I went to pick up my prescription and the drive through was broken so I went inside. The line was 10 people long. I waited in line and a young mother came up behind me with her obviously very sick son. The mom let him sit in the chair behind us. Two more people joined the line after this young lady. 15 mins went by and one cashier checked out only two people in that time. This is when the lady turned around and saw her son fall off the chair and lay on the floor throwing up, I immediately asked the cashier and two others behind the counter if they had a paper towel or anything because the boy was Ill and had thrown up.This is when the large Afro American women behind the counter said loudly “no this is not a dr’s office” everyone in line heard this and was appalled. The young mother said I just came from the dr to pick up his meds and I have no one to watch him. I let her go ahead of me in line..when she asked about her prescription they said it’s not ready and won’t be for a while… she left the store.When I got to the counter I said remember the boy threw up over there.. the cashiers response was “that’s not my job” again I was appalled.. there is seriously something wrong with this scenario. I will never shop at this store again.

The worst pharmacy of CVS. They should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid disrespect and rudeness go to a different pharmacy read the reviews. Especially the managers Lauren Ramirez and pharmacist Aaron. Lied and shared my customer patient information of my medication in front of other customers. I filed a report with the headquarters and will be speaking to district corporate in a few dayS. They SHOULD BE firedNew UPDATE since last post. After speaking to a operation CVS manager by the name of TREVOR, was told they will investigate the issues, and has NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS, CVS HAS NOT addressed ANY ISSUES PERTAINING TO MY EXPERIENCE. Will send my issue to local news now.

Staff isn’t friendly or helpful. Never offer suggestions for alternate meds when they are out of stock. Drive thru is usually broken so those who need that access are forced to go inside.

Over the east Palatka FL location like the plague. Been terrible since I moved here in 14'. Palatka location is better, but the Interlachen location is the best in the area. Just saying

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have seen. Staff is rude and it is impossible to speak to a pharmacist unless you are able to drive to the store. I will not use them again.

They don't answer the phone at the pharmacy. I've called and called and called. And waited on hold forever. 20 min sometimes and still no one answered. So i hang up and call again and it's the same thing. Ugh!

Constantly late with prescriptions. Have called these people several times, all I get is " hold on" then nothing.
