The Pet- Bow -Tique always takes great care of my Shiba. She is not fond of bath time but they make it easier for her. She comes back to me, happy, clean, and perfectly trimmed. The staff is patient and understanding especially the first time worry I had dropping her off. When I come back to town to visit, I always try to see if I can get Luna in for a mini groom.

Pet Bow-Tique is the only place we take our little Piper. She's a mini Aussie. She's been getting groomed by (Stephanie) for a few years now and seems to be comfortable with her. She does an excellent job every time. We also added a new pup (Ovee) to our family this year and he's a little (puppy hyper) though loveable. He's gotten groomed there twice and seems to be a little houdini trying to escape from the groomer but they have patience and take great care of him as well.I also have to give five stars to (Hunter). He's always friendly and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Excellent customer service all around!

My Dog is shy, and she goes in without hesitation. That makes me return! She also needs really good brushing,(she is a Black Lab) & ask for that. She feels super soft when she’s been bathed and groomed here. Thank you for keeping the “service” for my girl!

Their building is not candy. Cat accessible, but 90% of the time I come to the door and the gentleman automatically takes my dog in clips, her nails and brings or straight back out to me. I would not go anywhere else. They're the best.

What a find! Your pets can tell you a lot about people. I have 3 standard poodles, 2 that did not like going to the groomer. They go every 4 weeks, so it was important to not fight with 60+ pound boys on a monthly basis. They LOVE going to The Pet Bow-tique. They happily jump from the car and go in. Amy listens to my very particular requests in each of their grooming needs…which are all different. I recommend this groomer for any of your pet grooming needs.

Even though there are grooming places closer to me, I drive 30 minutes to go to Pet Bow-tique. Amy always does a good job - just the way I like, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Hunter is awesome at the front desk! Best grooming salon I've ever been to!

My 1 yr old, 15 lb Goldendoodle had her first appt at this groomer. It was just for a bath and brush so we can try them out. The reviews looked good but I have no idea how. My appt was at 10am. The gentleman said it would take 2.5 hrs (which made no sense for just a bath and brush). This was the first red flag. I waited by my phone. Around 12:30pm (2.5 hrs later), still no word from them. So I drove over to hopefully pick up my clean pup. I show up at 12:40pm and my sweet girl is shaking in a cage, still not bathed or brushed. The gentleman says "we got backed up." So my sweet pup was shaking in a cage for 2.5 hrs with no phone call, no notice that they were running behind, no courtesy. I took her out of the cage and said this was a terrible first time customer experience. He said "OK, bye." Wow! Just wow! How did these groomer win the best groomer in Oviedo award??? 🤔 Stay away. Everything they promise on their page is not in line with the service I experienced today. I'm very disappointed.

Mr. Waffles loves it here. We only get nail trims once a month but the staff always remember him. Great place, very clean and just adorable. Recommend it!

We were very concerned about how our 140 "puppy" Jaxson would react to being groomed for the first time. We can't thank The Pet Bow-Tique enough for one, being willing to give him a chance and two, making the experience wonderful for Jaxson and for us. We were thrilled with how beautifully he was groomed. The groomer came out and introduced herself to us and to Jaxson and he happily trotted away with her. This is going to be a long relationship!

My puppy got her 3rd grooming at the Pet Bowtiqueand this time I wanted it shorter and she looks so adorable. This is Maggie, almost 7 months old. I've been taking my Shih Tzus there for at least 20 years. I have another Shih Tzu who is 8 years old and I love how Stefanie grooms them and she's so good with the dogs.

I love this groomer. My girl does not cower when she gets into the building like she did at other groomers in the area. She loves all the humans she comes into contact with. She is always well groomed even with her unruly long hair (Aussie locks) and smells amazing. I highly recommend this groomer.

Our 2 pups have been going to The Pet Bow-Tique for grooming for several years. The front desk is so friendly and communicative and the groomers do a great job. Our Fur Babies are always excited to go and they look like rockstars when they leave! At one point we had a senior dog and they would always go above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable during grooming and would help me get her safely back into the car when she was done. I would highly recommend this company.

Loved the pet Bow-Tique. Our pup Maggie has been there twice now. Once for a bath and now for boarding and a bath on pickup day.They were extremely easy to work with and provided pictures of our pup anytime we asked. She came back to us smelling clean and extremely happy. It was so nice to have peace of mind when we are traveling and couldn’t bring our pup.

Stephanie only works on small dogs which is perfect for me - I have two rescues both Shih Tzu mixes and the only thing that grows quicker than their nails is their fur! LOL They come out looking so good every time she grooms them. I drive 30 min each way just to use Pet Bow-Tique they are so good!

I have 3.5 year old border collie with a lot of anxiety, that has prevented me from being able to successfully bathe her at home. A friend recommended this groomer to me and I’m so happy with the results. The staff is friendly, professional and so patient with my dog. Every time I pick her up, she’s happy and well bathed plus they always put the cutest banana on her post bath. I’m dropping her off for one last bath before we relocate to Tampa, but I will continue to recommend to my Orlando/Oviedo dog owners:)
