Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate are just a few words to describe the groomers I encountered today when attempting to drop my dog off for a scheduled appointment. I showed up 15 mins late and completely understand that schedules can be tight. I would have gladly and politely re-scheduled when turned away but the level of rudeness and disrespect solidifies I will never walk through the doors again. I have spent time in retail sales management and just appalled that this level of customer service is tolerated.

They have monthly discounts from what I have noticed on some items .great way to save money here and there especially if you have reptiles or small pets. When they had their promotion going on for cheaper crickets; my leopard gecko must have though he has escaped into the wild and found a treasure trove of food. Needly to say he did his lil happy dance .at every meal .They have nice prices on the nutritional powders like vitamin d and calcium for reptiles to which is amazing otherwise I'd have to drive 40 miles or more just to find a store that would have similar products. For people that like something besides fish and reptiles they have cats that look like they need a home with rather decent prices too. Most of which tend to be rather alert and people friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and it has a relaxed but still inviting atmosphere.

Made an appointment online for today for my dog at 11:00 am, for a bath and brush and nail file.They confirmed it, dropped her off at about 10:50 am told me it would be about 2 hrs, I called at 1:40 ish and they told me it was going to be at least another hour! I think almost 4 hours for a bath and brush is a little ridiculous, never mind they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know they were running late.Sorry to say we'll be looking for a groomer elsewhere.

Adopted a new precious kitty. He's very loved. If you have it in your heart, adopt a new pet, their love is unconditional. The unnecessary suffering these little guys go through hoping to find a furever home is quite sad. Be responsible, Spay and Neuter. The little guys in the photo are both adoptees, they found a home.

An awesome looking R V resort. It is well laid out and also is offering Conestoga style "camping". I found the Conestoga wagons fascinating. This is a fairly new R V resort and is still building. It is worth checking out if you are going to be in the area. I think it is a great addition to Keystone Heights. It is also adjacent to a restaurant.

Very rude people. Open late. Even when people have appointments. Apparently, do not hold necessary information in the system to accommodate customers. If you are looking to have your pet groomed, I'd look elsewhere. Very disgruntled. Plus, my dog cried the entire time we were there. Leads me to believe they are not kind to you pets.

Workers are polite for the most part, however if you have a double coated dog in the middle of shedding don't take them here. They are way to heavy handed with the furminator and hair rake. My dog went on Thursday Jan 28th, got her back she was slightly sore and shying away from being touched on her back and back legs. Well it's been 5 days and she still yelps in pain and has bald spots. I tried speaking with a manager and she said that it's just to soak they use and it's a allergic reaction. With as many times my dog has been groomed and this being the 1st time it's ever happened that she has bald spots im not accepting that it's the soap. The groomers are way to rough and need better training on how to properly do a de-shedding on a husky mix. And I've still not received another phone call from the manager after she said she would talk to the district manager.

DUSTIN Was SUPER helpful. I bought some medicine for my cat and he was able to help me decide on which brand and method would be the best fit for me based on his experience and education. He had a super energetic and positive attitude too, which is rare anymore. Awesome visit!! Definitely don’t let him go!!!

Everyone is very nice and willing to help...when/if they can. Dogs/cats/fish are easily cared for and understood; others such as a gecko lizard are just a little more complicated. However, supplies for the gecko are provided, usually pretty well, any information however is better found online to learn.

Called in ahead a few days ago, I was told to walk in. They acted like I was a huge inconvenience for them. The lady really did not want to be at work that day. She said that nobody spoke to me. I asked her, are you saying that I didn't call? She had a scowl on her face. And said no and just wanted my information. I said no thank you I don't think I'm going to be coming back here anymore. I was mad and told her she shouldn't be at work if she doesn't want to be there serving customers. I called and spoke with her manager about it and they apologized. Damage done. Never going back.

Great staff and know what there doing. I bought a fish and didnt know i needed a pretreated tank they were able to provide me a couple of bags of treated water to help set up my tank in a hurry. Thanks!

So, I'm from out of town. I go in with my doodle to be groomed. Set the appointment up and got a price of $95 I said great that's better than the $160 I paid the last person here in Palatka (who did a horrible job. ) so I leave and 5 minutes later I get a call from them saying they got the price wrong and that it would now cost me $150 how convenient. Granted my boy is big, but come on. A $55 increase????? And only after I said how much I paid and was dissatisfied with the last groomer. NOPE NEVERMIND...would NOT recommend

I went there to buy a hamster/hamsters. They have been out of them for awhile. They order them, the supplier just isn't sending them. However, the associate has been very helpful. Even taking my number and offering to call me when they finally do come in. The store is very clean and well lit. Very nice and helpful employees. An asset to our town.

Petsense in Palatka has been a great asset. Manager Paula is great with her customers and the pets. Petsense supports S.A.F.E Rescue and even adopts rescue pets from their location.

The Staff is Always Super Friendly and Helpful.There is a particular employee who comes to mind by the name of Daniel I believe. The only male employee I have personally seen, but he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and not just to me, I have seen him interact with other patrons and again this is with all the employees I have encountered.He just happened to come to mind.Store is also very clean, which is a major plus these days.

Excellent customer service in the grooming department! I will not take my dogs anywhere else. People from all over come to see Genesis she is fantastic with animals and is one awesome groomer. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this place, the prices are competitive and the staff just wonderful. They have grooming here thats reasonably priced. They also have a good clearance section which I love because I can get multiple different types of cat food cheap for my picky cats to try. I highly recommend this store especially if you have pets like my chihuahua who's not only tiny but has a special diet. I cant find food for him anywhere else in town.

. This review is in no way a reflection of the staff. The pricing here is very off. Came in to find something to help my dogs diarrhea. I had researched homeopet and was excited they sold it here. However, I was very desperate to help my dog and didn’t notice how over priced they were selling it. Homeopet digestive upsets is being sold here for $16.99. While other larger pet stores, including Amazon sell it for $6-7. That is a huge difference. I am not sure if this chain is privately owned so could be a reason why such a crazy price difference and not sure if it goes for all of the stores products. My recommendation, search up the product before you buy.

Take my fur baby Lexi, there for all her pampered spa needs, but there selection of dog clothing is very limited, they need to expand there selection a bit. Otherwise it's a wonderful pet supply store. Glad it's located so near our home, convenient.

There are some great Markdowns on a few products/units throughout the store. But other than those, all the items are priced far higher than other stores that sell them. But being in Palatka, it is a "pay for convenience" opportunity with no local alternatives. Staff seems friendly-ish. I was never acknowledged, and never offered help after entering, nor up until the point that I left. That was quite disappointing considering the adult age of the clerk who seemed quite happy to simply chat with other staff and the occasional customer he knew.

I took my doggie for a grooming here. Everybody is so friendly!! Loved Genesis she left my doggie looking even more cute, that is truly amazing!! Lol.. most important she was really sweet with him and really knows what she is doing!! Will definitely go back here!!07- 18 -22 Since Google doesn't let me write another review I just wanted to say Thank you to Tammy also, who clipped my doggie's nails and was super sweet and gentle. Lovely lady at the cashier as well. Great pets place!

The ladies here are extremely friendly and animal lovers. My puppy loves them, and they're the only place locally I trust to trim my puppy's toenails.They also have a decent selection of toys, dog foods, treats, and other pets, which for any animal lover will make the experience that much more exciting.

Love the shop online and pickup at this store as well as the groomers. We take our Boston to get his nails clipped and he loves it!
