Honestly, this is just robbery now. Everything is way over priced, they have became a dollar store (but honestly the dollar store has the same quality for cheaper), and at least at this location, the selection of stuff is horrible. Nothing is organized and the staff is just so so rude. One staff member was putting stuff out and multiple times pushed herself around me and my daughter without saying a word and just being rude about it. Then when I went to the check out, the cashier asked if I wanted to round up my total. I asked " for what?". She said " we just have to ask if you want to round up." No, i'm not going to round up if I don't know what its for.

Cashier good customer service. Manager when the question was asked very rude, nasty and argumentative for no reason. This is a secondhand store, selling for charity, but items priced as regular department store prices like Ross and Marshals.

This is a really nice store. It's clean. They have good merchandise and polite customer service. I drove from Tampa and I don't think it was worth a special trip, but it is definitely worth going to while you are in the area.

I remember when Goodwill was about the community and sold FREE DONATIONS in the stores at cheap prices to help out people down on their luck. I also remember Goodwill hiring many disabled and handicapped people to teach them jobs and work in the stores. Another memory about Goodwill was all the community programs they sponsored and the RIL house to help teach disabled people how to function on their own as adults. All these perks were how Goodwill was allowed to be in an annual tax free bracket. Well gone are the programs,hiring disabled people except maybe 1 or 2 to keep with that tradition. Have you also noticed pricing in the stores? Everything they get through donations then they online price check to set optimum high retail price. Back in the day Goodwill stores were very old and always in need of maintenance but now they actually buy property and have them built yet still remain in the tax-free bracket. Go online and see how lavish the company owner lives based on a tax-free income and he laughs every day as he eats at the most expensive places you can think of. I would love to see them get a 10 year audit and pay the back taxes they legally owe. I have confirmation from 4 of the acclaimed sponsorships they talk about and no money has been given in those 10 years. Put Goodwill back where it belongs in retail market not on top of the chain.

One of the most AMAZING!!!! store manager works at this location. She is consistently helpful, hardworking, pleasant and professional.As a medical professional I not only donate to Goodwill but I shop there and encourage my patients and families to donate here too.Thank you Ms Pam for all that you do to make this store so welcoming..

Love a good thrift shop. This one was overwhelmed with new items , more like a department store. Very disappointed. Tried to give the cashier my Goodwill rewards card and she rudely said we are not that kind of franchise. They announced several times that they were closing. However only one register was open with more than 4 people in line . The other employees stood around. Waiting for the store to close

More new stuff than donated prices on shirts etc basically same as getting new. Sad state that Walmart has better pricing on new stuff vs here.

I go to this store and buy things often. This particular time I was donating. The lady in the back insulted me. She came running over saying what's that noise. I had several toy boxes full of toys that my kids dont want anymore. I figured goodwill was a good place to give to. She came over with a attitude and says well this is all trash. We can't put this on our shelves. The pieces are to small and a choking Hazzard. Meanwhile. I paid thousands of dollars on this stuff.. to kids that don't have anything this is NOT trash. Should be grateful your getting a product for free, no other store gets that. Alot of Legos in there.. Legos are the most expensive thing u can buy. I have a boy and girl so there was trucks, cars, matchbox, hott wheels, Barbies, frozen stuff. There was alot. Walmart puts it on their shelves with no problem. She just seen "work" and didn't wanna do it. I'm highly disappointed and will never shop there again

It's getting more and more like a Big Lots in there. The clothes seem to be very dated. You can find some if your not too picky. I do like the furniture in here as you'll never know what you'll find. The toys all seem to be new, as I said before Big Lots and as cheap as possible. This could be good or bad depending on how much you want to spend vs how long you want it to last. One nice feature is shopping by tag color. On certain days they are on sale by color so you might get up to 50 percent off. Electronics are also dated and unless you have a specific need you can buy it new for a few bucks more new elsewhere. Staff are friendly. Store is huge. So big the bathroom stalls are inadequate for the amount of people that can shop. We encountered this problem when bringing our toddler to the bathroom.All in all we do shop here just not frequently. Give it a try and see for yourself.

Tried to donate 6 vintage cherry formal dining room chairs we had recently replaced from our home and was told we couldn't donate them because they were "trash and wouldn't sell"... so disrespectful.. I guess I like trash. Thanks.

I have lost about 30 lbs and finally decided that I needed new clothes. A lady I work with suggested going to Goodwill. I bought 12 articles of clothing 3 pants rest tops for $48.00. They all fit me perfect. Now it’s my turn to give back and take the clothes that don’t fit me to Goodwill and give back.I don’t like shopping but this was FUN. Great customer service as well as I had a gift card to use with my purchase. The cashier did a great job with my purchase.

I enjoy looking for great savings.But you must be willing to search for them.Some prices are a little high for the clothes. Others clothing are a great deal.Each week they have a color on sale for 50% off. Monday's they have senior discount for 10% off every thing.I would like to see more than one color tag discount, a bigger discount for seniors and a family discount day for families.

The prices are outrageously high, considering the merchandise is donated. I was amazed at what they are charging for the items. There is no order to the clothes, and too few cashiers. For what they are charging they should be able to hire a few more people.

This is one of those places my wife and her friend absolutely love and they always drag me to it. You never know quite what you gonna find and the prices are quite reasonable. Every time she comes here she leaves with something. That's okay we usually donated back in another six months to a year. It's a good thing it helps out the community.

Wow it's January 2023 and the prices literally DOUBLED . Tee shirts were like almost 3 dollars, now, 6 . Night gowns like 3 and now doubled also. Was really surprised and sad to see this as this stuff is DONATED! What is the manager thinking!!! Will not shop here anymore and hope everyone else stops shopping at their ridiculous prices! You can buy new at other stores for the same price.

Had an employee named Amy switch my tags as soon as I got to the checkout counter. She had removed the 10.98 tag on the jacket and told me the jacket was 19.98 afterwards. She then slipped a false tag in my bag as I saw the real tag sitting on the counter that she refused to give to me. A lot of older people go here, she’s trying to trick people into paying more, I’m not sure if she is pocketing the difference or what. Please be aware and watch what they’re doing.

They have items priced 2 prices then they make you pay the higher one. I asked that they honor the price that was on the lower price that was tagged, as THEY are the ones that price the stuff, and the manager pulls the tag off as if it didn’t exist and tells the cashier to charge the higher price. Never would I go back there. Ever. Even corporate greed companies would have owned their mistake and honored the error pricing, but a place that sells items for “goodwill” over charging customers already can’t, or rather WONT. Gtfoh.

I go to goodwill just about every week. Today I was leaving after having paid for my purchases. Unbeknownst to me an item priced at $1 had fallen in my purse. Now I am banned from Goodwill for life. They have lost a good customer. If I had made it home with I would have returned to pay for it. I was humiliated and treated like a criminal. Beware!

When did Goodwill become an overpriced retail store? I found stuff in here that's literally double the Walmart sticker. Leaving a review so I don't make the mistake of ever shopping here again. Very cringe.
