The store is always clean and stocked. The people working the front are awesome. Now the Pharmacy is terrible!!! Especially when this one pharmacist is working. Her name is Beverly. She is the slowest, rudest one there. So try to avoid going there when she is working. Now let's talk about the parking!!! It's a huge issue getting in and out of the parking lot!!! They really need to make it in one way and it out other!

Be VERY careful with your prescriptions here. They tend to fill scripts that were not on autofill and they cannot answer who requested the medication. Further, they will tell you that "as needed" means that they get to determine your quantity - NOT the doctor. Very interesting since this is not across the board - they were not even holding that in a uniform fashion. Some of my recent refills were as needed and those were filled as expected. The other, "You don't need that much". I think My doctor will be very interested to know that they know better than does he.Great part - I am getting new scripts sent out to a new pharmacy since this one has "interpreted" what the doctor put on the script.I will do mail order and wait on antibiotics if I have to before returning to any additional fills here.

Very poorly trained staff. I had an urgent question about a drug interaction and our doctor was not available. They kept me on hold for 40 mins. When the pharmacist picked up the phone, they gave me a very generic "well, I think...." answer. I asked for a moment while I checked the Rx bottle and was hung up on without getting an answer to my question.

My wife had a prescription from her doctor sent to this CVS. We went about 45 minutes after. We were told it would be ready in about 45 minutes. When we came back 45 minutes later we were told they didn't have the medicine and WE had to call around to other CVSs to find one with the medicine and the other CVS could fill it from the on line prescription(which turned outnot to true). Why couldn't they have told us the first time they didn't have it, we would have to call around and the other CVS couldn't use the on line prescription I don't know. I thought this was a chain store and if a doctor wrote a prescription for one it would be valid at another.

I enjoy shopping at CVS. I always check carefully for digital coupons and make sure my ExtraBucks are sent to my CVS card; then, I’m prepared to shop for great deals/sales and 20% off all CVS Brands. I always find something that I need on sale or can use coupons and/or ExtraBucks for great pricing.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. The staff has no clue about anything and gives answers like "I wasn't working so I can't help you". I'm sorry when dealing with peoples medication you should have some knowledge of what you're doing!

I have had many issues at this facility, including poor customer service. I’ve decided to not deal with this place anymore. I will transfer my pharmacy prescriptions and shop elsewhere. Perhaps another Cvs or Walgreens.

This place is the worst. The staff at the pharmacy are so rude and never know what they are talking about. I am told a different story every time I go there. I would swap but my insurance makes us use CVS. I was in line yesterday and saw the old lady pharmacist yell at some poor man, yell at him like a child. All because she was trying to get his attention from the other side of their area. That place is a madhouse, and you can't hear a thing in there. This is the same for all the CVS's so switching to another one is the same or worse. If you have an option don't use them!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The female pharmacists are moody, spiteful, unreasonable, don't listen to the patient, and power hungry. This behavior jeopardizes the safety of their customers. They can't seem to keep their pharmacy department fully staffed. A lot of turn over. CVS will NEVER get another dime of my money!

This place is a disaster and has been for a long time.Pharmacy never has anything ready on time even hours after it was called in. It's frustrating after you make the long line to be told this. There is no one at front cashier. My self check-out machine went haywire & I waited for someone to come over & help. Nope, I had to knock on the manager's door after I heard them laughing in there. This place is in dire need of new management.

Horrible horrible horrible! The pharmacy staff is very un helpful. It took 3 days for me to get someone on the same page for getting my meds transferred to Walmart. Including the pharmacist from Walmart, me and then finally my doctor had to call and complain and they finally sent them. It was a mess. There's no care for customers.. We are just another dollar sign to CVS! Shame on you as store and as a corporation!

Hold times for the pharmacy are the worst I was on hold for what seemed like an eternity. I hung up recalled the front desk she sent me back there on hold for15-20 minutes recalled the front desk and then I got an attitude from her saying it was only 2 minutes I need my son's medicine he's severely sick trying to find out when it will be ready and can't get an answer from anybody 😫 my current CVS that I use didn't have the medicine so they sent it to this CVS because they had it but yeah I still can't get an answer or somebody to pick up the damn phone

It upsets me to see such awful reviews, I’m not sure about the pharmacy, but the front staff of the CVS doesn’t deserve the bad review rating they are absolutely amazing!!! Every other CVS around here’s employees are rude and rush you out the door! This staff always takes the time to great everyone and make sure anyone that needs help gets it! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Nigel and also Danielle they both have helped me tremendously! They got me set up with the extra care card and helped me find everything I needed!!! Rudest staff out there. No one answers the phones, even if they decide to work. Every time I'm forced to go to this forsaken place I'm greeted by the world's worst attitude and passive aggressive tones. So beyond unprofessional and rude, no matter how nice you try to be to them. It's not my fault your store is a disorganized mess, don't take it out on people just trying to get their medicine.Edit: I did want to mention there was one lady who was working in the back and did have a very friendly smile and was kind overall. Wish they had her working the counter instead of the sourpuss lady I unfortunately had to speak with, think her name was Beverly.

Rudest pharmacy ever. Lady stared at her computer and held out her hand for my prescription. Glanced at the top sheet and handed it back to say they were out and go somewhere else while still staring at the computer screen. I asked about the second prescription on the next sheet she never looked at and she said they like to keep the prescriptions together. I’m ok with that. I asked if other CVS pharmacies had the prescription. She said they might. This lady just couldn’t be bothered. Worst customer service ever. What a joke.

