The Groomers are friendly, caring, and do an excellent job. PetSmart prohibits tipping the Groomers when you check out and pay for the service with a credit card. If you want to show appreciation for a job well done by the Groomers, you better have cash. Very poor policy by PetSmart.

I am simply giving a 5 star rating for the person me & my wife had the pleasure of meeting & having train our family pup, Nala.She is fantastic, great teaching ability, so passionate, & yet so kind & tactful with us, her clients. Her professionalism meets the standard of someone much older and experienced yet, she is younger than I am (I’m 26). She is presenting information to us, straight to us & not glancing at her notes 24/7. She knows her stuff so well but sadly, she will be leaving for reasons I’m sure are very understandable/reasonable. Petsmart do what y’all can to keep her but if not, this is another personal thank you for all the help Ms Mari!- The Gutierrez family

**Update! I’m so upset and disappointed after seeing that they gave him a cut on both of his bottom paws and didn’t even tell me anything 😔 I noticed after him whining when I started playing with him!I went in for puppy bath & brush and I’m so happy 😃 I picked this location for my pup! Johanna and Sydney we’re sweet hearts and I felt like my baby was in good hands 👍🏽 They really did a great job can’t wait for his next visit!

They are friendly.Some times they are very well stocked. Sometimes you will see empty shelves and animal tanks.Today there was a very lovely young white cocktail.It was so playful that we couldn't resist playing with it.The hamster/rabbit tanks were empty.The fish tanks were full, but sadly we saw some dead fish that no one removed from the tanks.

My dog Lacey got an ear infection because the groomer didn’t honor our request to put cotton in her ears and to trim the hairs. The store manager Gio has done everything possible to defend himself and not honor the customer. He offered to pay for the vet visit with a max fee of 50.00. I advised him that I had a wellness plan that covered the office visit but didn’t cover the medicine or the ear swab/cleanse. He then offered 30.00 and then argued that he called Banfield to get my pet records only for his purpose of parting ways with me. I have called the corporate office and have spoke to 7 Pet Smart employees who all promise to escalate my issue. Gio offered to give me a free grooming but I declined because I never want to do business with them again. I need immediate resolution! I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Pet Smart has failed me! Buyer beware because their corporate will do nothing to help you.

i recently went to my regular petsmart to buy cat food & the cashier who rung up my order was not friendly at all. she never greeted me. she didn't ask for my rewards number for my transaction. barely even said a word. on top of that she snatched my basket from me when i was trying to place it on the counter & take my items out? her name was like amber? audrey? aubrey? anywho worst customer service from this lady that i have ever gotten at this petsmart. i've never had anything bad to say about this petsmart until now. i drive out of my way for this specific location but if people are going to be rude i might as well go to the one closer to me!

The service is always good. They have everything we need for our pets. The location is very convenient too. When you adopt a pet, they give you a lot of coupons. The have a training school for your pets too. And the schedule is very flexible. The Banfield hospital is inside, it's a bonus.

I was able to get the dog food that I had been looking for and we did not even get out of the car. They brought it right to us and our dogs were in the back and never had to get out. Jessica was very helpful and weed would recommend using this service if your afraid of coded 19 issues

I went in today and gave a 5 star review solely because the cashier up front, she had orangish color hair I wish I got her name. I have to give her her props she was so cheerful and amazing, even with the customers she checked out before me, she brightened my day so much, you can truley tell how happy she is to be at work (which is very rare nowadays) her work ethic really shines through !!!

They are so good about working with Cats Can for Adoptions and hold dog adoptions too! Great way to help keep pets out of shelters or worse and find their forever home. Not to mention their Pet Charity programs. You can feel good about shopping there and helping support their efforts to help pets in need.

We took our pug puppy to the puppy training class taught by Judy. It definitely made a huge difference in his ability to focus. I would highly recommend this training class for people with young dogs. It definitely sets a good foundation for good behaviors. Their grooming department also always takes very good care of Theo.

I cannot thank the grooming department enough. I’ve tried my fair share of grooming places, and this is by far the best experience I had! They took so much time on both of my dogs, Nola and Bentley, paying attention to all their nooks and crannies that most ignore lol. My dogs smell and look amazing and literally the best they’ve ever been. I’ve had bad experiences at PetSmart grooming in casselberry and the ladies in there today totally changed my opinion on PetSmart grooming. My frenchie is very sensitive about his paws and everytime I asked them to do nail grinding at the casselberry location, they tell me it’s not possible and that “he wouldn’t let them”. At this location it took two people, but they managed to get it done and I just know Bentley feels so much better with nice freshly cut nails. I seriously can’t thank them enough. They deserve all the praise in the world. So happy I found and tried this location out ❤️

It's a meeting ground for people, and pets, and everything pet related. It's a playground, toy store, restaurant, and a meeting place.Their grooming team delivered an A+ experience! I was able to to come in for same day service, and they trimmed my dogs nails when everyone else has had to sedate him to do so! The grooming team was amazing!

