UPDATE: I stopped in today to purchase a mineral block. It is 50 lbs and I was having a hard time trying to lift it into my cart. Curtis, a sales associate, offered to help me. He even helped me out to my vehicle! Excellent customer service!I love this store. They have a lot of fun items as well as livestock supplies, feed and medications. Out to the side of the building they have fence posts, wire fencing, water troughs and more.

Normally shop here, haven't been able to make it by to get my animal food the last few weeks, show up at 7:15 when they close at 8. Just needing to grab some chicken and dog food cause they only have enough to last them for maybe 2 days now. I work before the sun comes up and after it goes down. It's not like I'm showing up at 7:50. Plenty of time left for them to close. And now I gotta hope I can get off early enough to get my animals food before they run out. Have never had a problem with this location till tonight. Hope they don't close early again when I'm able to make it by. If you're closing early don't leave the doors unlocked.

Been shopping at Tractor Supply for yrs now. My husband gifted me an Ariat jacket which he bought from this store on 12/03/23, this being our local go to Tractor Supply. I walked in on on Tuesday 12/05/23 one lady told me I couldn't exchange it because I didn't have a receipt, it had the tags though so I went on the 07 again and well it was just a lot worse.The red head at the register ignored me when I told her what I was going to do but I made sure she heard me and saw my jacket WITH THE TAGS ON IT, told her I was gonna find a smaller size. She looked at me and shrugged her shoulders, haha, how professional. Anywho there was a med I tried it on and it was to big so I just left it alone. As I went to the register I went to the same lady and told her they had a medium but it was to big she just looked at me so I started to walk out. As I turned around I heard the blonde lady tell the one cashier that I had something in my hand with tags, DUH! MY JACKET!!!!!!! The red head followed me to the parking lot and yelling, HEY, HEY! Those exact words, I turned around and she immediatelysaid did you walk out with something with tags?? I said yes ,My jacket. She took my jacket and checked anyways, people staring as they passed by me, My goodness. I have never EVER STOLEN ANYTHING IN MY 43 yrs of life to get treated like a criminal at the TRACTOR SUPPLY I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT FOR MANY YEARS!!!! I was humiliated and so upset 😭. I went back today the 9th and with the receipt and tags and got my money back. I will just order from actual Ariat and I will make not to go to this store again! I will share my experience, though... The "men" who fill propane tanks..this is second time in a row I go there to fill them and they say they can't cause they can't turn the release valve ...so I go clear across town to a mom and pops place and they have no issue at all turning the valve .. im convinced they just don't want to do the job .. no one is ever to enthusiastic about doing it..sad part is I NEVER go to tsc I just go to fill tanks ..and thats the only time I walk around and end up buying other things..is when I fill my tanks but after this happening twice in a row I wont be going back to this location again and also the prices here on average ..on each item is 2 or more dollars more than any other locations

I love this store, the environment, the employees... I love that animals are welcome. Everyone is always so eager to help and chat. It's nice that management allows employees to be relaxed and easy going. On that same note though, it is obvious that they are being pressured more and more to hit sales goals numbers. This is every industry every job I get it, but if you push for too much profit you'll lose your charm. Some TS products are great, some are overpriced flimsy junk. Stock the good stuff, be real, back off a little, and the store will stay great.

The customer assistant Ami of the Palatka Tractor Supply Store provided valuable information regarding a trailer of interest, assisted me in identifying suitable carriers for goat transport, and helped me choose the best livestock watering equipment. She graciously loaded the water tank in my vehicle, but in my haste I regrettably forgot to provide a tip. Unfortunately, when I went right back she was already gone for the day. Thank you for the courteous and professional customer service.Nov, 2022: I recently received courteous and helpful customer service again when Tucker helped me find a specific cat food formulation I needed. I always appreciate the customer service I experience there.

Although we don't shop there for many different items, the service is always very good. Staff is friendly. I'm happy to see that they still carry my dogs' favorite Elk flavored chew bones when the bigger stores in our town don't anymore.

I love Tractor Supply. Especially the 4 Health products! They are almost the same ingredients as Blue, but half the cost! My dogs love it! Years ago I had a horse and always bought Dumor brand for her. It was a premium product. Nice selection for Horses, Dogs and Cats. The staff is always so polite. And always there to help. Just met one lady, Martha, and she was telling me about the different types of worms that Dogs get. And where these worms are most likely to be. A wealth of information. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so. (P.S. I have known the manager for many years and he always says we are here to please the customer. If you are happy, I'm happy!)