Worst experience with the pharmacy, I first got to the cvs because we were having issues with a prescription specifically antibiotics, I called them before hand to make sure the insurance was verified since Walgreens could not verified it for some reason, (he is the policy holder, and I get my prescriptions with not issues, so not sure what happened) this prescription was for my sick husband so I just transferred it, because it was an emergency. CVS was supposed to call me to let me know the prescription was ready for pick up but never got a call. I get to the cvs and someone misunderstood what I was saying and told me I had to call Walgreens, I again rectified that I called before hand to avoid any issues. Anyway the pharmacist comes to the front and says the guy didn’t understand what I was saying and that she will take care of me. She was rude and asked which insurance I had and that it was my responsibility to know if they took said insurance, I told her they did because we have never had any issues and to check her system because I knew it was not on my back. She was just staring at her screen and clicking stuff trying to verify the insurance even though I called before hand and they didn’t do it. So I had to sit and wait 20min at the cvs plus the one hour and a half prior when I called for a prescription. This is unacceptable. Worst experience ever

Literally the worst run, least helpful pharmacy ever. On hold 40 minutes when trying to call. Drove here, waited 20 minutes in line, had to move a script, then they said they wouldn't fill it 20 minutes before closing time.The pharmacist then slammed two doors and made everyone really uncomfortable.

Great pharmacy. Great people who are looking out for your every need by making sure that your prescription is on time and refills available when you need any. They also text you when your prescription is ready so that is convenient. They also send helpful information regarding your prescription like videos about your medications to make sure you have all the information you need regarding your medical care. I congratulate the hard working staff behind the counter for all their hard work to make our experience a pleasant one. 2023 is on a great start. Stamat1

I asked the emergency room to send my rx to Walgreens but they sent my rx here. I got a text saying rx was ready for pickup. It took me a while to get myself together because i am sick as a dog. I got here at 1:26. The lady at the pharmacy window told me they are closed for lunch so I am sitting in my car waiting for them to open back up. I checked my text and it didn't say anything about closing, just said rx is ready for pickup however I did find out they close at 1:30. I guess it was too much for them to hand me my rx and take my money in 4 minutes. This is typical of the CVS brand to be rude and uncaring and trust me if i can help it i wont be here again. Oh and they don't even have a drive up window. So I waited in my car because I can't stand too long. Get inside at 5 till 2 and there are 13 people in line already. Hopefully I don't freaking faint trying to get my meds. If i do I will update

Avoid this CVS at all cost. You will wait forever in-line to pickup a script. Management doesn’t care. 30-40 min. wait every time. (If the script has already been filled) No drive thru. Third world mentality. 5-6 employees in the pharmacy 10-15 people in line and only ONE person working the pharmacy check out line, and management thinks “this is ok”. Walgreens, Walmart and Publics are across the street. Move your scripts with one simple phone call !! Evidently they have more business than they can manage. Service with customers in mind doesn’t exist. They will never change.

All of the staff here is great except Beverly. She was absolutely the most unkind person I’ve met. I had a simple question regarding my pain medication and was met with the most condescending and disrespectful response. She spoke to me like I was stupid and had no regard for any type of customer service at all.

The Pharmacy is under staffed in both locations and the staff work like they don’t care to get people out. I went two times to Malabar and stood in line twice to pick up scripts the girl just said it isn’t available yet when I said it’s been emailed or called in since one she looked further and discovered it was at the x roads of Emerson and Minton location . I went there and stood in a long line again for 30 plus minutes and was told it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes !!!I called Dr office and had it changed back because the Malabar is closer and I had groceries to make soup for my Elderly Aunt who was sick with Covid and when I went back another very long line !!! It’s unacceptable to me when you have loved ones sick waiting for medicine and you have such long waits !! Something needs to seriously change !

Easily accessible from the Main Road, Malabar and not far from I-95 exit 173 West. Adequate parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.The Store was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.The shelves were full and the prices were fair. They always have sales and specials happening. Make sure you have their CVS Card*Pharmacy is closed between 1:30PM and 2pm daily*

This is the slowest business I have ever been to in my entire life. You have two shamos working at the front pharmacy desk who don't know how to speak English and then the skinny people in the back must be high because they can't seem to get the pharmaceuticals in a timely fashion. I've already been sitting here on the sidelines after being told they're going to bring me the medication I've been at the store for over an hour for two creams and a antibiotic. Any other pharmacy would have that ready in 15 minutes Not really sure what your issue is though.

Literally never picked up the phone the entirety of 5 hours, 13:00-18:30. Had to go in person wait in line for 25 mins and then be told they don’t have my prescription order when our doctor for 2 years has always sent over same day orders. When asking how they could determine this when they aren’t picking up the phone they claimed to have checked the voicemails and only have 3 missed calls from doctors. This conversation was happening as the phones would ring unanswered with increasing callers in line. Beverly suggested I go to another pharmacy said others were in the area

The pharmacist disrespected me and tried to tell me how to be a father. Told me i can go to the emergency room if i have to but didn't feel comfortable filling a prescription ive gotten for 10 years! I will NEVER GO TO CVS EVER AGAIN. They will judge and tear you down as a person! Worst pharmacy ive ever been too bar none! Thanks for having your customers at heart!

I made a phone call about my daughter's seizure medication part of what had to be done was give them the insurance information and then I had questions. I started asking the question and the person on the line kept repeating "okay the medication is ready for pick up" over and over again. I have never in my life dealt with such rudeness at a pharmacy, including this one. When someone is asking questions about a 6 year olds seizure medication please just be nice and answer the questions.

My kids prescriptions were submitted just after 3:30. By 9 pm they were still not ready. The pharmacist refused to talk to me about it and treated me like an inconvenience for being a customer.
