I took my 4 month old pup there this week for the first time. I had to wait to get her rabies shot before she could attend. It’s a very nice place. They seem to keep it clean which is important to me. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They send pictures via text to let me know how she’s doing. The boarding/ overnight areas are nice as well with options for someone with a budget. The prices are affordable for the puppy preschool and I like that she is only with pups her age. I will continue to let my pup go there to play while I am working.

We took our 4 year old Buster to stay for the first time and the staff were amazing. They were so understanding when we were reluctant to leave since it’s the first time since we adopted him that he was being boarded. We even called while we were away and they were kind enough to give us and update and put our minds at ease. We will definitely board Buster again at Pet Suites, we have the utmost trust in the staff to keep our baby safe and happy.

PetSuites is great place to leave you your furbaby. Our Ella is only a puppy. I was concerned about boarding her. My concerns were quickly laid to rest after I took a tour at the Oviedo location. The staff was friendly and answered ALL my questions. They staff is organized, which is of utmost importance to me. The staff was kind and the facility was CLEAN!! It feels good to know our furbaby was well taken care of!! Big THANK YOU to the PetSuites in Oviedo ♥️

I took my 3 year old kitty to Pet Suites for the first time ever being away from home. She was a bit scared but the staff took excellent care with her. I called any time I wanted and they would go back and check on her for me. They fed her as I requested and made her feel safe and secure. They also helped with my anxiety of leaving her for the first time. I will always take her to Pet Suites they did a wonderful job. They also sent me a picture I have to admit it was not ger happy face but that was meant for her mama.

A very nice facility and good interaction with staff. Used them while I was traveling. Would recommend. Different than Dogtopia where the dogs play in a common room. The dogs stay in their own pen and play with the staff twice a day. Good to have options depending on the temperament of your dog.

I took my 2 cats Sammy and Smoky on 7-12-23 ; and they had the best time of their life . Today 1-10-24 and I bring my Sugar Buggi . I really recommend this magic place to everyone:) .

I love this place for my fur baby. Whether its daycare or Boarding I am confident that Titus is in good and caring hands. He has a great time and they make hyper baby tired with all the fun that he has. Definitely a great place with great people.

My dogs are always happy to go to stay and play. We boarded them for 2 nights and they came back healthy and happy. I am so thrilled I have a safe place to leave my dogs when I have to.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have come here twice now, the first time it was okay at best. At least they kept communication with me about how my dog was doing sort of. This time around was a complete joke. I booked her for 1 night and a full service bath, drop off at 4pm pick up the next day at 7pm. The entire time she was there I received 0 communication about how she was doing when we were told they would call before the bath and after she had her evaluation for group play (which you have to pay for your dog to not sit in its room all day). When we voice these concerns of no communication they apologized and we decided to move on. Then when we get home, I go through her bag of stuff I brought for her including food, toys, treats and come to find out she had eaten one time in the 27 hours she was there. We give them a call back and they tell us per the “feeding log” she was leaving food behind. Okay? And you don’t think to call us and let us know “hey your dog is not eating”. The lack of communication to pet owners is appalling. None the less to find out that supposedly she got walked for the last time of the day around 5-6. When I pick up my dog an hour after her “walk at 5-6” she goes #1 for a considerable and unusual amount of time and goes #2 immediately and in a large amount. We are told they will go to the bathroom immediately after we pick them up usually due to a “high stress environment”. No, it was almost as if she hadn’t used the restroom in 10-12 hours.When you leave your animal somewhere while you are away or for any reason you should trust the place they are staying at. I do not trust this place.

Excellent place to board or leave you dog or dogs there for the day. First time at Pet Suites and I love the care and concern they have for your loved ones. They are so friendly and always smiling. For sure I will be back to visit them again.

This is a horrible place to board a dog. I think it may have been better in the past but it has gone downhill. My daughter left her dog there for one night and left all her food in 3 portion sized bags. Only one small baggie was given to her the entire 24 hours. As soon as she picked her up and went outside she peed for an extremely long time and pooped twice. It was as if she hadn’t been out in many many hours. There was never a call to her to update her. Poor dog. They will be finding another place

Our dog loves coming here for overnight stays and feels spoiled and dead tired after a stay here! He loves having fun with the other dogs and the people who work here. Bring your pet here for a great stay!

Our scheduled for our dogs to stay while we were out of the country in a classic suite, no extra because they don’t watch tv and will tear up everything—one is dog aggressive and the other is not yet neutered. We return to a $2k bill—they put the dogs in a luxury suite with the bronze package. I asked to see the form that I completed when I dropped them off and of course it was modified with a different signature than mine. We didn’t get any services we requested such as the bath but they added on all these extra services. They said in the past we paid for greater services but we have email confirmations with the services we requested from their company. Do not bring your beloved pets here! If they will modify forms to scam, they definitely won’t properly care for your pets. I will be following up with every government agency, BBB and pursuing every legal avenue to stop these scammers. Just disgusting!

