This Walmart is always busy. I like their produce department. My only complaint is the lack of check out clerks. When I was there, they only had two people checking folks out and the lines were long. I felt like I had no choice but to use the self check out. It was easy enough but I don’t like it.

Always packed full of people. Customer check out person was in a mood. She did not greet us nor say have a nice day. Very weird transaction for sure. Store itself was clean and well stocked. It was dark on entry so I'm not sure if the parking area was actually clean or not, it did appear to be clean at fast glance. Will give it another try again one day.

Found everything I was looking for. Staff was courteous and professional. They have tons of great toys for all ages. Ordering and pick up is fast and easy as well. They also have a wide selection of products at great prices!

Typical wal mart experience.The store was clean, the checkout was fast.Unfortunately, without the common tap to pay option available in most places, Wal mart still prefers you to scan their QR code to use stored payment in their app, or insert a card in the machine. For this reason, I can never give more stars on the rating.

I love this place it's the best but wait! You should always check Five Below first before you buy a 60 , 70, or 100 dollar headset you know why? Because Five Below has headphones and they're like seven bucks but if you don't believe me you can just buy it from Walmart but I'm trying to help you out and not spend your money so if you would listen to me not trying to be rude and they also have phone cases if you're looking for one instead of Walmart but if you have enough money and you want to spend it that's fine with me.. have a nice day!! It's okay it has its good days and bad days but the staff are kinda frustrated and don't really want to be helpful. But not all the employees the cashier's and stockers are sweet. I guess when you work at that Walmart and you have a boss title or something you forget that you were a customer one time as well. I mean smile once in a while I never asked you to work there it was your decision so Do your job and treat your staff like you want to be treated. Just saying

Place is NOT maintained at all. Come on Walmart! There is stuff broken all over these registers and isles. Glass is dirty all around Walmart. Grounds can be a lot better as well all know. Seriously the service people don’t even care at all! There is no life in this place. Management should be ashamed in wanting their salaries. As a trucker we all have standards.

This Walmart has to have the absolute worst staff in the history of any Walmart. My particular cashier wanted to know where her break was. She stated that she had been working since 6pm. It was only 8pm. It was also extremely inappropriate to be talking to a customer about your break time, especially when you move as slow as she did. My mother had a return and her cashier was watching videos on his phone while he was "helping" her. Ridiculous.

Start my tires put on and an oil change done and they did amazing too bad you can't schedule tire or any other services online the size and oil change and trying to wait on the phone for somebody to pick up is kind of ridiculous cuz they are short-staffed other than that they did amazing.

When are they going to give us a discount for self checkout? I'm doing someone's job and saving Walmart money in labor cost. They need to just hire people and help the community, Walmart is really taking advantage of us knowing that they've become a necessary evil in todays economy.

Beware of Discriminatory Policy: Unfair Treatment at WalmartI am deeply disappointed with the discriminatory policy on alcohol purchasing at Walmart. My recent experience at the Palatka store left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.My husband and I visited the store on 5/5/2024 with the intention of purchasing camping supplies and alcohol. We both had our valid IDs and mine was physically in hand, fully complying with store policies and legal requirements. However, we were shockingly denied the purchase by the store manager, Delecia, who asserted the right to refuse service without providing any valid reason.To make matters worse, another manager named Jose was called in to support this unjust decision. Despite our compliance and adherence to all policies, we were subjected to discrimination and denied our right to make a lawful purchase.This incident not only marred our shopping experience but also infringed upon our civil liberties. Discriminatory practices have no place in any establishment, especially not in a reputed retail giant like Walmart.I am writing this review to raise awareness about this unacceptable behavior and urge Walmart to take immediate action to address this issue. Discrimination must not be tolerated, and steps should be taken to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.I hope Walmart will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and respect from Walmart.

If you aren't utilizing Walmart delivery or pick up and don't have a membership, join now!! Especially if you are a parent. I love you Walmart. Thank you Jah for this service, my family has been without a car in 4 years and this has been beyond a blessing since we found out about a year ago.

Made an ADA complaint on this Walmart. They do not consider ppl with disabilities when deciding that the garden center manager should go home at 3pm on Sunday and shut and lock ALL the doors leading outside to the mulch.. Not a worker in sight to get assistance. Had to walk back to the front of the store and go outside and walk back around to the side of Walmart to get my mulch and carry the wet heavy bag by hand back inside.

Went to cosmetics to get something that was locked up there was 4 other people waiting for the same thing they went to customer service and asked for help in cosmetics several times no one ever came they all finally left I'm still waiting so I got to customer service and ask go to the garden center and asked the cashier to page someone well after waiting over a hour a lady came said she was at lunch she had keys to get in the cabinet but none of the keys fit or worked then she left I waited for her return she returned with no keys to the cabinet and she said she asked her boss and others and noone knew nothing about the keys to the cabinet very unprofessional alot of people was not happy they could have cared less they never have anything in stock always out of everything they don't know how to order I have to go out of town to a decent Walmart to get my stuff they need to get someone that knows what there doing and knows where the keys are at and have someone to releave that person for lunch instead of abandon the area while in lunch it's simple people hello

It's walmart same store different place , however the staff are helpful and you can find them , they don't hide nore run off once you fix your eyes on one. The futher north in the country you go they tend to b a bit shy like a deer in the woods hearing a twig break , but for real the walmart on cortez is ok busy at times but clean and well stocked with lots of goodies.

Tired of coming in here with my family every week to spend way too much money just to have “inconspicuous” security follow me around and linger around me at the self checkout acting like they’re shopping for candy. I’ve been an honest person my whole life. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's the only option I had for my needs. There are NEVER enough cashiers and I REFUSE to give them my money and then do their job. Service has become a thing of the past and I don't understand why people tolerate it. I guess I grew up when you would spend your money and receiving service and appreciation for your business.

Very "DIRTY" store. Restrooms looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in days. The smell is just overwhelming. Store as a whole is just dirty from the shelves to the floor. Some employees are rude and lazy. They almost run you over collecting their customers' groceries for pick up or delivery. Over In the garden area, employee standing there by the exit area doing nothing while plants all around him had fallen on the floor by a rain storm but does nothing to pick them up. The dude just standing there staring into space, LAZY, LAZY and LAZY! I can tell the store is not being managed well.

I never go through their self checkout, nowadays too afraid they may send me a warrant in the mail. There was a time when the guys at the store knew your name, these so called staffs won't even make eye contact with you.Feels like a Morgue shopping there.No So at all.U know f you Walmart!

No manager is unavailable. Customer service has attitude. No one answer the phone when calling and it they do they have horrible customer service with an attitude. I stayed on hold for 20-30 minutes to speak with a manager, I was then advise that they were in a meeting. One member of management is unable to answer the phone or is never available. Not sure I will be back even though I have been shopping at walmart since 2005.

We had the best experience purchasing a watch for my 98 year old mother in law for Christmas at our local Palatka Walmart.She was so happy as couple of the sweetest, and kindest lady associates patiently helped to make sure it fit her just right!
