The employees that work in this pharmacy are the most rude and extremely disrespectful to customers. I have been shopping at this store since it became a CVS (approximatley 40 years ago), prior to that it was a Thrift Drug Store. There was no reason, whatsoever to be as mean and rude as these young ladies were! Even inisiting since I live closer to the East Palatka CVS I need to transfer my perscriptions there. These ladies were ignorant and probably have chased away more customers because of their rudeness. If they worked in any other job where they interacted with the public they would be fired for the way they treat people.

I actually had a great experience. I called and the man on the phone was helpful and answered all my questions with no problem he was great. Hopeful when I go there it’s no an issue I will definitely keep it posted. So far they have been perfect

This pharmacy has the most rude and ignorant people working in it. There is absolutely NO REASON to be so nasty to people to make us never want to do business there again. Not to mention how filthy the pharmacy is… absolutely gross. I’ll be reaching out to the Florida Board of Pharmacy to launch a formal complaint.

I have been with this cvs for 2 yrs I have lots of medical issues the pharmacy staff was as rude and nasty and not helpful and treated people like garbage. Meds were never available on due date if you were lucky you would get them a week late .I went there this week to my surprise they have all new staff so far they have been so nice and helpful they actually called me back and had my meds ready on my due date .new staff was polite I hope they remain to be helpful. So good job to cvs for stepping up and removing the rude employees,

i'm from Montana and had a prescription sent here while I am out of state and they refuse to fill it because it was from Montana. This is not a Cvs policy as I get them filled that other cvs is. Upon telling them that this is not a cvs policy they hung up on me.

Horrible service. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. I transferred our prescriptions from Walmart to CVS and could not get them filled. Transferred them back and they won’t send them to Walmart or answer their calls. NEVER consider using their pharmacy!

This CVS is ridiculous 😒 I recently had to have surgery and after I had surgery my doctor placed my pain meds in. It took them 3 day to fill my prescription! Then shortly after it was time for my refill they claimed they were unable to find, so after calling my doctor to put resend it in, even after getting a text saying it was ready I still was unable to pick up. I called and waited over 2hrs and still no answer. I had to call back as if I was a doctor office...only to be put on hold. Absolutely ridiculous when they did pick up the pharmacist put the phone on hold but actually didn't and I hear a entire conversation with them laughing not working then realizing I was still on the phone they hung it up quickly. Palatka CVS DO BETTER!!!!

I just called there today to see about getting one of my prescriptions transferred from another CVS because the CVS that I usually use is out of stock of that the medication that I need is my insulin. And when I called the store I waited on phone for over 11 minutes before I finally gave up. 11 minutes that is ridiculous y'all need to get it up there. I'm just going to say this don't call up there unless you got plenty of time to wait on the phone.

Seeing family (in laws) Trying to transfer from this cvs to a different pharmacy is like they’re holding the prescriptions hostage. Took 5-8 calls and several in store visits. Wonder why people resort to street drugs to cope 🤷🏼‍♀️

My entire family have been loyal customers until a few months ago when thwy started going downhill. Today, they accepted, then ran through insurance and filled a prescription which they told my husband would be ready for pick up in the morning for $7.00. As he's pulling into the driveway at home, he gets a call from the pharmacist there saying, "you'll need to come get your prescription and take it somewhere else. We are not accepting 'new patients'." Well this was puzzling, since he has been a client of theirs for over a decade(whole family has). He asked why would he be a new patient? She responded with, "you had this prescription filled at Walgreens last month and we are only filling medications for our clients." He proceeded to explain that he'd taken it there only because they were OUT OF STOCK at CVS!!! He also mentioned that hed had to pay $168 for it, because they didn't back it out of insurance (FRAUD!!!). She didn't care, and just kept repeating the same retaliation speech, like the scripted, corporate puppet she is. What a shame this place has become. They've lost all their staff and only care about the corporate bottom line! Needless to say, we will be moving ALL of our medications from CVS and won't step foot back in that store -for ANYTHING-period!