We boarded our dog while I was in the hospital having surgery. I felt completely at ease knowing PetSuites in Winter Springs was taking care of our dog. I’ve boarded her there before and they’re very gentle and caring with Izzy. PetSuites of Winter Springs are super!!

My girlfriend reserved boarding for our babies hana, alani and kia while we were on vacation. We have never left them in any boarding facility so we were a bit nervous. There was no need to be. The staff are very attentive and communicative and genuinely cared for our babies. They are all worn out from their their and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We will definitely be booking with Petsuites again!

We have used the PetSuites in Winter Springs/Oviedo several times for boarding our two dogs over the past year. Staff are generally pleasant, and they have been relatively convenient. Most recently we boarded our dogs for 14 days while overseas. We reserved space as part of their Silver Package which isn't the most expensive but has additional services for playtime. What was very discouraging was we couldn't get any updates about how our dogs were....PAWgress reports I think they call them. I reached out about day 10 to see if we'd hear from them, and they explained they don't do any updates until the day before discharge. Didn't even confirm if they were ok or not. We returned and picked them up and still hadn't received any update on them the day before we arrived. When we asked about the update, they said they had just admitted 100 dogs and were too busy. Seemed odd. Noticed that our dogs were tired which wasn't a surprize, but also noted one of our dogs had lost weight. A day later, she started vomiting and then had diarrhea. Ended up having to take her to the emergency vet, who confirmed she had a foreign object in her stomach. They were unable to do the surgery due to her deteriorating condition so we rushed her to BluePearl Specialized Emergency vet. After a combined 4 days in both ERs, BluePearl operated on her using an endoscope and was able to pull a quarter size piece of a tennis ball that she had apparently ingested while at PetSuites. Our frustration is twofold. Not getting any updates during a long stay. And apparently staff being so overwhelmed with too many dogs to pay attention to toys that they may leave in the kennel that get destroyed and ingested. I get it that they didn't force the dog to eat the tennis ball, but I'd think they would notice that the ball or whatever the toy was had been partially eaten and might have at least let us know. Would I ever use them again? Absolutely not. And I can't recommend someone who is too busy to give basic updates on dogs that are boarded for extended periods. There's not a lot of options for boarding....I'd recommend AGAINST using PetSuites.

Excellent experience for all concerned. Our fur kids came back, happy, healthy and smelling fine. They gave precibed meds at no additional cost. They're activity schedule seemed to keep them active at reasonable cost. The staff was friendly and glad to give status updates. When they chewed thier (our pad) bed they removed it quickly so it did not become a hazard. After several disastrous results at OTHER pet day care places in Central Florida, we found them a vacation home and daycare place. We'll be back.

We were very happy with the boarding of our dog while we were away for 5 days. The suites have plenty of space for dogs to move around and have all their favorite things in there. Scout seemed very happy when we picked him up! We will definitely use them again when we need boarding when we are out of town. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provide.

I started bringing my pups here around the time they first opened and have had many 5-star experiences here. However, there’s been a very steady decline.The final straw for me was my last boarding experience - if you buy a particular package, there’s no way to verify that you get what you pay for. But when you’ve been a regular client for years, there’s a certain level of trust that’s built and I overlooked that. Surprise surprise, I did not receive the daily updates I was promised. They blamed a power outage but still didn’t refund that portion of the money. To top it off, they can’t even print receipts because of system issues. This place has had system issues FOREVER, which tells me corporate is not providing support or tools they are supposed to.Also, if you have huskies or other double-coated dogs like I do, you do NOT want them near that pool unless you’re ready to stick them under a dryer for a couple hours when you get them home! They have no way of properly drying the undercoat (which can cause skin issues) and don’t appear to have day play areas with no pool access. Expect this for grooming too. My dogs came home wet every day.We had some good years but the issues are too numerous now.

Amazing services when we desperately needed boarding for a new puppy. We were so worried about him being just stuck in a cage and walked but PetSuites was sooooo much more for our little guy why we were away for the weekend. Puppy Daycare allowed him to socialize and live his best life (as seen in photo below)! The staff was ultra considerate and sent us pictures and updates everyday. Highly recommend this particular facility because of the location, staff and pricing!

I've grown increasingly tired of this place. They Nickle and Dime you every chance they get, their prices are outrageously high, you walk-in and everyone just stares at you like you are growing 2 heads. There are more personable and reasonably priced places around.

We had left our fur baby Amity for boarding recently and she was well taken care of. Our baby has always been safe in their care. We have only ever chosen the individual one on one play time option with the staff for our baby as she tends to get overwhelmed and worn out around other bigger dogs. She always seems well rested and active when we go to pick her up. Our experience with pet suites of Winter Springs has been excellent so far. We also love the timely reminders they send out for vaccines which is even more prompt than those from any vet’s office, this shows that they take the health of all the pets in their care very seriously. During all of our visits we have found the facility to be very clean. We are counting on them to care for our baby for many years to come! Thank you Pet Suites of Winter Springs!!!
