Great place for anything outdoor related. Excellent service - I asked Jimmy in the fishing section about a type of reel I've never used and he pretty much gave me a lesson on how to use it. When you buy a reel there they'll put line on it for free if you want mono. My son couldn't get enough of the big fish tank. Lots of big toys to look at.

Go somewhere else. Customer service is non existent after they get your money. I will spend my $35K on a boat at Marine max.They can't handle $300. issue, certainly can't trust a significant amount. Just a glorified Wal Mart.

Although they are a bit pricey, the Bass Pro Shop is a well designed and well equipped shop for all of your fishing needs. A very good selection of bass boats and all sorts of hunting and fishing equipment is all right here. I love to just go and explore the place. Always enjoyable.

Customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I could not be more excited about a shopping experience than shopping at Bass Pro! I even had a mild asthma attack and personnel was so kind and friendly that they went and got me a bottle of water. Even helped with my shopping.Thanks Bass Pro and ALL of your employees.

Somewhat different from other Bass Pro Shops I've visited.Housed in an old warehouse building giving outward gentrification appearance. Also much more floor space.Merchandise and prices about the same as any other Bass Pro Shop.Sales staff were exceptionally helpful and personal. Knew their stuff!I'll shop there again.

Bass Pro is a great biz. They have free yearly Santa pictures. Free gators out front to watch plus some wild hogs. Inside fish. On top of all this they have tons of clothing, hunting gear and so much more.

The price is good the people are nice but they need to upgrade their computer system. Takes FOREVER to return or pick up orders. That is not this stores fault this store is always trying to be the best even with bad systems.

Just had my boat serviced. They do not hesitate to spend as much time as needed to understand everything they did and all while being very polite and respectful. I trust that my boat has got the best service it could have had.

This location is not recommended. Trying to buy a new Tracker boat there, been waiting for a stock boat (no mods) for over two weeks and still waiting. They said the seat mounts were taken off this NEW boat to put on another one and I have to wait for replacements. They've lied to me at least twice about not receiving forms, but I have email receipts. Terrible experience!

The Gators are super cool. Spent way too much time getting fishing licenses here. The person helping us didn't have the right info about military licenses. Initially we were told we only needed proof of address but 45 mins later we learned residency has to be established through the DMV. Also, they can't even do the military pass in the store.

Fun place to go even if you don't buy anything! They usually have fun activities for the kids also. It's worth going just to look around if you've never been.

Took a boat trailer there for repair. Found that the "maintenance free" hubs were trashed and the entire axle had to be replaced. I knew I could replace an axle, so they placed my trailer on a flatbed and delivered it back to my house - no charge.I recently spoke with another boat owner and they had a similar story. Their boat needed work Tracker couldn't do, so they towed it around 2-3 different places to get the lowest estimate. Once that work was done, Tracker did the rest. Tracker did not charge the owner for towing the boat around town for the estimates.
