I recently was looking for a carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet in my bedroom as well as an area rug in my living room area. I first reached out to a competitor company and was told that they would be unable to clean the area rug because it was covering a wood floor, so then I reached out to the business where I purchased the area rug ( Rug World) Lady Lake and the owner of the business recommended Vans Carpet Cleaning.I called Vans and was connected with their receptionist/scheduler, Ivy; she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule in terms of scheduling the service. She also called a couple of days before the scheduled service to confirm the day and time. Ernie, the technician and owner arrived right on time to the appointment. He was very committed to addressing a few of the high traffic areas in my bedroom that were more soiled due to the wearing of shoes on the carpet. He completed the service in a reasonable amount of time and the carpet was completely dry and able to be walked on in 5 hrs. Once the carpet was completely dry it looked so good and the soiled high traffic areas were totally resolved.In conclusion I was very pleased with the outcome and will not hesitate to recommend this company to family or friends for their carpet and upholstery cleaning. Ernie showed up exactly on time. We had our carpet cleaned and he did a fantastic job! I have tried many others in The Villages and Van's Carpet Cleaning is the BEST! Would not have anyone else clean our carpets. He was on time, courteous, and cleaned our carpet like no one else ever did. Thanks Van's Carpet Cleaning. See you next year!

JR recently did a fabulous job on our beige Berber carpet that gets a lot of foot traffic and showed the pathway from room to room. It was last cleaned 2 yrs ago. When he was finished , it looked like new (BR, Living Rm, Entry & Hallway). The next day he returned to do the kitchen tile & grout . ( it is grey color) .GREAT JOB! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VANS .Thank you JR.

Van's cleaned our tile and carpet this past week. They also sealed tile grout after cleaning. All services were performed as we requested. The cleaning techs were courteous and let us know about future cleaning and floor care on our part. Office connections were excellent...confirmations, follow-up. We would recommend Van's!

Unfortunately, our new carpet of less than a year was damaged due to their use of a rotary brush although we requested no brush be used. When they performed the service we alerted them to the damage to the carpet. Ernie said it will look better once he does the extraction. It didn't. I again stated the carpet was damaged. Ernie said it will look better once it dried. It didn't. He said I should have purchased cheaper carpet. He also said it will get worse and it is. We tried to put a claim in with his insurance and found out they are not covered for damaging carpet during their cleaning process. They refunded the money for the carpet cleaning but refuse to do anything about the carpet damage and now claim it is due to high traffic and my pet. Neither of which had caused any problem before they used the incorrect method to clean the carpet. Ernie came back about three weeks later and stated he looked online and saw you can't use the brush on this carpet so next time he comes, he won't use a brush. There won't be a next time. I now have damaged carpet. I would definitely not recommend.
