This was my first time at a bass pro shop and didn’t know what to expect. The gators by the entrance were cool and the fish tank in the back was relaxing. So many different items in the hunting/fishing/grilling sections. Prices seem average and the variety of items was nice.

BPS is such a nice well kept facility! It's fun to visit with the kids so they can see the gators and hogs out front and the massive fresh water fish tank in the middle. Everyone knows it's the place to be on Christmas and Easter as well since they give out free photos with Santa or the Easter Bunny.

Pretty nice Bass Pro. Not as big as the local one by me or the Cabela’s but still a nice store. Has pretty much what you need if not just go online and have it shipped to store or your house.

Huge store with tons of hunting and fishing gear. Ball caps start at 6 bucks, not bad. I did not like being asked by every staff member if I wanted a bps credit card, and I did not like being hard sold on a timeshare presentation while trying to browse. For that reason alone I won't return.

Took 3 of my grandkids for their 1st time visiting. They loved the place inside and out. Had to stop and see the alligators 1st. Then they tried out several ATVs. The trophy mounts amazed them. As did the vast amount of sporting goods. "Papa Joe, they have lots more fishing poles than you". The employees were very friendly and talked to my grandkids.The best part of course was watching them look at your aquarium. Those fish had their attention for 30 minutes.

Loved this place. I love the selection and they also had great selection of toys and free Christmas wrapping. The alligators, hogs, and fish tank were an awesome bonus.

Excellent service. Every time I visit, the employee has been very helpful. First visit I had Tim help me with reloading supplies and he assisted me with getting the correct items. I just visited again yesterday, after leaving Academy sports very upset. I was assisted by Stephen with the purchase of a rifle. He was very polite and knowledgeable. They had my wanted rifle in stock, and the manager even price matched it for me. I am a Bass Pro Shop customer for life from now on.

Make sure to take pictures of the bargains because the register/system will charge the original price. I had to wait for management to come and fix the price.I'm not a hunter or fisherman but a camper. I was able to find a tent pole replacement kit in this store.

This has everything you want for the outdoors. We like to take the kids to see the live animals here. What I don't like is being bothered every time I enter the store to sign up for a credit card. I also don't like how they have the people in the store bothering you to "sign up to win a free....". You do know those are timeshares right!? No thank you!!!

DO NOT APPLY HERE! HR specialist is completely unprofessional!I applied for a position here on March 5th and got a call from an HR specialist, but I missed it. I tried to call her back about an hour later, but nobody picked up. I left a voicemail, but tried a few more times every 30-60 minutes. I tried again over the next couple of days, left another voicemail, but still nothing. I gave up after that.Almost a week later, I get a call from her, but I hear nothing on the other end. It hangs up, calls me back, and it's the same. I wait and call her, but still the same. I try one last time after 10 or so minutes and it goes to voicemail. Where did she go?! Since I had heard the message on the machine several times I had recognized that it change a bit. That tells me she's been there since I last called a week ago. I did leave another voicemail explaining pretty much everything and gave her my email to contact me that way.I double checked my phone later on to make sure calls were going through. My phone is perfectly fine. I am extremely frustrated and appalled at how unprofessional this is. There are people who need work and she is screwing them over. She needs to be fired ASAP!My application eventually got passed on after a week. No duh! The HR specialist can't do her job! This is a terrible look for the company.

We love coming to Bass Pro Shop with our toddler.She loves the alligators outside and the aquarium inside and loves seeing the fishes and all the animals she can spot in the store!

Love this place but pricey as Heck!! It's a sports whole seller for the most part... Got everything FISHING from boats to tackle to hunting to quads and guns... clothing is very nice and even some food stuff... nice fish display in the back... the workers here are super friendly and know tons about their jobs... like i said... great place if ya got the $$$....

Would not do a refund with a receipt even as a club member would not help refused to hear any customer discrepancies did not want to be there I don’t know if it’s this location in particular but I used to love bass pro shops. Buyers beware if you buy any kind of higher end item and have a valid sales receipt they will turn you away 9 times out of 10 and make you feel horrible about it too.

Bass pro has everything an outdoorsman and a hunter I could possibly want in their store. The selection here is awesome and the prices are reasonable. Usually I check academy sports first but I usually almost always end up at Bass pro shops.

We always love to visit the dinosaurs when we come to the store. Very cool outdoor area where you can see full grown rescue alligators and wild hogs. The employees are always very helpful and friendly when needed.

Absolutely beautiful and wonderful place.. felt like going to a theme park as they have 6 big live alligators and some hogs in the front entrance for the visitors.. it was our first time going to a bass pro shops and it was definitely a great time for all of us especially our 5 year old daughter.. inside of the store is really amazing with lots of merchandise for those who love fishing, hunting, hiking, and any outdoor activities..there is a big water tank filled with live fish, nice art work on the walls and also lots of statues of wild animals made it feel like we are walking through a forest..would love to go here again during free times..loved it!!

We came here and checked out the gators and the piggies. Then we ate some. The store itself has some cattle stalls when you come in to direct the Americans into their lanes so you can buy your stuff. Then there’s some fish at the back of the store. Also there’s some guns cuz murica 🇺🇸

Awesome shop! A must stop when in Brevard County. You can find almost anything there. The atmosphere reminds me of something out of Disney World. I have been to other Bass Pro Shops and this one seems to me to be the largest.

Bass pro shops always has what you need. Whether it is fishing poles, lures, hunting, shooting, or trapping supplies, they have you covered. The staff are also very knowledgeable and are always ready to help. I recently went in to purchase crab traps, and had a lot of questions since I've never trapped crabs before. The staff gave me all the info that I needed and had me on my way to success! Their return policies are great as well! I had purchased a fishing rod recently that was damaged and i didn't notice till i was home, and the exchanges it for me without question. Thank you bass pro shops for being there for me as a sportsman.

Asked 3 sales associates for help, they left me to find someone for the department and never returned. Just unreal. They lost a customer today but seems they simply don't care. Went to get Garmin GPS and they keep them in two different locations opposite sides of store... just so stupid. Anyway, asta la vista to this place.

Hi marks for the staff on the fishing side. All very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Boat folks get props too! Take some time to teach the associates that work the firearms counter to be the same. Terrible customer service. Condescending, disinterested and arrogant. Will never shop for a firearm at the store again.

I am absolutely obsessed with the unexpected live alligator habitat in the front of this specific BPS. That made my absolute day and my month and my year it was so amazing! Let's keep it real anybody that's ever been to a BPS even if they have the intent on buying something specific is going to want to spend hours in the store just looking at the walls and all of the merchandise and this store definitely did not disappoint all the way to a massive large-scale wall Aquarium. The intent of this trip was to purchase clothing for my 12 year old son who wears men's clothing and it was actually very easy to navigate a very large portion of the store which was the men's department and in fact I'd prefer to drive to the B PS Store rather than purchase online due to the fact that there was so many available options of clothing textures and sizes available on the rack to actually try on rather than doing your due diligence online and having clothing ordered and it not working out and having to be returned which it's Timely it was a fantastic trip yesterday. I love BPS stores and this one is actually at the top of my list it was really cool.

My husband and I visited Bass Pro shop in Pak Bay, FL and spoke to Rod D. Rod is so well informed, personalable and an incredible expertise on guns. He answered all of our questions and provided us with information for us to consider. Rod D. Is an exceptional associate representing Bass Pro. We highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase any firing weapon to go speak with Rod D.!!! Bass Pro should be very proud to have him as an employee. Great hire!!
