I've taken my dog to Willow's Groomer for the past 2 years, and I think they are the best groomers I have found thus far since our move to Orlando. Then recently we moved again almost an hour away, and I still take my dog here. They always make my dog look so nice and smell so good. Thanks Willow's Groomer!

This groomer came highly recommended to me, and I drive completely out of my way every month to get my dogs nails and paws trimmed here. The service and staff is absolutely amazing! My dog hates having her paws dealt with and over time with the patience of the loving groomers she is getting so much better! The time spent explaining things I had questions about and the love and concern for your dog shines through here. They treat your animal with kindness and respect and it shows. I hope to always be a customer here. The boutique is small but amazing products and I always buy a special bone to celebrate my good girl! Treat yo self and take your dog here!

I should have done this a while ago and am just now getting to it. Willow’s Grooming did an amazing job with my dogs. They came home happy, smelling amazing, and they looked amazing. I’ve had trouble finding a good groomer in the area (the ones I have gone to didn’t leave the best impressions regarding customer service and or my pups didn’t look their best after the service/they weren’t feeling their best after service). Before the appointment they answered any and all questions I possibly had (I had allergy questions they helped me with) and they also had an amazing little shop inside where I picked up a few additional items for the pups. 5/5 would recommend and I will be taking them back for their next big grooming appointment.

I began taking my dog to this grooming establishment when Lydia was recommended to me by a friend. All went well until she quit. They scheduled me with a new groomer who did a sloppy job. It was supposed to be a full groom, but she didn't trim him up as I requested and didn't even wash or trim his face. There was still eye gunk around his eyes. She had also done a less than satisfactory job on his previous mini groom, so this was not just a one time problem. They are very expensive and definitely not worth it. It's too bad they lost Lydia because she was a good groomer.

Ashley explained all the details for my kittens manicure, pedicure, ear cleaning and general examination of their teeth! I will be a regular client. She did a great job with Bonnie and Rhett. I haven't been here personally but I recently had a client that came in 2 days after her dog had been groomed there and the dog had a half dollar sized laceration on it's ankle area.. I understand things happen while grooming but the protocol is usually to call and notify the owner and take the dod to get treated at a veterinary hospital and the grooming facility pays for it.. Not this place. They sent the dog home, told the owner it was nothing to worry about and 2 days later she comes in to us and the wound is infected and they refuse to pay for the treatment or take any responsibility for it. The dog was cut so bad you could see it's tendons. Completely unprofessional. If anyone is looking for a groomer I do know that BGE groomer brings their pets in when anything happens minor or major and they take care of the bill.

Willows Groomer is the best of the best. They know and love my dogs and give them the most amazing treatment. I can call anytime and they are always flexible, even fitting us in if necessary. My dog that won’t let anyone including the vet trim her nails, comes home with beautifully trimmed nails. They keep bottles of my dogs prescription shampoo for me so I don’t have to remember it! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They are local, awesome, and my dogs love them.

We tried a few groomers before finding Willows and it was the first place our dog was SO comfortable at. The staff called us one of the first visits saying that our dog may be a little damp because she was NOT comfortable with the dryer noise which made me glad they A) just let us know and B) were making sure that our pup was comfortable bc the dryer noise was one of the big things that scared her at other places. The staff is always friendly and our dog always comes home smelling and looking amazing. 100% recommend!

First time calling and Willows was able to fit me in last minute the same day. They took excellent care of our yorkie. The owners are very welcoming and their beautiful golden retriever Willow is there to greet you. Better service and less expensive than I have paid in the past.

Just want to be completely transparent about my experience at this place.A friend recommended this place to me for dog grooming.The first couple times were somewhat fine but I noticed that my dog would come home with bloodshot eyes from crying or being very very upset. We would drop the dog off very early in the day and wouldn’t get a call to pick up until almost closing at times.One time I took the pup and as soon as we walked in the dog peed immediately upon seeing the girls… that’s not what I would call a good sign at all. I tried not to think on it too hard but before I got into my car I heard some girl yelling aggressively at my dog..immediately my heart fell into my stomach, but I came back to pick up and my dog was completely out of energy and with bloodshot eyes Again and wasn’t acting right for the rest of the evening.I was so angry I did not bother to rebook. And what they had to say about my dog was almost consistently unkind.Please do yourselves a favor if you love your pets and do your research! Read the reviews and pay attention to how your dogs react when they get out of this place. It took my dog a long time to fully trust a groomer again after this place.Again, just full transparency so that others can make the safest choice for their babies.

