First time coming here as we were referred by a good friend. Good quality hay but HORRIBLE communication. My father and I went on the 14th to get a bale delivered to our home, as this was our first time coming here we asked LOTS of questions to the cashier Sabrina. She informed us they weigh the bale and have it written down, you pay the weight of the bale that day and ON the day of delivery the delivery fee will be taken out. We informed her prior to it getting weighed and after that we needed that bale delivered as it didn’t fit in our car even the guy on the forklift said it wouldn’t fit. She still processed the payment that day of 160.70 and we went home. We got the bale delivered yesterday the 19th, and today the 20th we were charged 213.20. We contacted the store and spoke with Jennifer she stated the information Sabrina gave out was incorrect as we were delivered a different bale than the one we paid for and she will try to speak to the owner to see if we can have the 213.20 refunded. We get a call back from Sabrina stating we lied and did not inform her we needed it delivered that it was under her ASSUMPTION that we took the bale home on the 14th and go got another scheduled for the 19th delivery. As first time customers it was her job to inform us of all this information on the 14th when we asked her MULTIPLE questions and made it very aware we needed that bale delivered. Won’t EVER come back because of improper communication skills and assumptions.

Great staff, very friendly. One girl in the office is also really beautiful.😉 Best Hay prices around, worth the drive if your buying bulk pasture blocks, and minerals. The guys outside are knowledgeable and friendly and get you loaded and on your way quick. I had even thought about applying for a job here to drive their seems to pick up hay.

These people are great! I only get a 2 string of hay for my bunnies, so I don't need too much. They allow me to pay and only take a part of it home, as I don't need it all. Some places won't do that. I just assume, if someone else could use the extra hay, have at it, on me.They work with you. Their hay is clean and bug free. Love these guys. 👍👍

Very friendly service! Gorgeous quality hay! There is a hay supplier that is up the road, US Hay I believe it is, and the people there are always angry and short with you. That place doesn't have consistent bale weight and they sell by the bale. Martin's Larsen farms sells by total weight, not bale count. The people are always happy to see you, and it actually makes your day better to come in and talk to them! I would always recommend them!

Got a tour of the new hay. The amount of string to hold many bales together is amazing. But I always get compressed bales and to have it loaded with no issues is always a plus. Many winter years I have known of them and they always have something available.

To be quite Frank, I believe that the new store in place of b&w is much better. Not only is the forages of much better quality but the feeds are extravagant aswell. There is also a good number of supplements and care products.
