This Home Depot has the home repair / maintenance supplies that we need. Facilities are clean and staff is friendly.Lost a star since the garden center seems to be consistently understaffed and the plants look a bit dry whenever we've visited.

The people here are really nice to work with and have great product knowledge and Home Depot has everything you need. And if not, they will order it or find it for you even if they have to send you to a completely different store!

I get lost in here and find so many things to put on my wish list too! The service is good, check out easy, and if you are a fix it person, you know cheaper than most other places in price, with quality or same items as the other place down the street.

Clean store and the staff mostly try to help the customers but some of the staff either ignore you and or get an attitude if you ask them to actually do their job also sometimes it's like ( where's Waldo ) trying to find someone to help you. But I still give 4 out of 5 stars because they are well stocked and clean they Do have quite a few quality people working there.

First off, let me start with three names Michelle, Bob and Renee these employees are exceptionally wonderful, very respectful and helpful. Every single time I come into the store. They are a complete asset to the Home Depot company and they are top employee performers. They are the main reason why I only shop at this Home Depot in my area. Michelle is on numerous times helped me with issues I’ve had with my solar charger and with some of my power tools Renee has been nothing but helpful and polite. Bob the manager has assisted me with issues that I’ve had with orders and corrected it every single time and been very professional. Renee is always friendly, bubbly and kind hearted and most of all Betty the manager of the Home Depot has been nothing but professional, polite and kind and assisted me when I had an issue with my order this Home Depot does take care of its customers and it is a very good store because of these for employees.

Went in for a return and witnessed an old woman for an hour trying to get a vanity loaded. Waited for an hour, I ended up helping and needed an extra hand just to close her tailgate of her truck. When I went inside and explained to this tall worker named Alfonso he was rude and didn’t wanna help. I don’t work in Home Depot to be helping anyone load up anything and this guy Alfonso with his attitude should not be working at any customer service type of work. Not only did he give an attitude but declined to help at all! I flip homes and just started a new project here in the city. I’d rather buy materials at Lowe’s at this point.

I went to Home Depot looking at their appliances I didn't know they sold appliances until a friend of mine told me I was totally surprised very happy with the selection and pricing of their clients as they had I will definitely recommend Home Depot to all of my family and friends

I needed wood. I was told "to wait until they were done talking and moving a few boxes...evidently it took 2 employees...said it would be 15 min....no problem....I went to Lowes...spent over 500 on wood. Your loss. I have credit cards for both HD and Lowes so I will probably start going to Lowes

There's a "Super Team" that services the customers of this store, and I'm glad I met some of them when I did.I was looking at clamps and fasteners in an aisle when a guy with a pallet on a pallet jack walked by, and asked "Finding everything ok?". The question was totally routine for this guy. I told him what I was looking for, and he directed me to aisle 13 where the charismatic Gina helped me find nails, ring mounts, and even cut the chains for the camper van suspended bed build-out the wife and I had been working on.These guys are excellent, I'm definitely going to make it my home store.

The employees are lazy. I was in to make a purchase 2 times and waited for help for 30 min. When I decided to do it myself, someone came over and gave me a ladder but no help. When I needed help loading it, a man passing by offered.

We have been working with the Pro Desk in Palatka for the past year. Ashley, Ben and Ethan have been extremely helpful. We built a custom home and there were products that needed special ordering as well as volume ordering. A TON of T&G for walls and ceiling, flooring, tile.... We couldn't ask them do any more for us than they did. The Pro desk makes this store exceptional. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

It's a typical Home Depot, staff or associates, however, are not as helpful as a lot of the other stores we've been to. The store appears stocked and clean and less crowded than most. The experience overall was good and would return .

Went in for some storage bins but found myself looking at the light bulbs and spotlights. An associate by the name of KEVIN really went above and beyond to help me find the right light, spotlight and provided outstanding service. I even learned they carry a product in store that I was going to buy online. Now I’ll be getting it at Home Depot in Palatka. THANK YOU KEVIN!!

While in store yesterday, we were asked several times by several different employees if we needed help or just greeted with a hello or a smile. I've never felt so welcome in a store. We were approached by a lady in the screen door department that assisted us. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! I refuse to shop Lowe's due to their customer service that I experienced on several occasions and/or lack of. Maybe they should visit Home Depot and take notes.

Had the most awful experience today. My husband and I spend thousands of dollars in there. We went today to get some wood for a deck he is building and had to ask the employees to help get it down from the top with their lift machine. They did but were complaining. After they got the wood moved down to a lower shelf they all walked away. We proceeded to load our lumber onto the cart. All of a sudden several pieces of wood fell off the rack directly onto my foot. My husband realized they forgot to put the yellow safety pole back up on the shelf. The employees were standing at the end of the aisle talking as this happened. I had to be taken to the emergency room for X-rays. Foot is not broke but I have a contusion on my bone. When we left the er we went back to Home Depot to purchase the 40 pieces of lumbar we had in our cart earlier. I had to stay in the car as I cannot put any pressure on my foot or even move my toes at this point. The cashier told my husband she would have someone come help him load it onto the trailer. Which never happened. So he had to load it onto the trailer himself. Very disappointed. The cashier was one of the people assisting us earlier and knew what had happened.

The Home Depot in Palatka is not one of my favorites. Their customer service is awful. No smiles or welcoming atmosphere. When I've asked for assistance, it was as if I was being a nuisance. I've been there 4 times and always the same. 😒

Update 2023: If you need something delivered please make sure you order it to be delivered DAYS before you actually need it. Day 2 past the delivery date so far.....It's a Home Depot. Very helpful representatives, ordered what I needed that was out of stock.Helped load the truck.

It's sad that they don't sell parts 2 door handles, I needed one piece and I have to spend 22 bucks just to get that one piece! Apparently I should have went to Lowe's because they have it :-( I usually love Home Depot but they got me this time! There's a picture of what I didn't need LOL Come On Home Depot!

This is a great location. I visit many of them, (and Lowe's as well) and as far as customer service goes this location goes above and beyond. An employee named Tim stopped what he was doing and jogged over to me to ask if I needed help (which I did) and spent 15 minutes loading my stuff for me. Will definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone!