Wonderful place and highly recommend! My dog is not great with getting her nails trimmed as she has had prior bad experiences at the vet and Petsmart. Willow's Groomer is the best place I've ever taken my dog for her grooming care. Everyone was so friendly and kind. They were able to work me in a same day appointment and were very quick as well. My dog loved the homemade treats too! I also love how they sell Fluff n Tuff brand toys because those hold up the best. We will be back!

Willow's Groomer is amazing! The staff I got to meet was very friendly and helpful. They took me and my puppy in as a last minute walk in and did it with a smile. They did an awesome job cleaning her and had her back to me in just a short 2 hours. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality work for a fair price. Most importantly they treat all the fur babies with care!!!!

I took Porter, a King Shepherd, to Willow's Groomer while visiting the area from Columbus, GA. My fiance randomly drove by their location the night before and we decided to check them out. Their customer service was very friendly and I truly felt like Porter was treated with the same care that I would have given him. Their prices were well below any of their competitors and their quality far surpassed their competitors as well. I plan to bring Porter there every time we visit the area!

Shi'tese got her best haircut ever! Mini aussie looks great and both girls were happy. I felt that Willow's is for "dog lovers" and that vibe is something the doggos know more than their humans. Will be back.

Out of all the places I’ve gotten my dog groomed, this place has been my favorite. Not only do they do a superb job grooming my standard poodle (no small task!) they check him out and regularly update me on things they notice health wise. An excellent, loving place to get your dog groomed- we’ve been going here well over a year and I couldn’t be happier.

I knew my goldendoodle had gotten very matted and that she would need shaving. They did not lecture or dog mom shame me as I have experienced with other groomers and they kept her face looking like a doodle they took their time and didn't rush so I was very very happy. Thank you ladies

I took my dog to Willows groomer due to a scare at my last groomer. Reading all the positive reviews gave me hope that the job would be good. My very first appointment with my dog was not what I expected. I dropped my dog off at 11am, and I did not receive a call until 3:30! My dog was at this place for 5 HOURS. Not only that, but I was told 30 minutes before they closed that they could not complete the full groom because my dog was being “aggressive”. I was being understanding at first, but I KNOW my dog. He is NOT aggressive. My reason behind this bad review is because I contacted my previous groomers and NEITHER OF THEM told me that my dog has EVER been aggressive. So clearly, the groomers at willows groomer were either rushing and hurting my dog in the process, or they were not being friendly with him because he is not aggressive. I tried to be understanding with them, but I can’t accept the fact that I had to pay $50 for 5 hours of my dog being in a place where he was potentially being hurt and GOT NOTHING DONE besides a bath. Not only that, but when I got to the place, I heard the groomer yelling at a dog telling it to stop and saying that she hates that dog and it’s pissing her off. Honestly, I think that other people may have good experiences, but I personally know my dog and something has to trigger him very badly for him to even THINK about being aggressive.

I highly recommend Willows Groomer! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about dog grooming. They did a wonderful job grooming my dog! The shop uses this amazing soap that not only cleans my dog but has a great fragrance that keeps my dog smelling nice long after the appointment. The shop sells fun and innovative dog supplies like treats and breath fresheners. I love not only going to the shop to bring my dog for grooming but also to see what new items are in the store for sale! Willows Groomer is fantastic!!

I am so happy with Willows Groomer! They did a wonderful job on my dog Ashe and made him so soft! No other groomer has made him so soft and smell so good! I will never go to another groomer again. The staff is also so wonderful and sweet. You get to meet the famous Willow there as well! They sell such cute stuff it’s really just an amazing experience from start to finish.

I have a large golden doodle with super curly hair and have tried so many different groomers to get a haircut that I like. Willows was the first time a grooming salon actually listened to my requests and gave him the exact haircut I wanted! I won’t take him anywhere else ever again! They are also so sweet to him and the customer service is always wonderful too.

On our first visit, our pup has a mini groom so she could acclimate. She looked and smelled great, and they finished up a little earlier than expected. On the second visit, she had a full group and I was little giddy with excitement at how pretty she looked!! The staff is professional and kind. My pup was excited to get there and see them the second time, which is, of course, an excellent sign. Highly recommend.
