The store smells awful. I bought some freezer snacks and they were freezer burned. After coming home and looking at it more carefully, it looked like it was somewhat defrosted and refrozen, maybe like their freezer went out. Poor service at check out

This market is definitely the definition of southern hospitality. We used them to get our meat and drinks for our wedding. The staff was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Their communication is spectacular and when they delivered our order, they were on time and unloaded everything. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with them and we will definitely use them in the future.

I've never really shopped small grocery before. But the staff treat you like family. They even offer to take your bags to the car. Great sales on occasion and very convenient.

Glad to find Hitchcock’s. They had everything we needed in stock with very hard to find flavors. Options abound. The staff was helpful and friendly. I asked if they had a rewards program for some of the bigger purchases and they said not yet.

Convenient location. Some things seem to be priced too high, but other items you can find a bargain on. Their in-house sweet tea is really good and really sweet. The cashiers have always been friendly.

A bit pricey but you can find some deals. The deli chicken has great flavor but some of it was overcooked and hard. The cole slaw is fantastic sweet not vineagerey. They had ribs for $1.39 a lb! Got 4 slabs

Food, service and prices in Deli are great. Best in life fried chicken and dinners have good servings and tasty sides. Meat and produce departments great. Friendly cashiers.It feels good to shop here.

Old store but clean. Prices okay but somewhat high. Convenient location at hwy 17 near SR 207 intersection. It is located by McDonalds and across from Taco Bell. Their Hot Meals and fried chicken are very popular.

The people that work here were delightful!!! The prices were out of control. There is no competition in town so the people of this little town are getting their a$$s handed to them in grocery costs. I live in Jacksonville Fl and the prices at Winn-Dixie are about 10-25% less for most items. My heart and "prayers" go out to the locals here in East Palatka. All the best!

Half of the produce is mushy and moldy, high prices, horrible prepared food in the fridges. I bought a premade sandwich and then realized it was made 5 days ago. It was disgusting.

This store is very upbeat and well stocked. The only issue I've seen is that some of the fruits in the store were spoiled when walking through the fruits and vegetables section. The staff is very curious and kind and offer world class service.

Just moved to the area. Was excited to try this grocery store. But was very disappointed.Produce was in poor condition, fruits were not great either. Prices were very high on other items. Store felt un clean and had a old water smell.Staff was not friendly...the cashier never even spoke to us and we had about 20 items. Not even hello.Really bad. Walmart is actually much better and Publix is definitely betterWe will drive further not to shop here ...enough said.