Great staff who are very knowledgeable about the animals and what they need. I purchased a beautiful cockatiel today for my husband. One of the associates helped walk me through everything my husband's new bird could want and/or need. They also walked me through the best ways to safely acclimate her to her new surroundings. I look forward to getting to know her better. Her name is Manu...Hawaiian for bird.

Will never use this Petsmart again. Daughter scheduled her dogs haircut and bath online through her online account through the making the same appointment option. She had used them before and was doing the same hair cut and bath. Only gets the bath there to wash out the cut hair that ends up in the dogs coat. System changed locations without her noticing. Took her dog in to the location next to us where she normally gets it done and was told wrong location. But they said they could transfer it and get it done there. We did not pay attention to alot of what they were saying since they said they would just transfer the service she put in for. Well when we picked up my daughters dog his hair was still long. All they did was give him a bath, trim his nails and paw hair and comb his hair out. No hair cut. They did not care what we had put in for through their online system. They just went by what their system was showing. We showed them the confirmation of what she put in for online with the confirmation email she received. So in all reality paid for a overpriced dog bath and nail cut. Will never use petsmart for anything animal related again. Usually spend $200 or more a month there but not anymore.

Kobé and I recently stopped in for some MeowMix and were greeting by the most pleasant staff. I wish more stores would allow pets that are well behaved come in to shop.Nevertheless, it's always a pleasure visiting PetSmart and we're looking forward to visiting again soon!

Clean store. Well stocked with all the things you and your pet will need or want. Found the assortment of dog toys and treats to be fabtastic, with several varieties of chews, snacks, and toys. Plenty of stock and roomy enough to move around in, and avoid other pet owners. Prices were good, not great. Staff were all super friendly and helpful in finding what I wanted and having details on the make up of the items. Really good feed back as well!

Hi! My name is Lucero and I just finished my Beginner Course with Ms. Judy. She is absolutely PAWtastic. She taught my hooman mommy how to help me be a well behaved young lady. My class graduated today and we are already so excited to meet again in June. I recommend this class to any of my furry friends that are misunderstood and know they are good bois and girls at heart. This is the only acceptable time to drag your hooman by the leash and get enrolled in a class today. Thank you again Ms. Judy. See you soon.

My wife and I went to this store today for dog treats and looked at the birds like we always do. The one cockatiel they had was missing its tail, had mites crawling on it, and it was curled up in the corner of the display case. As a cockatiel owner, it's obvious that this bird has been sick for an extended amount of time. There is no excuse for this especially since they have an on site veterinarian. The "manager" decided to pretend like she cared once the poor condition of this bird was brought up to her. I've seen cockatiels at flea markets in better shape than this. The poor thing was suffering. The entire display case had mites everywhere so I'd imagine the parakeets were covered in them as well. And of course they weren't willing to let us buy the bird from them to provide it adequate care.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I took my dog to get groomed today but we had a traumatizing experience with Rosie the groomer. I have been taking him for years to this location without any problems until today! Rosie is by far the worse groomer I have ever seen. This “groomer” allowed another dog to come inside the salon while my baby was being inspected and another dog bit him! My dog was so stressed out and worked up after this incident! I felt so bad for him. There was manager there and he stood still! He was rude and honestly useless! He didn’t care to see if my baby was ok! He was only concerned about fulfilling appointments and rushing the groomers to get more dogs in! This place doesn’t care about the well-being of dogs! Instead of allowing him to calm down and check my dog to see if he was ok, Rosie said she wasn’t going to be able to do the service since my dog was showing signs of anxiety! Of course he was! He got bit! Instead of providing a solution and checking on my baby, they canceled his appointment. Very disappointed! They should hire better staff including management! dogs are living beings not profit! They should always protect their well-being! Being bit is not something my dog was expecting to get done today but apparently is ok if it happens according to the groomers and management of this location. Never coming back!

I did the beginner training class with my puppy, and I am very happy that I did. Prior to taking this class my puppy had a hard time with listening to me. He came when he wanted to and just did not take my authority well. After taking the beginner training class with Judy, my puppy has gotten a lot better with me being in charge. Judy helped me a lot with knowing how to train my pup and she taught me how to be patient with his progress. I really enjoyed that Judy taught me what to do step by step. As the weeks went by, I noticed that I was able to train my pup at home. I left the class feeling more comfortable and confident in my pup.
