This is the first place I always go to for very nice cards at super economical prices, but I usually find more things I want than just the cards. The recipient s often say what beautiful cards they are. The clerks are so friendly it's a fun shopping experience too.

I came into the store with good spirits. Once I got to the register the cashier behaved very rudely. Now I've worked in customer service for many years and I'm truly not sensitive. However, she triggered my anxiety so bad. Telling me I need to wait and listen I said you told me to go ahead and swipe. But I guess She forgot. She was distracted by a different customer asking for the rest room key. By now there's two other people behind me in line and I started dropping my debit card, forgetting my pin. I turned to the whole line and apologized for the wait. I said the cashier has been very rude and belittling to me she done trigger my anxiety. Even when she heard me say that she never apologized. She couldn't multitask and being rude was her response. I couldn't figure out why she was being so mean. Also I asked for cash back and she closed out my sale without providing me that service. Customer service sucked however the store was clean and had everything I needed.

My store (I call it my store because it's the one closest to my house) has the best people, but most all $G stores have good people...they genuinely care about their customers!I've had one very uncomfortable situation take place which the manager Miss Shirley remedied very quickly...good people, reasonable prices, clean environment...

Very very tight space and the store is always cluttered. I always have to rush in & out because I'm claustrophobic and if I'm in there too long I start to panic. With the store always being cluttered and having a decent amount of traffic, it is really frustrating to try to shop. I wish the store was cleaner. But that may be their thing because all stores in the dollar general chain be cluttered.

Love their prices, am mostly happy with the quality of merchandise they sell, have come to expect the lower standards of cleanliness and lack of basic retail merchandising but what took way my star rating is how much I hate how narrow their isles are. At some places their smaller than average carts can't even make a turn into an isle and I inevitably knock something off an endcap and have to feel guilty when I have to tell them about it. It is the worst quality of every single location O have ever shopped at. I apologize for being a little harsh with my criticism but its irritating. (Wow, upon rereading this post I realized that I ended up apologizing once again to DG!) Will it never end!! 🤦‍♀️

The Dollar General on Reid has an outstanding customer service. Their staff always has a smile on their faces and not a Grumpy face i. Sight..the shelves are well organized and arranged properly. I love going to the Dollar General on Reid St.

Went in daughter pickup a movie wasn't in wrapper couldn't say no to her as it was the one she wanted no other there, got to register $10.90 for a movie that was open and free on Netflix reruns. ( she doesn't have Netflix at home in her room) goosebumps 2. Wow.

Biggest Dollar General I've ever been to with a huge selection and lots of cold food but the downside is it's in a terrible neighborhood and they close early because of that.
