten much better, I use them instead of walmart ones they are much stronger now a days

Be careful if you try to use the $5 off of $25... They used to work on just about anything. Now they're only on specific items. Read the coupon.