CVS Palatka has always had friendly front end staff and manager. The Pharmacy use to be AWESOME EXCEPT for the actual pharmacist himself (can’t remember his name). He’s no longer there and all the darling ladies on the Pharmacy front end have left. It was a nightmare for months and I miss my ladies as they knew me and my family by first names. However, the new ladies have really come a long way and are doing a FABULOUS job. To top it off the new Pharmacist is AMAZINGLY FABULOUS as well. I’m so thankful CVS has got the kinks worked out as I have no plans on going anywhere else. Plus I LOVE LOVE LOVE my reward points and discounts I get throughout the store for the purchase of my RX. I am absolutely appalled at the way the pharmacy treats their customers for one they never answer the phone and if they do you ask them a question they put you on hold for an hour I hung up called back it was 7:30 the pharmacy closed at 8:00 and nobody ever answered the phone . I was told that they had been trying to get this medication in for 2 weeks and hadn't got any response yet to fill the scripts that they had for this particular medication at this point after getting no response from the two phone calls today and having trouble before this was never really happy with the service I got I was hoping when they changed the staff that the problems would get better but it seems like it's only gotten worse I called the corporate office and made a formal complaint and the lady that I spoke with was truly not any better then the people in the store were. I was also told that if you ask them to put in an emergency request that they should have your medication within a couple of days I am fairly new to the area and I've always dealt with CVS so I was really not looking to go to another pharmacy but at this point I'm definitely going to start shopping around whatever you do go somewhere else do not use the CVS they don't even have a drive-up window if anyone asks please refer them to a different pharmacy in the area do not use the store.

I received a text everyday for a week saying my prescription was ready I show up and it for only one month refill. I always get three months at a time. It’s been three months at a time for the last year... So they had to redo it and asked if I’d wait 10-15 minutes. No biggie I roamed the store waiting. They called my name I got my stuff and left. I got home opened the bag and it wasn’t even my prescription! I called them to ask why they gave me the wrong prescription they lady was rude and acted annoyed that I was asking?! She brushed off my concern like it was nothing and told me I’d be fine. Legally she should’ve told me they switched my prescription to generic when they redid my order because they are out of stock of my actual prescription. Instead she said nothing and was annoyed I called worried. Unbelievable.

Most of the employees are nice, but they don’t answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to get something sorted with my meds after having my wisdom teeth removed. I’ve also had the issue of getting a notification saying my meds are ready but when I go to pick them up they aren’t ready.Edit: I came up here and was still on hold and when I said I had been on hold and hour and a half they didn’t have anything to say about it which makes it seem like they definitely don’t care. I was told I’m not able to pay out of pocket for my meds after having my wisdom teeth removed because I have insurance. If I want to pay out of pocket I should be able to without having to wait for denial from my insurance company. By the time this is all sorted I won’t need the meds anymore.

On yesterday I sent my parents in to get my prescription filled after knee surgery at around 5pm. The employee was totally rude to my parents in the pharmacy. My parents are 78 and 79 years of age. My parents told me that the employee told her them that they would have to drop it off and come back tomorrow. She is busy typing up a lot of things in the computer. My mom told her that her daughter just had surgery the employee replied her you just have wait until tomorrow. The pharmacy closes at 9 why should we have to wait 4 hours. So my mom asked what time in the morning the employee replied she is off just call. My mom said the employee had the worst and nastiest attitude she ever seen. It’s not the first time the employee has been nasty. I am a branch manager myself. Having superior customer service is very important. The way that employee handled my parents are unacceptable. My mom stated she will never use this CVS pharmacy again.

The drive-thru is never open they're very rude except one lady that super nice and she's the shorter black lady I love her to death she's amazing they never have your medication when you've been going here for a year and you get the same thing every 2 weeks

Had a prescription filled there while on vacation from out of state. Needed a refill but my local CVS said they don’t see the prescription. Called here 3 times and waited on hold for over 15 minutes each time. Had a family member in the area there go by to see how busy it was. They weren’t busy. No line at the pharmacy. I called back and he could here the phone ring but the clerk only looked at it and let it ring. They are lazy and worthless.

This is the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. They NEVER answer their phones, they have terrible customer service and they always make things very difficult. You should try to call them, you will see what I mean. I have always used CVS, but because of there terrible customer service I am in the process of changing. It’s sad, they make more than 30k a month from my insurance, if enough customers like myself leave, maybe they will catch on or go out of business

I live out of town & working down here, & this pharmacist is the worst kind of person. He talked to me as if I were trash on the street. So rude, even to my drs office, when they tried to call to talk to him. He was ugly to them, for absolutely no reason, no reason to be ugly to me. If you can go to another cvs pharmacy, you should. These ppl should not work with the public, not the pharmacist!!!!!

I had 2 vaccines appointments cancelled via text, no explanation yet encouraging me to reschedule. I finally went in to the store only to be told they no longer accept my insurance. Extremely poor customer service.

I normally use Winn Dixie pharmacy but for the price CVS was cheaper. There are 2 ladies that work in the pharmacy and every time I deal with them whether in person or over the phone their attitudes always seem to be nasty. Don't know if their having a bad day but their customer relations need serious help. If you hate your job then fake it. It's not the customers problem. Be thankful you have a job or quit.

This place is the worst! Do not go here if you ever need your meds in a timely manner! The first time trying to call them, I was on hold for 40min! Three months later, call them again because I'm getting texts about my meds and the quantity is wrong, was on hold for 1hr 10min and no one picked up the phone! Left me without needed meds!! Will NEVER use them again!!
