Out of all of the local St. Augustine store locations, this store is always clean and well maintained. The associates are friendly and welcoming. The seasonal areas of the store are full and ready for the season.Plenty of parking, easy entrance and exit.Excellent place to pick up your holiday baking needs without fighting the long checkout lines and the prices are much lower than the grocery stores.Give this location a try you might be surprised!

Very clean and neat. This store has has a few produce items, but not as many as The Marketplace in Interlachen. Still a very nice store, with a staff waiting to help.

I loved it. I had already started buying a lot of my food and supplies there . It is cheaper than going to Walmarts. The employees are very helpful and do not mind answering your questions. They always smile and greet you to The Dollar General. When you are checked out, they always tell you to have a nice day.

These ladies here are wonderful and always giving out a helping hand to those that ask . The cashiers always have a big smile in their faces and The Manager sure knows how to treat her customers!! Seems to have a great atmosphere anytime I go in . Day or night. I would suggest this Dollar General on Hwy 19S in palatka to anyone!! Great staff!!! Clean Store!!! Pleasure to shop there always 😀

Like all Dollar Generals, it's convenient to have at this location. The option to run in and grab something instead of having to go to the bigger box stores is fantastic! You can grab milks, diapers, and cat food in a single quick stop and at affordable prices! The hours are great for the people in the workforce to stop in before or after work for whatever their needs.

I came in during the clearance event on 8/25/19 to shop. Due to a glitch in the system the cashiers had to manually enter clearance price and the additional 50% off which caused some customers to be impatient. As I waited in line and watched them deal with a rude customer I was so impressed with both cashiers, Amy and Ashley, who never lost their composure and remained pleasant and worked as a team to efficiently get customers checked out with carts full of clearance items. They did a great job!

This particular cashier was very nice!! I haven't always had the best customer service at this store. Cashier's that didn't smile or say hello or say thank you for shopping with us. BUT this time I received very good customer service!! Makes ALL the difference in the world!!

Hwy 19 South Location has friendly employees and a wide variety of things to shop for. I shop here instead of Walmart and prices are cheaper for the same items!! Hwy 100 & 19 Also has Friendly employees they have now upgraded as of September 2020 and have a entire grocery section with a wide variety of cold stuff. They are alittle more crowed with more inventory but always have what I need.

Between this store in E.Palatka and "my" store on Reid st.in Palatka they both have great employees. The E. Palatka store is almost as clean now and well maintained as Reid st....I've always been treated with respect in this store and helped when I've needed it...I've rated them well just for their courtesy and kindness

Changing my post from 5 stars 2 weeks ago and i wouldnt even give it 1 but thats the least the post will take . Today i had an employee leave her register of like 10 maybe 15 customers to chase me outside and accuse me of stealing and made me open my purse. Which i did willingly even tho i didnt have to. And called the cops on me trying to embarass me in front of everyone but she musta felt pretty smart when it wasnt me. Unprofessional rude problem starter so yeah i was loyal to that store for past few years. Now i wont step foot i it n i hope they dont allow her to just freak out on anyone like that.

I went in to grab some items and when I got to the cashier she made a big deal about bags I’m like how you go run a store with out bags and then she started getting smart out the mouth I will not go back there bad customer service

Brand new store. Just like all the other Dollar General stores. Lots of dollar items, but make sure you know the price, as some of there stuff is more then what you can get at Walmart. Clean place and friendly employees.

Assistant manager Mrs. Joyce was very unprofessional. Picked certain customers over others. She had an attitude throughout my whole item return transaction.
