Absolutely love my experience with Publix every time best grocery store and shopping experience also have deli for food bakery for delicious delicacies and pharmacy for medical necessities I love the service and great associates well stock clean modern they interact with customers very well I remember actually looking and nice employee's greeted me with friendly smile and kind also organized I love all the aisles and they have lots of foods and drinks fruit etc however I wish they sold a specific wine done or Madeira maybe next time but overall amazing feel free to ask lovely staff and manager so nice

I usually love this store, but today I kind of felt like they were trying to cheat people - which is something I have never felt at Publix before. They have a frozen food clearance section. Today there were some different types of ice cream. Most were vegan. If you've ever bought vegan ice cream, you know it's not cheap. So I thought I'd stock up on some of the ones that I know I like and Publix was getting rid of. They had signs that said Disco Items (I'm sure they meant discount and not party items from the 70s -lol). Plus, they had big orange clearance tags by the items.I grabbed a few of the containers and then realized that the tags right above the "clearance" sign had the full price of the item. I looked but there wasn't another tag on the ice cream, stating that it was reduced. I walked over to the non-clearance ice cream section and realized that the ice cream in the clearance section - the stuff with tags that state clearance and disco items - was full price.I asked a guy who was working in the frozen food section. He didn't work in that department and at first didn't seem too interested in helping me, but he did eventually walk over there with me. He scanned two different types of ice cream. One came up full price and the other half off. He tried to guess why they'd be like this but he wasn't sure.I took two of the brands up to the register and had them check the price. They were both full price.Yes, they had the full price sticker by them, but they also had a clearance sticker and they were in the clearance section. I don't know about anyone else but when a store "clearances" something I equate that with discounting it.If I'd had a cart full of stuff and had tossed them into my buggy I wouldn't have been too happy when I discovered that they were full price.This is the first time that I felt like Publix was purposely trying to scam me. If they were just discontinuing the product then there was no reason to slap orange clearance stickers on it. I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees "clearance" and immediately assumes the price has been discounted at least by a little.And another note, the same ice cream is in the clearance section and reduced at the Publix on Garden Street in Titusville.I'll definitely be watching all prices a bit more carefully when I shop at Publix from here on out.

I shop at Publix all the time, but stopping at this particular store was new. I had only picked up 9 items, so I checked out in the express lane. There was both a cashier and a bagger working the lane. There was no one behind me. The cashier handed me the receipt. I put it in my wallet, looked up, and noticed the bagged items weren't in my cart yet. They were still sitting on the check-out counter. The bagger had disappeared. I guess it was up to me to load those 5 small bags into my cart. Five of the 9 items were beverages and quite heavy. I looked up and noticed the cashier was just standing there watching me. She made no move to help, but she did wish me a nice day on my way out. I rarely use the express lane. Is this normal, or is it maybe unique to this store? I can't remember ever having to load bagged items into my cart by myself at a Publix. Maybe at a Winn Dixie, a Walmart, or a Target, but not Publix. It seemed really odd, and I have to admit, I didn't like it very much. One of several reasons I shop at Publix is the service.

The pharmacy staff are so unfriendly and uncaring. I tried getting my scripts filled here and it felt like someone was poking the teller with a stick to be there. When I’ve called on the phone it’s the same as it sounds like they’re in agony to be there and can’t help in person or on the phone and it’s just shockingly unprofessional. It’s not helpful when you’re trying to get your medications.

I normally don’t come to this location. The staff on Broadway is much nicer. I said “Hello” to 4 employees, including the cashier. Not a single response. I worked for Publix for years. The vibe here is off.

THERE A FUZZY CATERPILLARS ALL OVER THE ENTIRE PARKING LOT AND INSIDE OF THE STORE!!!!!!!!! I informed the clueless manager about this situation through text (She is my sister in-law) and still has not even called pest control to fumigate the store!!!!!! If this problem continues I will be calling the county inspector, just know I have his number on speed dial!!!!!!!!

Publix staff are friendly & always ready to help. The store has all the best poducts. Produce is always fresh. The bogos are the best🙂 Shopping at this Publix is always a delight. The Pharmacy staff remembers ppls by name and always have your meds ready. Super efficient and friendly.

Had some cater made round sandwiches for the oviedo women's club just a few weeks back. They were so fresh and perfect cut into great sizes to grab and go. Love working with the catering department. Picking up my turkey there next week cooked, sliced, and deboned.

It's okay. The best part is the employees are very nice and helpful. However, the bread at the bakery has way too many ingredients. It's bread you don't need 30+ ingredients. I'd like the option to buy quality freshly baked real bread. The other issue is when I find something I really like I rarely see it again. At Aldi I can understand that happening but not at Publix. Huge brands with low quality ingredients are taking up too much shelf space. It would be nice to see grocery stores like I've seen in Europe where there's tons of variety, super fresh goods and optional seating provided for cashiers.

A came to this location a few times and they didn't know how to make a good sandwich. I decided to give it one more try and this sandwich artist by the name of Ethan Johnson really change my experience for the better. He had a certain swag about him like he was a master of his craft. He took care of me and guarantee me my sandwich was going to be the best he's ever made. He tells no lies, he made me an Italian sub and it instantly fixed my hairline. 10/10 definitely coming back

Kristen did my wedding cake and it was beautiful! She even came on her day off and met with my mother and I along with Cheryl with catering services to help come up with ideas on the food platters as well as ideas for the cake. They delivered it perfectly to our venue, and the cake was exactly how we imagined and beyond. I highly recommend Kristen for cake services!

This is a decent Publix location; however, what really makes it superior to other Publix stores is the pharmacy. If you are looking for a pharmacy that listens to you and does everything possible to assist you and your needs, this is the place. The pharmacy manager, Maria Pezzoli, and her staff are totally customer oriented and definitely true professionals. They are quick and efficient and treat you like family. If you need a vaccination, have a question, or just want some information in general, they are always eager to assist.

Tammy in the deli is fantastic! I've had many cheesesteaks from Publix but she made it so much better than my other experiences. Cooked the veggies before the beef so they would be hot and tender without drying out the meat. Way to go! Over the top lunch. Thank you Tammy.

We ordered our wedding cake from the Publix at Tuscawilla Bend. Margaret and Cheryl from catering were amazing to work with. The tasting was customized for our needs. The cake turned out perfect with three tiers with all different flavors.