Amazing store to shop at. Speedy service, astounding selection for dog foods, great prices, beat out all the local stores. I’m always in and out quickly, the customer service is amazing, always greeted with a smile, asked how I am, and I am thanked for shopping there. 10/10 would recommend.

Personally? I think they need more help, a couple more body's would make the store run smoother.. Also, organization is much needed! it gets a bit disheveled in there with restock being left undone to tend to customers. (again another body or 2 would assist that) .. And possibly better or more selections in boots.. For women and kids. They had ONE style for kids in pink for girls and brown for boys.. and VERY limited sizes & selections for women..I'm kind of disappointed and feel bad for the poor cashier (I believe her name was Ashley) who had been holding her bladder for quite a while on top of the long line from the register past the boots & dog food nearly alone.. I saw one other gentleman but he left once again to assist a customer with chicks.. Which is fine but, maybe, seeing the line said customer would understand if he had helped assist clear the line then take them back to get the chicks? Idk just coming from a customer point of view.. And also having worked in retail for a number of years.. I'm always trying to problem solve..I must say Ashley was polite and pleasant given the circumstances.. I give her a 5 🌟 star on service.. But as a whole there are a few things that could be done to make that store stay alive..

I regularly order animal supplies from here, and for the past year have been regularly receiving the shipments with significant damage. At least half of the shipments are effectively destroyed before I receive anything. This has been ongoing for more than a year now and all of my attempts to escalate are met with deaf ears.I attempted to post a review to their website hoping for customer service to acknowledge the feedback but instead the blacklisted my comment saying it violated their terms of service. I guess they don't want to know when they are causing losses to their customers.I will no longer use Tractor Supply for any needs. I cannot justify giving my hard earned money to a company that blacklists critical feedback of their services and forces their customers to eat the cost of their inefficient operational procedures and policies.

This review is specific for Tractor Supply in Palatka, FL. After calling and visiting over 10 different stores, I purchased a kayak at this location. I called the prior day to verify it was in stock and the woman on the phone took the time to actually find the item and verify it was there. The kayak was displayed indoors and it was spotlessly clean, even containing some pieces wrapped in plastic. Most of the kayaks I saw at other stores (including other TSC locations) were displayed outside. They were dirty, covered with pollen and looked used. The two ladies working there carried it out and helped me load it in my SUV. They were real professional and courteous. This store, in this little community, was one of the best I ever experienced and deserves some corporate recognition.

Their supply of dog food for smaller breeds is very minimal. When I asked the cashier if the small can of blue buffalo was all they had she answered, "whatever is on the shelf that's what we carry." My dog is a senior and only has a few teeth. She can't eat hard dog food. She likes Blue Buffalo but they only had one flavor. The cashier was about in her 30's and she just wasn't friendly. The elderly lady cashier is a real doll. She's friendly, courteous and will assist in any way. She wasn't there that day.

I have been going to Tractor Supply in Palatka for many years for the needs of my animals. I work with rescuing animals and T.C. staff has been very accomadating when I have shown them. The staff are freindly and helpful.

Depends on who's working as to how you're treated, they're well over priced on things you'd expect a small neighborhood store to be. I only shop there if absolutely necessary. It is clean, however jumbled in inventory

they carry quality products.... service ranges from rude... to indifferent... to exemplary.Just inconsistent... if you need help dont ask any of the young kids that work there... look for someone more mature. I do love the products though, and will continue to shop there for work clothes and gardening/ag products

First time I had been in here for a while .went to get hydraulic line for a tractor.The fitting section was low and a mess fittings in different boxes not matching what was on the box I eventually found what I needed by going through 10-15 boxes to find the correct ones.

Terrible customer service by the manager on duty. Wouldn't fill up our propane tank because it rained 7 hours ago. She didn't want to be bothered because she was smoking outside...even when the cashier needed help. I felt sorry for the cashier.

The associates are always super friendly and knowledgeable!! Even though I was having a rough day, this tall skinny young man was helping me with the upmost kindness!! I wish I knew his name!! He was Soo sweet. I came in crying, because it was a very rough day. He saw that I was distraught & helped me anyways!! That young man was a Godsend to me this afternoon!! God bless his sweet soul!!

Standard b.s. visit. No thrills. No chills. Couldn't find the key to unlock merchandise. Get to register to find no cashier. Then merchandise was not marked correctly and product was $8 higher than shelf markings. The cashier honored the shelf price with no hassle or issue.

Buyer beware, this tractor supply refuses to match other tractor supply prices. Any other tractor supply will match another tractor supplies prices. Buy your feed somewhere else, they clearly don't want the business.
