The worst experience ever! I will never step foot in this place again. If you're short staffed fine but do not LIE. We had not one but even at the front bold face lie and said they'd call someone back, but no one ever came to help. We waited over 20 minutes for nothing. I don't live right down the road...a waste of time, gas, and patience. This kind of customer service is unacceptable! We were treated as if we didn't matter and were lied to and waited around for nothing. WHY??? Plus these all terrain vehicles are illegally parked in the fire lanes. SMH

Checking out at pro register. 1 cashier,that seemed very unsure of herself. line 1/2 way back to store. Ask cashier to ask for help. Her response “yeah in a minute”. Did finally open another register. 3rd in line a my wait was 20 minutes.

When the store doesn't have an item to match another item you have bought, so you have to order it from the store, be prepared to wait almost 2 months for your item. Then when you get the call that item is ready for pickup, be prepared to wait at desk for 20 minutes or more so they can find your order. Unbelievable how inefficient they are. 2 employees seemed upset that they had to go look for my order while another employee stood at desk eating candy telling me she had nothing to do. I suppose if you're making a hefty hourly pay rate, you don't really care how the customer feels. We won't be shopping at Palatka Lowes in the future. (Home Depot is across the street.)

The lowes management team fails to care for their employees, they have wrongly fired employees for following the corporate policy. They threaten their employees for not falsifying reports of thefts, i.e. if you have a bag of dog food on the bottom of the cart/buggy they are supposed to report that as a "RWD" (retrieved without detention), which against corporate policy of "padding numbers". They treat the elderly employees like garbage, making up fake rules or purposely twisting corporate policies to wrongly terminate someone who refuses to bend the knee to them as ASM's, managers, department supervisors. I've worked for lowe's before and this store is horrendous to their employees and even customers. Corporate has been notified and nothing ever gets done about it.

While visiting the Lowe's store in Palatka Florida the store was well organized had plenty of stock for anything you could be looking for and their customer service there was excellent there was somebody to help you anywhere you are in the store and they acted like they were more than happy and excited to help their customers which is something you don't find nowadays they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I wanted and was looking for I recommend Lowe's in Palatka Florida to everybody thank you for being such friendly caring people

The young man that helped me load up my truck was very helpful and courteous I've went to this location before had to load everything myself this time there was a nice young man that helped me load everything in my truck and he was happy to help I wish I would have got his name he works at the pro area and he's said he's been there 3 months in the past when I've been there and nobody act like they wanted to help even with heavy things like bags of Quikrete they need to hire more people like this young man thanks Lowe's

The manager, Calvin, is always happy to help and the store has, just about everything you would expect. I won't order online again from Lowe's, as the order is often unnecessarily delayed. It's always better to buy in the store.

I purchased $500 in plants. Two employees were outside when we were loading. Do you think they would ask if we needed help. NOPE. My husband is disabled and we were in a disabled parking spot. Customer service in this store has gone down the drain. Very sad

Lots of choices and many home improvement ideas. Big parking lot with plenty of spaces. The store was clean and well organized. Employees were very friendly and helped us with no problems. This was a pleasant shopping experience and I would be excited to shop here again.

Cameron in the tool area was great, answered all my questions. Let me know immediately that the tool I was looking for was a special order only, so I wasn't wasting time looking for something you didn't have in store. Helped me find something close to what I needed in my price range. Very polite young man.
