I am trying to call them but they pick up and immediately hang up extremely rude but I am just trying to find out if they were open or not because it has been hit or miss but now I will continue to go out of my way to dollar general because I am not gonna give my business to someone who Cant even pick up a phone. The east palatka store has gone south fast was 1 of the best stores here

I'm just gonna say this... Their manager Jazz needs to be fired...I come in this store every other day.. but every week I spend a good amount of money with these people..I spent $200 today by the time I got home from running my errands I realize that I have everything that I brought besides my headphones $10 in value...I asked her to run the cameras back she said she couldn't.... so then she just started getting slick because I asked her who can I call to resolve this situation.. she got real nasty... so for that she cost the store $200 for $10 I returned everything..I will never spend another dime at this store

The once public bathrooms are now for employees only so don't go with anyone with a weak bladder like a little child. They where stocking the shelves and the item we needed two of were in the isle on a cart but instead of offering to pull them out like employees have done for us at other stores, the employee said he will have it unloaded tonight. I told him we live 25 miles away but he said nothing and just kept stocking. The cashier only gave me the total due. No hello, good bye, thank you for shopping. At this point even a rude remark would have been appreciated so we knew that we were at least acknowledged in some way. Most of the Family Dollars we go to are awesome. This one was terrible in every aspect.

Last time I went to this store it was 8:56am. The employee looked at me through the window and said 4 more minutes. Really!! That is not customer service!! I will go to the dollar general right down the road from now on... Every other dollar store I'm the world opens at 8!!

Was not a happy camper when cashiers answer was the price is different because it's tax last time I looked tax was 14 cents on 2 dollars no fifty cents. Item was marked on shelf 2.00 rang up at 2.50 each. Unfortunately I was pressed for time other wise I would had left the items.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. The prices are great, much better than the grocery store next door

I found what I needed and then some. The cashier was very friendly and patient since my kids were making last minute picks. Luckily, there was no one waiting behind me.

Typical Family Dollar. It wasn't filthy, but could be a bit cleaner. On the bright side, it had EXTREMEMLY friendly customer service. Very positive vibes. 😉

I loaded cash on to a card and it has yet to show in my account I have called multiple times and no one ever answers. I know better than to go there.
